still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — 3g Service in Mumbai Kandivali west

Hello,

I have BSNL 3g datacard of 7.2Mbps connection. It's not at all working and I am really getting frustrated. Could anyone help to rectify the issue. I am not even getting network connectivity. I've invested 5000INR and it seems wasted.

Please provide proper help.

BSNL Billing & Service — NON RECEIPT OF BILLS

Suince June 2010 when my landline was installed i have been trying to get a bill out of BSNL. Every time i have been told, don't worry it will come, we are having some problems. Suddenly in December i get an SMS saying that my bill is R11 000 Rupees. Trying to get a copy of this bill has proven impossible and noe one in BSNL seems to be able to give me a copy of the billing for 5 months that is nearly double what my normal bills are. I have been to see the accounts officers and their heads at the Canada Corner offices. I have been to two other offices where they have sent me and no one can help me. The worst is the arrogance and unhelpfulness of the people, especially those at the Canada Corner offices. The general answer is; "just pay the bill and then you can get a copy afterwards". If i can't get a copy now, how will they ever be able to give one "afterwards"!!!! We contract with BSNL for a service which they provide and a part of that service is that they will provide us with proof of the billing on a monthly basis.
If anyone has any information that can get me to find a copy of by bills, please let me know as i have given up. I have decided to give up the BSNL line because of this pathetic service and their intermittent service on their landlines and Broadband. I don't mind paying for a service, but i do mind paying for what i don't know. Luckily in India we have many other options and so we don't have to accept this dismal excuse for performance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BSNL — unethical charges

on 7 january 2011 BSNL prepaid mobile company deducted from my balance Rs.30 and activate voice chat service with my consent.when I contacted with customer care executive then they were unable to satisfy me.
I want to return back my balance Rs.30 in my account

BSNL- My WAY — Making fool by their agents

Dear Sir,
The My way agent(Sachin) is asking for the receipt of Rs. 2000/- however when he received the amount from myself he did not give me the receipt for the cash nor for the cheque, which he took for My way. This was only because of mutual trust. As a human being I made the mistake of trusting him and paid him without any receipt. When I raised the matter with BSNL the guest relations officer commented that it was the second time a similar charge had been brought against Sachin, however on the earlier occasion he had later paid the dues to the customer concerned; in my case however he refused. Later I found out that a modem had been picked up in my name from BSNL which has been charged to my account every month for the last three months.
I have also lodged a complaint on the same with the BSNL Guest relation officer, She called him and enquired but he then tried to resolve the issue saying that he would install a modem at my residence from his own stock, when questioned by the GRE on why he was ready to sympathize with me on the modem issue he said that he had a modem lying extra which he was ready to give me. Same was followed up by the GRE at the BSNL store in SECTOR 16 where the store representative said that he had given a modem in my name to Sachin; however Sachin started to dispute the same with the store rep as well.
Till date I have faced a total loss of Rs. 2000/- other than the modem charges which I am still paying to BSNL.

BSNL — phone line being dead & internet problems

Dear sir
we have a land line connection with bsnl kanpur no 2542232.from past few months it is dead. We have also done many complaint in 198 but not received any responses .And due this internet service connection is also weak and gets disconnected very shortly.Also people working receive phone calls very late the bell keeps on going but only sometimes they receive most of the times they have excuses and tell the worker will come tomorrow but nobody is there the next day .Also there is regular monthly bill which needs to be submitted.So i hope you take decision as early as possible .

BSNL INDIA GAMES TO BE CANCELLED — BSNL INDIA GAMES LAND LINE NO 04426705911

MY land line no[protected].I received call from BSNL India GAMES that india games (on 24.11.2010 ) may be downloaded for free of cost for one month. till 24.12.2010.But i did not see a single game as i found it very difficult it to open the games. At the time of installation it was informed that After 24.12.2010 Rs 100 0r Rs 200 will be charged and cancelled by calling Toll free no[protected] .
So i wanted to cancel the BSNL India games and tried from 20.12.2010 onwards on Toll free no[protected] for one month
But the prerecorded voice [protected]says in ever dial that the called number is busy ,If the ringing tone is heard it says the called no did not accept your call.
I was very much and fed up with tired of dialing the toll free no[protected] from 20.12.2010
When I received my phone bill dt 10.01.2011 I was shocked to see that Rs 45.16 was charged .for GOD from 25.12.2010 to 31.12.2010 under PLAN Rs 200/ without my concurrence.land line no[protected]
Kindly arrange to cancel the India Games from 24.12.2010 and reverse the amount Rs45.16
I fear that Rs200 and corresponding ST will be charged in my next bill .
Please cancel the BSNL INDIA GAMES forthwith and avoid further burden.

BSNL — 3g usb data card is close after 2.00pm ,date-14-01-2011

my name is mehul n hajariwala,I had bought a usb data card from bsnl ankleshwar (gujarat), my card no.[protected] , 6 month unlimited pack .gidc telephone exchange .I find it very tough to connect to any website because the speed is very slow.& after about 15 days internet service is closeafter 2.00 pm date[protected] . I have verbally complained about 15 other bsnl employes phone number regarding the this matter.but no nay satisfied answer . Hope my problem gets solved through this complain.

BSNL — Automatic Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,
One of my friends has 2 BSNL mobile numbers. They are [protected] & [protected].

In case of [protected] automatic balance deducted from +1.66 to -58.12 on dated aprox 20.11.2010. I complainted in customer care & got the docket numers are 6559960,6513008,6459354,6683139. Once I came to know that Rs 5 was deducted for 56505005 download on 30-NOV-2010 09:26:56 AM.But I have not done it.

In case of [protected] automatic balance deducted from +1.66 to -30.37 on dated aprox 20.12.2010. I complainted in customer care & got the docket numers is 6683020. As the first case not solved so I did not made more complaints. In this case I have not get any response from BSNL end.

For both the case I contact Jadavpore CCN.According to them "They have no records about the balance deduction but some how any reason it was deducted".

Please do the needful.

BSNL — GPRS connection not available

my no is [protected]. i have recharged with 98 yesterday for gprs but when i try to connect with internet it says packet data connection not available......i fade up with to call the customer care as there is no solution for this to them.......its really fustrating..my alternate no is [protected]........i want to solve my problem unless i want to back my money.....plz help..

BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.
