[Resolved]  BSNL — PUK code

Dear Sir,
Since 2000, I have been using [protected]. It makes good service. but without any subscription or SMS make by me Rs. 42/- cut from my account on 19.02.2011. One time I have talk to Customer Care, inform me that I had subscribe caller tune and for this why.but I do not do this. In spite of my balance is above twenty rupees, nobody heard any caller tune who call me till today.
So without any reason why did cut my balance ? It is not a trick by me?
Therefore, I request to your kind honor that take a right step to return my balance and keep better service.

BSNL — Not given service regularly

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am using BSNL Broadband service from more then 1 year and using Home 500 plan in my Home. There is night unlimited 2am to 8am service is in this plan. But form last 2 months in this unlimited time my internet connection in down in every alternate day. Also mostly not working in Saturdays & Sundays. Monthly 8 to 10 days Internet connection is down.

I have given complent for this problem in his helpline no 198 more then 10 times & Local BSNL office under Kalyan Telecom Circle in Maharashtra but I not given any positive reply. Mostly reply is "Our server is down we cant help you".

So please guide me what can I do now!!

I ( prepaid mobile no. [protected])have not subscribed to Cricket Pack of BSNL prepaid . Why should Rs 15/- be deducted on my mobile. Unsubscribe immediately and donot deduct without my permission.And CREDIT the amount immediately in my account,otherwise i going to the consumer court.........

I not getting TV channels for last 45 days.I am already complainted to customer care.complaint numbers are-- 1-[protected], [protected].Whwn we giving complaint ,the customer care excecutive telling that it is transfered to senior technician , the problem will be resolved within 48 hours.But you just think , how many hours in 45 days?. But still not getting no any signal.I kindly request to the responsible person to take immediate action for my complain.

Not able to unsubscribe from 51234030 Cricket Alart & 56505 jokes alart
I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alarm services 51234030 & jokes message 56505 which got automatically activated.Customer /BSNL support services is very poor & unable to resolve the problem.For cricket alart, since last 2months I had called sevaral times the information given by them proved wrong and still these services have not been deactivated.
Kindly look into this matter and help me got the services deactivated as soon as possible.

BSNL — Wrong Deduction

Dear Sir,

I am Dipanshu Garg from Rajasthan circle and i am a BSNL prepaid customer. Now days BSNL has started deducting amount from our avilable balances on the name of verious services, al though we have not suscribe for the services and the dont have any confirmation from our side for activating the service. Many time i have spoken with the customer care, first of all the customer care number is not working once we connected to them they will give you a complaint no and thats all mean do nothing.

I am going to laungh a FIR against BSNL. If there is any other way to solve this please let me now.

BSNL — Complain for deliberate wrong deduction from prepaid mobile charge

We have to bring into your kind notice that your department is unnecessarily and without our consent are making wrong deductions from our many BSNL prepaid mobile charges various time. These are said to be on account of cricket alert, song charges etc. While we have never did any click over our mobile or consented for any of the message received from your department for such activation.



We have various times made complaints over No. 1503 and even to their seniors also but they have not attended seriously. Please therefore refund our these wrong debited charges immediately under advise to us, else we shall have to go for legal action.

BSNL — GOD account

I have been deceived by the caller into creating a Games On Demand account and was not informed about the 200 rupees rental which i have to pay every month.....Now whenever i am calling in to disconnect my account, they are saying that there will be a confirmation call which i am not getting and my account is not getting deactivated....This kind of activity is simply unexpected from a company like bsnl....

Dear sir,,I want to say that i want to apply for mobile number portability from my current mobile operator bsnl in srinagar but they are not providing upc codes..they have blocked 1900 number..when called customer care they tell lame excuses..

BSNL — Not sending UPC code for mobile number porting

I have sent message "PORT <my BSNL mobile number>" to 1900. I did not get a reply.

I have sent this message 5 times yesterday and 1 time today. There is no reply whatsoever .

BSNL is desperate to retain its customers. But rather than adopting the strategy to deny UPC numbers, they should improve their quality of service, which will be beneficial to them in the long term.

i subscribe for bsnl prepaid (no [protected])on september 2010 and continued for 6 months ,customer care never answered my call when i switched to Mobile number portability they began to contact me at any time to change my decision when i refused they barred my outgoing services

The above telephone is ring not clear since 7 days. No action from BSNL till date to rectify the same despite the fact formal complaint has been lodged on 28th feb 2011 . It is observed in the past this problem before 4 months But the BSNL not solve the problme parmently.
