BSNL — Unauthorized activation deduction of balance

my mobile no is [protected] .the service provider bsnl activated masti pack from[protected] on dated 09.10.2010; 20/11/2010&20/12/2010 without my consent and deducted Rs 05 per mandatory subscription. It is cheating &crime against my service &privacy. So I want deactivation & refund my balance

BSNL — no intimation and disconnect

Sir, My BSNL LAND LINE phone no.[protected] yerly plan. allready we have paid yeraly plan. But it was working only three months . our phone disconct with out any information. i took request letter to sub divisional telephones gudivada for reconcton.

BSNL — unsubscribe humshakal service

my mobile no is [protected]. i want to unsubscribe humshakal service. this is unfair to deduct Rs. 10/- every month without my further permission. kindly immediatly discontinue the said service and credit my account.

BSNL — DEACTIVATION OF 59595/595954015

Dear Sir,
Refer my complain dated 27 Nov 2010 in connection with deactivation of services of mobile service from 59595/[protected].
Despite complaining to various forums including yours, services continued from above mentioned. They keep on deducting amount Rs. 15 every fortnightly. Today Rs. 15 deducted from my mobile.
Please take urgent steps to deactivate the same.

I have BSNL landline. I was contacted over phone that an online game will be offered for one month as trial and will be subscribed only after confirming with me. I told that I was not interested in online games. But I was told that it was free for one month and I need not subscribe later on. I used for one or two times. I found in the bill that the subscription was made and charged. I complained to BSNL that I was not asked before subscription. But I was informed that it is done by the third party and I have to approach them only. So Be careful before accepting the offer, if it is offered without your knowledge, you unsubscribe it immediately, if you are not interested in online games. If you are interested in playing online games it is o.k.

no proper net connectivity.... the lights in the modem turn off for every 5 to 10 minutes.... and donot get high speed but the speed is a very much slow.... the phone number is[protected]

its bollywood diva subscription.i did not activate it.but they are still deducting rs 30 every month and renew it automatically.where i dont know what this service.[protected] is the number from where the message come and deduct money.i have sent message unsub to that number but they reply that"sorry you are not subscribe to any service".i have told about this to customer care but they are not doing anything.more than 5 times they have deducted money.now i am afraid to keep balance over 30 rs.we general people have no power to do anything.this is the only our power.so please help me and keep at least one way for the general people like us.

BSNL Data Card No - 3327216294 — Complaints about Poor Service of BSNL Data Card

After Purchasing the above BSNL data card(Card No- [protected])I have never been able to use the same for very very Low Speed & poor services. I have complained many times & requested for disconnection but BSNL is sending the bill every month. In fact all other Service Providers disconnects the line if payment is not made even for one month.But BSNL knowing fully well that they will not get customers so they continue to pile up our bills although we intend that line must be discinnected without any additional burden of bills. Being a Govt company such practices are unethical. Pl disconnect my line which I am not using for last more than 10 months & writing vigorously for a solution. I am sick & canot come personally. You can send anybody to my home address,if any payment is due-Sirrender value of my Data card.
Pl ensure to disconnect the line immediately & apprise me otherwise it will be treated as an unlawful act beyond the wish of the customer. You can check even today the line/data card is not working but bill is being generated which is very undesirable & not being practiced by other Private Players in our Country.

I had bought a BSNL 3G sim ([protected]) with data card which cost me around Rs. 3000.They promised me it will have speed of 2mbps but when i used it, speed is only 10-20 kbps which is a huge dissapointment.
