Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — bsnl portal not working properly
The BSNL portal is not responding properly ..... whenever i try to pay the phone bill it doesn't work out properly .I keep trying for a week and on one day its gets paid .

I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED A COMPLAINT TO UN-SUBSCIBE FOR GAMES ON DEMAND ON JAN,24/2011.MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS [protected].CUSTOMER ID [protected].PHONE NUMBER [protected].BUT BILL FOR GAMES ON DEMAND FOR THE MONTH OF JAN .IS FULLY ADDED.IF AMOUT FOR GAMES ON DEMAND WILL NOT DELETED IMMEDIATELY SUITABLE LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. Slow in receiving and sending Data after few second of starting of net connections seconds and server stop responding, it means server remains down all the time.Once the user open internet connection after sometimes the in status of the icon of broad band it shows that neither it is sending the any data nor it receives. More over after sometime the concerned site does not openand server stop responding. I am facing this problem in many sites. occasionally it opens sites properly. I fail to understand that BB connection is slower than netone connection of BSNL.Pl...........intervene and do the needful. The problem so far as i understand relates to server download or it's non responding as a lay man so far as i understand. but you are the master of your profession/field. Kindly do the needful because i am suffering a lot. I think The idiom All That glitters are not Gold fits on BSNL.

In this era of competition despite all over India network and infrastructure, BSNL failed to satisfy its' customer due to lacklusture attitude of employees non serious of sorting the complaints.
BSNL — NOT ABLE TO CHECK USAGE AND GETTING ATROCIOUS BILL AMOUNT
I am using a BBG FN Combo 500 plan. In this plan night unlimited time is alloted as 0200hrs to 0800 hrs in which i do the maximum surfing and downloading. During this time the usage is not supposed to be counted. I have just recieved the bill for Dec 2010 in which my download is shown as too high, which i know for sure is including the usage from the night unlimited period. A Rs.500 bill has come around for Rs. 4300. Now when i want to check it from the portal, I cant do it because the password does not work. There is no "forget Password' option on the usage details portal. The password however works fine with the bsnl webmail. Kindly help in resolving the issue. As I am sure this same mistake will be repeated in my January 2010 bill too. My contact number is +91-[protected].Regards

you can get the automatic setting for gprs only if you are using symbian/java operating system phones by sending sms like - make model no to 58355, eg: NOKIA 5130XPRESSMUSIC to 58355. save the sms with pin 1111. if you are using android/windows operating system phone just put your access point as bsnlnet and keep rs 50 balance. may i know your phone model.? or contact your nearest BSNL customer service centre.

BSNL — MNP application rejected without any reason
I had made my complete application in vodofone office to change my current BSNL service provider.But BSNL is so worst with customers that, they changed my unique porting code when my application reached in their office. Thus they rejected on the ground that wrong porting code submitted. Even after re applying with new porting code they rejected without giving any reason. Even vodafone people dont seem active for getting me into their service. I made application on 20th Jan 2011 but still waiting waiting for change.
I got information from vodafone that 80% MNP applications are rejected with false reasons. My personal opinion is most of companies doing this fraud and they dont want to lose their customers. Thus customers are not getting benefits which TRAI intended to give it.

Dear Sir / Madam,Greetings..!!
This is to bring into your kind notice that, we applied for a new landline connection at BSNL office, near Bahu plaze (main office) and orders were passed onto the office who has to do the job on
5th Feb 2011 only but till today there was nobody to take care of this.
Even I personally called them 6 - 7 times but they say that the person in on leave. Sir, in this world of high technology and fast moving people, how can this be a valid point and an excuse that if 1 person is on leave from last 20 odd days, nobody will take care of his work...????
I really feel sorry for the common man of India who is suffering just because of these arrogant and lethargic "sarkari Babus" who are not even justifying their take home salary. I am suffering from last 20 odd days but nobody cares in BSNL to look after the delay. Are we living in Village or a B1 city...who dreams to be a metropolitan city in next couple of years...??

BSNL — messages not come on cell phone
i buy a sim of bsnl in october 2010 but after afew days i came to know that messages do not come on my cellphone. i call in customer care but they do nothing. bas complaint likh lete aur kahate ki 12 hours main ho jayega lekin vo abhi tak sahi nahin hua hai. main kai baar phone kar chuka hun lekin kuchh bhi nahi hua mere kai important sms miss hogaye.38%
