I had try Castrol Bike zone for Serviceing My Bike vide Job Card No.720 dt.17/05/2009 but they have given me the late delivery my bike 2.30 hrs after service by the time they have given me on JobCard then I got the Loss of my Job and They did not given my old parts which replace by them during the service

in bangalore castrol service center in basweshwarnagar is worst in serviceing only try to show off but work o% my rating -o of o

I too faced the similar issue. I gave my TVS Apache for general servicing and minor repair to Catrol Bike Zone. They have charged me alot just by replacing the Clutch plates and clutch wire(Which I've complained about). But, even after this I've encountered the same problem the very next day. When I called up them to report this they sent a mechanic to the place and he adjusted some bolt and left. Then I realised that I was made fool by them, as after this I've encountered several other problems too!!!(Not sure why are those!!). Later I've taken my vehicle to authorised service station and got those fixed.

Beware !! think twice before taking your bike to this zone. Donot waste your time and money!!!

The pickup service provided by them is worth to appreciate.

Castrol bike zone - tirumalgiri secunderabad

Be aware of this castrol bike zone.
Last time when for servicing, he told me that disk pads needs to be changed. I asked him to change them.
And when I went for the next servicing, he said the same thing. When asked him to show the disk pads, those were the same old ones. And the person is arguing that, it depends on usage.

But, I didn't understand how can disk pads spoiled in 3 months/4000kms distance.

and be aware of this. these persons real frauds. and complain that some part or other is not working. and when ask them to change, they charge you but doesn't change them.

When I am arguing with him, some other customer complaining about the theft of petrol.

Castrol Bike Zone - Viman Nagar, Pune.

This is about the Castrol Bike zone located at Viman Nagar, Pune. I gave my bike for service to this centre, before giving it to service everything was fine. After i get back from these now everything went wrong.

After 2 days from service first i faced with the Horn and indicator is not working. Before giving it to them it was worked fine no problem with that. I approached to them and asked i gave it service 2 days before the battery was worked fine now it didn't working properly. they removed the battery and charged it whole day and told your battery life got over. They are recommending go for new battery. From this i came to know these bloody changed my battery with faulty one.

The next problem is after several days now my gear box is getting jammed when I'm changing the gears.

Another problem is my front is wheel is not moving freely. while riding i feel like riding a bullock Cort.

I donno how these guys are qualifying the mechanics, those who are working over there are not look like a professional(well experienced) mechanics. All are in the age group of 15 - 20 yrs old.

Still a lot more peoples are going everyday to service their vehicle over there. Please don't go to these place anyway you all going to pay for the service what they are doing. so please go to authorized service centers.

CASTROL BIKE ZONE IS A ZONE !!!

i have serviced my bike in castrol bikezone thiruvanmayur, chennai. i am very disappointed with the service, these fellows have done nothing in bike, they have just water washed the bike and they have charged around 10000rs.
and the most important thing is they have stolen the petrol in my bike too.

and i dont know wht r the other parts have been stolen from my bike.

think twice before giving ur bike for servicing in castrol bikezone.

For many of the customers like me when ever bikes are serviced at Castrol KUKATPALLY BRANCH, always charged minumum bill of Rs 2000 /- which includes replacement with new parts. We wonder why our bike parts get wear and tear so often.

No invoices given for new parts.
Recently they have charged 3500 /- for replacing new parts saying that mileage and pick up will be improved. they say front handle is bent which was fitted by them earlier and charge 1500/- for replacing with new parts.rest servicing costs 1000/-.
All these costs when the bike is in good running condition on road.

When i visited center in the middle of servicing i did nt get a feeling they are replacing with new parts, they are cleaning and removing bents in some other shops.

They go on saying that bajaj pulsar is worst for maintainance; after initial 2 years o[censored]sing the bike, we have to spend minimum 2k/- per servicing the bike.

Bhaiyon...I have Pulsar 220 and i got 3 services done in delhi two at Karol bagh bugga link and one time at Kirti Nagar bagga link, but every time i disappointed yaar kuch nai karte saaalee... Please Please koi to acha service centre bataoooooo..plzzzzzz...Meri bike Chandigarh ki hai aur meine wahan 4 service karvai thi aur har baar full satisfaction hoti thi.. service ke baad esa lagta tha jaise bike fir se nai ho gai ho...BC jab se Dilli aaya hun tab se to watt lag gai hai meri bike ki..:(:(:(..

I also faced bad experience with Castrol KPHB. The problem is black smoke coming from exhaust, that mechanic asked me to go with engine overhaul and that will cost around 10000/-. I told them dont do any thing and I went to a local mechanic he checked the bike and changed the carburator which costed was around 1500/-. My bike is in good condition now no black smoke. I am really pitty abt the skill of the castrol bike zone... dont go for that...

hi this is reuben from chennai i given my sister scooty in castrol bike zone for service .service guy told me to do gold sevice, i have done that b ut the service is very horrible they even forget to fix jet screw in carburetor, even water service is very poor ..what more to say u, very terbile fit for nothing except for the fees, , pls some one help in that i will also mail u the photograph and also bill copy, of service sheet

date 19/4/2013, I had done servicing of my bike appache RTR from Biker zone Thube park shivaji nagar pune, their service is very disappointed, very bad their macanics are ill behaved they not even properly wash your vehicle. very bad work.all your money goes in waste if you take your bike to thube park castrol bike zone shivaji nagar pune. they waste my full day and not done anything. charged me Rs 1200 for service and not even washed my bike properly, broke my disk brake oil indicator & when i compalint it with service manager he called macanic who mis behaved with me and managed told me, Sir we have to tollrate these people as we have shortage of macanics I am surprised, its shocking they are telling to their customer to bear their macanics bad behaviour and worst work... ohh no I will never suggest any body to go to thube park shivaji nagar castrol bike zone it is a shame on castrol's name. total waste...
