[Resolved]  Centurion Bank Of Punjab Miracle Credit Card — Cheating the customer

I am holding the miracle credit card for last 2 years. with out any intimation they have marked leen on my account and the money is been taken and it has been a mental harasment . So Unmark leen from my account and close my card. People are requested to be alert on this issue so dont suffer like my case.

I request the higher oficials of centurion bank of punjab of take up this issue and solve this kind of cheap policies.

I WANT TO TELL U THAT I AM RURAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER IN CENTURIAN BANK OF PUNJAB OF MUKATSAR BRANCH IN PUNJAB. I HAVE JOINED 14TH OF JANUARY.BUT THEY DID NOT GIVR ME SALARY TILL NOW. FIRSTLY THAY HAVE SAID THAT YOUR SALARY WILL COME ON 5TH OF MARCH. BUT NOW THEY SAID THAT U WILL RECIEVE YOUR SALARY ON 5TH OF APRIL. HERE I WANT TO REQUEST U THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME SALARY THANKS.

I had used my centurion bank debit card for purchase at Viveks Show Room, Coimbatore. But the transaction failed, the amt was not credited to the the dealer at the same time the amt of Rs.9500/- was debited from my account. Below is the mini statement of my account. Also attached is the letter from Viveks to this effect.

Pls ensure that the amt is credited to my account at the earliest. Also the this issue was intimated to the bank on the very same day, yet there has been no action from your end. The feedback has been very lukewarm. Kindly understand the amt is Rs.9500/- and too huge a amount for me.

Now i have made the payment of 5000/- via CASH in icici bank jhemshedpur branch on 25th of april 2008.It will received you before 5 days.
kindly reverse my late payment charges from my card a/c and credit to in card a/c, because its 1st time happened and i promise you it will never be do again.Plz intimate me also as soon as possible.

I m chandrasekhar vc, holding a CBOP card no is ([protected]).As per discussed to your customer care executive for out standing i have made the complete payment (including late payment charge) and he also told that if you pay this amount you will going to get 0 balance in your account .Afetr i paid i got one more call from you people saying that you have to pay the 300 rs amount again...
i am not getting how this amount i have to pay again once i payed complete amount...

So they told that your amount is not received and i spoke with your customer care. They told me your amount is debited from here. Again i spoke to Vasanth & Co, they told me we didnt receive any amount from your Credit Card. Up to now i didnt receive any solution for this. I HAVE PAID ONE CHEQUE (CHQ NO.56455 RS.943/-) IN ICICI BANK ON [protected] AND IT HAS ACCOUNTED ON [protected]. LAST MONTH I GOT A CALL FROM BANK AND I EXPLAINED CLEARLY. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM CBOP CARDS ASKING TO PAY DUE AMOUNT. THAT AMOUNT HAS ALREADY PAID BEFORE DUE DATE. IF THINGS ARE LIKE THIS, I WOULD LIKE TO DISCONTINUE THIS CREDIT CARD.

My self is Ravindra Shiledar I was the credit office in CBOP since 22nd Dec. 06 to 19th Jan 08 at Ahmedabad that time was taking miracle card hv spent Rs. 9990 app. and getting bill very late after due date had paid up all amount but bank has charge the 300 late fee which is not meaningful, this late fee increse rapidly and become the large amount . Request you to waive off this amount.

I m Sameer Raj, holding a CBOP card no is ([protected]).I am using this card from Jan'08 but I haven't recvd any PIN# of this card.I want also statement on my mail ID because sometime I haven't recvd my monthly statement that's why I want statement on my mail ID.I'm unable to contact cust-care because this no. is not valid [protected] which is given back of CBOP card/statement.
