[Resolved]  Chennai Packers & Movers — Poor quality of service

I transported my goods from chennai to Gujarat(Palanpur). The goods were despatched on 29th March 2008 from chennai. I didn't recieved my goods till 14th April 2008. Since i have to comeback to chennai to bring my family, i requested the mumbai agent to despatch the goods on 20th of April 2008(Sunday). It enable me to unload the goods easily in the absence of me. But the goods were despatched to Palanpur on 17.04.08(Thursday) during my absence. This makes me to made 100s of call to my friends in Palanpur to make the unloading and relieve the vehicle as early as possible. When the packets were checked in Palanpur, one carton was missing . A letter carrying this information get signed from the driver of the vehilce(Vehicle no.TN04-AA5877) at unloading point.
After i came back to Palanpur i made repeated call to the Mumbai agent Mr.Rathna Moorthy. But i didn't get any information regarding my missed carton box from him. I called Mr.Nasar(Chennai) and informed the same and he told to contact the Chennai Branch Manager Mr.Vijay Kumar. I contacted him on 22nd April 2008. He attended my first call and told that he will collect information and inform to me within a day. But he didn't make any call till date. He didn't even lift the phone after my repeated calls during last one week.
I understood the horrible condition of the system and irresponsibility showed by the packers&movers during and after transportation gives me pain even after i paid my full amount before despatching of goods from chennai.
I can't understood who is the responsible person while we approach for complaints. Till date no soluation i got. I understood the packers are not doing buisness but try to cheat the people when they got their opportunity.
