I transported my house hold goods from Chennai to Gurgaon with insurance done. Eventhough i had followed all the terms of the company like payment in full before departure. Manager had cheated me in the way of refund which he was promised me to settle me for the repairable goods only which was mutually agreed and after i was keep on following with him for the past two months the response after the promises he abide was not obeyed till date....

Recently we moved the package from Trichy to Bangalore and it was a PART LOADING (very small numbers)
They charged 9000 rupees. We called and they came to trichy WITHOUT any packing material. We asked the package but they told, they will be doing in the godown and not in home. we believed. 1)Apart from the quoted amount the 3 people who came for packing forcefully demanded 1500 as their 'TIP' , after arguing we stop them with 1200, in fear of damage to our house hold item

I spoke to one Mr. Selvam of chennai packers in Bangalore and finalized the movement of my household things from Bangalore to Chennai on 20th Oct, 2012. Reasons which clearly indicate that they are really the WORST PACKERS & MOVERS are:-
1. Schedule time was 10 AM but they turned up only at 12 Noon.
2. Brought only few packing materials (like bubble sheet, wrappers etc)
3. Out of 4 stafff 3 were not having any idea...

Below are the items which have been damaged:

1. TV table top plate is totally broken and wheels are missing.

I booked my two wheeler and a 32kg travel bag full of costly personal dress/items on 1st of June from Chennai to Coimbatore. We had to move into our new house and we got the contact details of one Mr. Kumar at Chennai Packers. In our initial dealing he did not mention a limit of around 15 cartons for a local move. Chennai Packers and Movers is one the worst packers I have seen. They are known for losing or damaging any kind of household goods shipped through them. On 5th April when goods I received it was 2 cartoon boxes missing and scooter was damaged.

we booked 65 items in chennai packers on 28 th march from chennai to nagercoil...they promised to deliver it in 2 days in single load and charged extra amount for it.. till date they have not delivered and no proper response too.. a lady in customer care is not fit for that post..better they can close this business.. atleast we customers will be free from this tension......
