While picking the shipment they will speak very politely but after picking the product, they won't receive the call and they will speak very rudely like they don't gonna delivered to you, i have booked one bike from chennai to hyderabad. 2-3 days they responded and after that they are not picking the call even one month over don't...

I have shipped my home appliances from bengaluru to chennai on 27 april 2018, today it's 11 may 2018. Most of my products were damaged and also they are not giving the bill as per their promise. Even their dm is rude in customer request. They are all working in favour their employees only, as their dm is not accepting their mistakes and making me fool. More over they are not giving official bills of customers are not asking. This is unethical....

I recommended "chennai packers and movers", kolathur, chennai, to my sister from ramavaram to arasamarathadi, near kk nagar area, chennai. They charged 5000inr. And cash paid. Most unprofessional, they didnt unpack and arrange the things after transportation, damaged the walls by scoring them, dumped most of the things in one room, no pre-assessment of goods to be taken and in a lurch when on site. The company is not good at unsupervised packing, the people need to be pushed much to do their jobs. They just wan to finish and getaway...

This is bring it to your notice that i contacted madu to shift my honda brio - at tn 10 aw 5094 from chennai to mumbai. As per his advice vehical was handed over to jm cargo on 1st dec-17. On 9th dec-17 i got call from jm cargo that vehical has reached pune and there is a sound while applying reverse gear... On consultantion with honda - they adviced it is transmission issue.

I booked my House sold articles transporting from Salem to Bangalore through their service and I never expect this much bad experience with this ridiculous service providers booked my consignment on 15/10/16 and they committed delivery as 19 or 20th Oct and still it not reached us. pathetic nightmare with them after paying enough money bad experience
