[Resolved]  CIBIL Credit Report — CIBIL CREDIT REPORT

There are
two credit bureaus that maintain your credit data in the country now, the
prominent among them is CIBIL or Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd. The
newly notified Credit Information Companies Regulation Act , 2005 (CICRA)
gives a consumer several rights with regard to credit bureaus. 1) First you
should approach CIBIL (www.cibil.com) to get a copy of your own credit report.
This right is given to you by CICRA. Make the request officially in writing and
get an acknowledgement for your request. 2)This report will then outline what
exactly is reported by the bank in respect of your credit account and enable
you to take action accordingly if there is any error in the reporting. Specific
measures have been provided in the CICRA for the consumer to raise a dispute
in respect of any wrong reporting with a time bound dispute resolution
mechanism that has been built in. You can take up the matter with the
concerned bank by posting a complaint on their website and keep proof of that
with you. If there is no response from the bank within 15 days, you can lodge a
complaint with banking ombudsman (www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in).

I have no credit card nor i have taken any loan, but the CIBIL report says that i have a written off amount of Rs. 2, 909.00. and a Auto loan of Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 . i want to know form CIBIL, that they can provide me a information from which bank my written off and auto loan has been generated into their report, so that we can approach to the connencend bank and ask them to give the explantion in this regard. I want to take legal action against the bank that has provided wrong information and i am not in a position to avail loan
As the CIBIL report dosent give you full information we are not able to over come the problem and give the satisfying reply to our bank
CIBIL can only create the problem and slow down the process of sancationing the loan
Information receiced to CIBIL by the banks has to be analysed and updated .

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied personal loan. The department told me, as per cibil record some outstanding amount is pending for my credit card and CIBIL ranking is not met. as per my knowledge i paid all the credit card amount. I'm having all the evidence.

Could you please tell me which credit card it is?

rececently i am using two banks credit cards, In my knowledge two other banks they provided credit cards but i dont use and request to cancle, they cancelled and sended no dues letter to me, but at the time of another loan formality find one bank put my card writtenoff and write up overdue amount of Rs. 219, without my knowlege or any information given to me, i dont understand without any correspondences or tephonic confirmation how can they provide these kind of [censored] report to your organization, i am surprized when we are paying lots of money to credit cards and alrady getting clousers letter why they are distroing peoples cibil report, pl.be verify if i find any outstanding after that i can pay. 219 is very small amout but the intesion of the is very noncoperative or we dont know, why these people want to harass public, pl. find if they have any proof of outstanding statement sended to me or contactcted then i will be sorroo. but these kind of [censored] report may effect your accuracy. Res. sir,
I had a car loan with HDFC bank, their is not a single cheque disownerd, they never sent statement ormdue balance amout time to time when i go for a statement they want charge of rs.500/- as per norms of RBI but in my knowledge no any bank charges are to too high then HDFC bank, please be check this isssue its not only my problem many many people are facing these kind of charges which are not acceptable, justified charges people can pay but 5 to 10 times charges will not paid by people. they feel harrased and dipressed with HDFC bank people.when u reply me i can provide my account no, and all u need.

I am settled the ICICI Credit card one Year back. I faced the ICICI credit card people problem, ICICI people using bad words so I settle the cards ICICI and citibank card last year. Iam having settlement letters also. now my name in the cibil default list. How can I come out the Cibil default list. Kindly advise me sir, I feel very bad I feel sic logically and mentally depressed this cibil. Kindly help me sir.

I know from the city bank, tvm about my defaulters list in cibil for taking a new loan from them.But actually I have no dues inthe previous loans & setteled fully in date. So, kindly inform me the details of cibil list of me and why the pending happen .

I had applied for a car loan form Tata Finance, but the same was rejected due to CIBIL report. According to CIBIL I have 8 loan and 3 loan is under OD but I have received All 3 Loan NOC

My Control No. is 40, 76, 61, 081

So pls tell me what can i do ?

Your CIBIL Report Showed, I have taken Auto Loan on 31/07/2008 Amount Rs. 518143 but I have not taken any auto loan Kindly Inform me about that loan. The said Loan Reported on 31/08/2008

sir i want to know about my credit report in CIBIL,
Becasue my name is in the defaulter list of CIBIL.
I had applied for a loan from some other bank, Bank denied my request because of my name catch in the CIBIL List.
Please help me I m very harassed these days.Please give me the hard or soft copy of the report.

CIBIL — Wrong CIBIL Credit report

Hi,
I am Rakesh Kumar. My PAN No. ANAPK9129P. My Address is #763, 15th B main Gokula 1st Stage Mathekhere Bangalore 54. Today I applied for Car Loan in SBI bank. But Bank people said there is home loan on your name and you are defaulter into that. So, we can give you loan. where has I never took any home loan. Kindly correct your data or let me know what else I can do to get this data corrected.

Here by just want all of the concerned people in my vicinity (my friends and my relatives and all possible people I associate with) to be informed (rather WELL INFORMED) that NEVER CHOOSE HSBC BANK Credit Card I will never ever recommend any one to go for HSBC bank. Another reason being the ROI was not better compared to other banks

I have made full payment (not settlement) after they told me we wont give NOC to you because it is against bank policy. HSBC customer care is useless because that bugger unable to give correct information(Simple they are uneducated or )
The slogan your The world's local bank ! Looks dull to me – I suggest to change it to The world's local bank
