[Resolved]  CIBIL — wrong credit report supplied to bank causing rejection of LOAN application

ICICI Bank — WRONG CIBIL REPORT

Sir,
I had apply for a person loan from ABN AMRO bank in the month of March 2008 during that my bank had inform me that my name is in CIBIL so they can not approved my loan thus i request CIBIL for the detail of CIBIL report and they furnished the same to me.
In that CIBIL report it has been found that ICICI bank had but my name in CIBIL stating a due of amount Rs. 28633 vide credit card no. [protected] of the year 2004 vide Control no.35.49.29.289 and member no: BF02011107 AND Member referance no.4303P111206.

Sir, in this regard i once again write emial to CIBIL and they had advise us to contact the bank since they totally belive the report of the bank and not varify that the given report are ture or not.

Thus i aproch to bank a number of time but no body tries to solve my problem and listen to me and tries to give me the deatil of the dues.
I therefore requet your to kindly put my complian since i am total being haressed by the bank and my credibility being damage by the bank.

wrong credit report sipplied to bank causing rejection of CAR LOAN application
i have applied for a Car loan from SBI BANK, Mansarowar Branch in oct. 2011.But They rejected my application saying that i am already having an outstanding loan amount of 15000 rs as per the credit Report provided by CIBIL(credit information bureau India authorised.)As per report ICICI Bank which has been fully paid by me. But then also my name in coming on [protected]@cibil.com .
i go through cibil wbsite WWW.CIBIL.COM, but no information is there regarding my query.
Is cibil a government organisation?
who has given them rights to share confidential things of any person to any bank without informing the concern persons?
why cibil had provided wrong credit report to ICICI BANK due to this my Car Loan Application get rejected as a result i had suffered from mental harrasment and unneccesary troubles.

My name is appreaing in CIBIL list against two wheeler loan in 2005 but we have taken two wheeler finance form HDFC BANK in 2010 by LOAN AGREEMENT NO.[protected] which was already paid and never bounce cheque during depositing EMI.
Due to appearing my name in list bank is not being agree for personal loan.
