I hold a Citibank credit card last four digits 0830. I have not used it from last few months so that's why it got blocked. To reinstate it I have sent my (1 coloured photo, two photo id) information to Chennai office and a paper written PLEASE REINSTATE MY CARD, but still I didn't get any revert from there.

Please reinstate my card .

I have applied for Citi Bank Rewards Platinum Card on 07 Aug 2014. I have received CitiBank Card APIN on 25 Aug 2014. But till now I have not received The Card. I have requested to your authorised representative named Sri Aritra Chakraborty in Kolkata for looking into the matter. But he was undone and avoiding me.
