Non receipt of refund of Coal India IPO IPO:CoalIndia DPID:300118 ClientID:10848745 ApplicationNo.:44954807 DearSir/Madam, I have a demat and trading account with "M/S Alankit assignment ltd." My DP ID is: 300118 and clientIDis:10848745 I had applied for IPO of Coal India on Dt. 20.10.2010 through M/S Kotak Securities Ltd, New Delhi for 400 shares (Amount isRs.98000/-). My application No.44954807 By mistake I had mentioned wrong demat account detail, I wrote wrong DP ID:112233 instead of my correct DP ID:300118 I have checked Coal India IPO details pertaining to my application No. 44954807 on the web site of Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd, which shows refund has made through speed post against refund order no. 1326150 However, I have not yet received my refund as on today 04.12.2010, neither it has credited to my bank account (Saving A/C No.[protected] with Syndicate bank, sector -24, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. i applied for coal india share for Rs.98000 wide application no 33724798From coal india site i came to know that they have not issued any shares and amount refunded to me by speed post no EM[protected]IN
I contacted speep post dept on telephone no [protected] they replied coal india has given speed post no by their own actual refundstill lies with them
till 11/11/2010 i am no getting any reply from coal india nor from linktime services
I sent two mail to them but not getting any reply
i request you to hepl me in getting my refund

they informed that they are not in receipt of refund instrument from coal india. coal india has given speed post no by its own.
i request you to look into the matter and help me in getting my refund amount along with loss of compensation at the earliest
