[Resolved] Croma Stores — SUB STD PRODUCT | |
I had recently purchased DVD player 3268. As per the specification in the phillips dvd manual it had indicated that dvd remote should be with the cell batteries. To my surprise the cell batteries were not given. Further the kind of services provided at croma stores are sub-standard. I want to write to concerned person handling the croma admin. The product which was given to me was not as the specifications. I have lodged a complaint but I am not sure considering the admin setup whether this would be attended appropriately. Just to share my complaint number is 119/211208/dvd & vcd player 2513. Can anyone provide the email ID of the head of croma sales. Was this information helpful? | |

..as a matter of fact I discovered something new... it appears the products that are being sold from Croma are sub-standard...
It was a great idea to have a glittering mega store in your neighborhood and we had it in Rohini Delhi.
I bought a Sony Viao last October it is in the service center now, I bought an LG DVD player from Croma last year - again a sub-standard piece, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not... with a usb feature present, it reads USB pen drive on its own wish.
I bought logitech laptop speakers they have already visited the service center after 2 months o[censored]se...
I bought a Sony Camera in feb this year, I hope whatever problem it has to give it should do before warranty lapses... presently working fine...
If anybody at Croma listening... I have receipts for all these purchases and not making unnecessary noise.. my id is [protected]@gmail.com
