Hi, I Amit Rajput had applied for passport of my Wife, Daughter, Mother In-law & Brother In-law. Details below: (Aarti Rajput (Wife) applied on 17/07/2008, File No Z 161864), (Namya Rajput (Daughter) applied on 17/07/2008, File No Z 161865), (Kanta Sokhal (Mother in-law) applied on 17/07/2008, File No Z 161862), (Vivek Sokhal (Brother In-law) applied on 17/07/2008, File No Z 161863).Every time, when I am checking the online status, the status just says that " File Reference Number (DLH-Z[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available & No passport received yet. Please confirm and display the correct information at online status.(all police enquires had been complicated 50 days ago ) I am very worried as it is as urgent for us as they had to go London on marriage in October 2008 .Request you please urgently look into the matter and help us to get our passports by 15th Oct. As we have to apply for visa as well .If we do not get the passports till 15th Oct. We will not be able to go for the marriage. tubewell no2 of sector 22b has been dry up so the residents of nearby are suffering from water crises many people have borewell near the the tubewell ire illigle hno[protected] have borewell due t which the ground level of water is suffering so i request HUDA to pleas take strict action.

I being the member of PVRA, again draw your kind attention regarding removal/of mobile tower at A-683, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Despite complaints after complaints and its reminder sent to you even personal appearance as well as to DTP (Enforcement), but nothing has been done so far and mobile tower is go on increasing in full fledged strength without any fear and go on spreading health hazard activity along with PG with having 30 young boys on commercial basis which is in violation in terms of residential colony particularly Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, where no commercial activity along with health hazard activity are allowed. It is further pointed out that J.E. concerned with DTP (Enforcement) who has been assigned the said case but the said J.E. has great links with the owner of A-683, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, and go on shielding him time to time for the last years and encourging him to do everything illegally by all means and showing him all ways illegally as to how the same are to be done till he sits as J.E. in the Enforcement.
In order to get it confirmed regarding removal /unfunctional of mobile tower it would be best of the things if instrument like Antina and Microwaves fitted on the tower may be removed, by the DTP (Enforcement) which is his main duty to remove such towers instead of referring such matter to other authorities like electricity board or Ansals etc. to disconnect electricity/ water supply which is impossible to do by the said authority being essential services. DTP (Enforcement) is only avoiding him self from his duty and referring the case to other authorities only to gaining time and encouraging them to do every impossible things to possible.
In view of above DC, Gurgaon is therefore once again requested to instruct DTP (Enforcement) to remove the instruments fitted on the tower like Antina and Microwave instead of referring the said case to other authorities avoiding him self from his duty and shielding to the owner of premises.

I would like your attention towards the inefficiency of traffic officers posted at various locations,
The observations are:
a) At Iffco chowk the policeman standing for the purpose of avoiding Tempos/illegal Cabs stoppage -is simply standing without interferring them . He is more worried keeping handkerchief on his nose instead of smoothening of traffic .
b) The same thing is observed at Sheetla Mata Mandir road and the traffic cops simply chat with each other without stopping autos/cabs who are stopping at any place at their will .
This is case of simply discipine and nothing else,

Sir,
I would like to bring your attention towards the electricity shortage in the villages near to Manesar. We arer residing in our farm land near to village Shikohpur. As per to the discussion with the powerhouse workers in manesar, it has been intimated by them that a order is released from your esteemed office not to supply electricity more thean 3hours (2hrs in day & 1hr in evening) in the lines of tubewells.
We are suffering due to this continuous heat stroke, mosquitoes, flies attack. The children's are prone to diseases. They Suffer and cry due to this untolerable effect of summer.
It's the peak time when examination are held. We are in a condition to drop our exams as we can't study without light. Our this year/carrer is going to be ruined and all this because of non supply of electricity. Where to go and what to do? it's a big question mark. Do you or your subordinates can suggest me how to appear for my exams. it's a big mistake we have done that we are residing at our farmland.
The question is do we have to live a life like animal. Why this discrimination. If the same is done in the cities we do undrestand that they have got power back up. If there is some problem with the power house why it has not been solved from last 15-20 days. Is it lack of efficient workers? What's the reason? Can you justify?

I was inmate of red cross working women hostel, gurgaon but i foreced to left the hostel due to bad behaviour o[censored]rmaila Rais0 The Warden. She is having such a bad attitude towards the girls.She interfare too much in our private life that you can imagine she dont allowed us to sit together in a room. According to her it may leads to any bad physical temptation. After spending such a heatic scheduel in office we liek to spend our times with hostel girls so that stress can be reduced but she has problem with it. Neither she solve our problem liek elect & Maintance.
I came to kno that you got a lot of complaint against her but no action has been taken yet.

A large number animals in dairy and un-proper management by dairy owners are causing health hazard and lead to the spread of infectious diseases. The Full smell of dumping Waste, Vermin, Flies, Bee and Mosquitoes, Rates and Lizard etc. comes due to animals are seriously causing health hazard. Out mostly family members are ill due to various infectious diseases. During raining session as well as bathing of animals by dairy owner, all dumping waste comes and lying on the road as well as in front of main gates. Severs are also jammed due to waste and Vermin’s and smell comes in our houses thorough air and sever lines.
It is therefore requested that necessary direction may kindly be given to the Commissioner Nagar Nigam, Gurgaon to take suitable action against Dairy owner and direct him to close or shift the dairy in some other un-residential areas.
