[Resolved]  Dell India Pvt Ltd — replacement

I bought one laptop INSPIRON 1545 with service tag no.9RWD3BS and tax invoice no. 00244397 on 8 June 2009 with help of your service agent Mr.Valmiki Gowda & before placing an order I taught one more salesman on your helpline no. for consultation & he told me that if you are phasing any problem in your laptop after received it we will change it within one day and I also received Quotation from him on my email id after that I placed an order through agent Mr.Valmiki Gowda . After that I was received my laptop on 12 June 2009
After two days I was phasing some problems in it like hung, flab is lose, mouse pad is not working properly till now also & I already boot it 2-3 types . I lodged report on your help no. With case no. 2186428 that time they told me that your laptop will change within 15 days but that nobody give any response. Again I called on your helpline no, that time I taught with Mr. Abhishek and he told me that he was sending me some authorized form on my mail id but that day I also not received it after that I again logged a complaint on your site after that I received form on my mail on 24 june, 2009, and I sent it through courier with courier no.[protected] from Blaze Flash courier. And I saw on their site that you company received it on 27 june, 2009 on your gurgaon address.
After some days when I was not received a single response from your side . Again I called on your helpline no. by chance I again taught with Mr. Abhishek he told me that on Monday(6 July 2009), your somebody called and meet me and he will replace my laptop laptop but he didn’t call me next day on Tuesday(7 July 2009) I again called on your helpline no. taught with new person whose name was Mr. Vikram he told me new thing that my form was not received after that he cutted my phone . And that time I again called on your helpline no. once again I visit new person . She told me that one company person visit me for replacement of laptop but same thing was done again
Kindly see this matter as soon as possible before 12 July 2009 if you can’t so I have to take help from consumer court regarding harassment and wrong commitment with me against your company. I hope you will take action regarding this.

Dear sir,
I, Ravindra Nanasaheb Deshmukh Citibank credit card holder bearing card no. [protected]. bring to your notice that, unknown person has misused my credit card to purchase of items costing Rs. 22, 598/- from Dell India Pvt. Ltd. vide purchase reference no. 948666 dtd. 17.07.2009. ( As per my citibank credit card statement dtd. 22.07.2009).
However i have filed F I R against the same. i would appriciate if you could provide me shipper/Delivery address of the above purchase at my e-mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com at the earliest.
If you need any further documents/ Proof i will provide same immediately.
