[Resolved]  Deutsche Bank — Billing after the settlement made

My card number is [protected] and i make the full settlement for the said card on 13.09.2007. But till now i am getting monthly statement and phone call asking for the payment... Then, wat is the use of my settlement?

Deutsche Bank — unused billings

Mujhe Year 2007 mai Deutche Bank ka Credit Card Mila jiska Use aur Bhugtaan mai lagtaar kar rahaa thha,
lekin Lagaatar mera balance badtaa gyaa fir mujhe dhanku bhare aur bhadde galiyo se bhare phone calls aane lage jinn ki recording mere phone mai hai.
Mujhe Mumbai se Deutche Bank ke manager ka phone aayaa jiss mai mujhe sorry kahaa gayaa aur kahaa gayaa ki mai 200/- only ka ek payment daal du to mera accout khatam ho jayegaa fir meri marzi ke mai card ko use karoo yaa nahi, maine 200/- ka ek cheque payment kiyaa lekin usske baad bhi mujhe abhi bhi regular statments aa rahi hain aur dhamki bhare phone calls jinki recording mere paas mojudd hai,

meri help kijiye inn musibato se chhutkara paane mai
Brother I was sure this was to happen to me also. I had used the card and purchased air ticket. and there was no bill for 3 months. and one fine morning i see that they have added up intrest and lat fees and sent me a bill.

As i said the bank was not sending the bill they said settle the account. I said I also dont want to continue with the card for this kind of billing. The amount was settled and the first payment installment was made. they gave me a settlement letter in white paper (Just Think a bank giving a letter on white paper). There was no details of signatory and address.

I called customer care and they said they have no clue of settlement. and till date i have been facing this. every time they call up and settle and then when i call up they say in customer care they dont have clue and its different division. and I have been receiving bills and they have piled up to nearly Rs. 20000.

Yet only 6000 is left back as per agreement

This collection agency call up at any time they want and even threatens to do when ever thry want to.

The banking has become unending hole.

They will disturb you till you give up. they dont have proper way to settle. and thik they can do as per their rules. why their rules?? why not one set of banking rules.

we customers dont have any say.

yet we pay the bank for what every service they give (be what ever they project)

You have utlised the card for Rs.11137.16 rupees and repaid Rs.11010 nearly after 1 year. You have not bothered to pay any interest to the bank after using the money for 1 year. The bank have any way helped you by giving a settlement. Dont do such wrong complaints and dont spoil the bank's name. You have paid Rs.127.10 less than what you used. Who will give you such credit for 0% for a year.
