[Resolved]  DG Shipping Mumbai — CDC

v subramanian — e mail bill

Ihave requested many number of times to send the bills through
my e mail address already available in the system. Inspite of
my personal calls and e mails no one is ready torespond
What is the problem in providing the soft copy of the bills


Pls make sure I get the bill at the earliest to enable us to
make the payment in time since I am not recg hard copy
by courier in time

Today (30.8.2010) I have requested three persons in your
customer care dept. but no one is responding positively
Customer care should be taken care of thecustomers not
just chatting with people to ask for queries

i had sent my CDC for a "replacement' of my CDC No: BY58600 through FEDEX (AWB no.[protected] on 26/05/2011 to shipping office in Ballard Estate, Mumbai. Fedex confirms the delivery of of the packet.

I have not got any acknowledgement for the above so far. pls acknowledge the receipt of my CDC and the file number of my CDC. my e-mail: [protected]@rediffmail.com

my self rajakishor swain. applied for replacement of CDC on DT 04.10.2013 by speed post, I have not received replacement CDC.and also not receive my file no.kindly requesting you for getting my replacement CDC.

i happen to check my CDC details on the web portal of DG Shipping
named CDC CHECKER.
but i could find that my details were not available.
even after this my details are not shown in CDC checker.
Now my company has sent in an enquire to me as to why the details of
my CDC is not available in the DG Shipping site. Further also stated
that if this details are not furnished they might held up my pay.
i request your good self to kindly advice me as to how am I suppose
to go on with it and how to make my CDC details available in the site.
