My cdc application was by mistaken submitted. On 30th may 2018. I want to cancel my request of application.
There is typing error in my application. My passport number is j8490457 but it appears in online application is j849047. Only this error is to be corrected in my cdc online application.
I need to reapply for the same with correct required data. Kindly help me out. Thanks.

Need to know the procedure for cancelling my indian cdc as it holds a stamp of restricted to cruise vessel only. I need to reapply a fresh one. I have 25 months sailing experience. Kindly guide me for same. I have been selected in a company but need to clear this cdc as soon as possible. Hope a prompt revert.

Smo (M)/2018/14966 from mumbai... It's still under process but my friend applied cdc 5 april 2018 with application no. Is smo (M)/2018/21906 is approved but not mine... Please give me a reply.. My cdc request is rejected due to not uploading the medical certificate appendix v.
But while i was applying, the system is only asked for appendix iv. So apparently i uploaded appendix iv.
Now my application is rejected due to not uploading appendix v.
How could it be rejected due to not uploading appendix v, when there no field in application to upload appendix v?
It doesn't make any sense.

I had already issued my cdc in april 5th 2018 in mumbai master office and also got my application approved when i checked on dg shipping website dated 23rd may, 2018. Sir may i please know how many days more will it take to get dispatch and deliver my cdc on my home address? As i have to get on board in next 10 days and cdc is mandatory for sailing through.

I am nisamudheen cherupoyil and i applied fresher indian cdc on 13 april 2018 by myself. Application number smo (M)/2018/24059. And my indos number 16hl9824.

I paid the amount and submitted the attachments on that same day 13 april 2018.

And still the application is in under process.

And only after getting the cdc, i can move to offshore.

Sir, i've a complaint against " marvin shipping, rpsl, mum-362. I made contact to them, and they demanded their service charges, i payed all.
They gave me 9 months contract, but after 5 months 10 days, company sold the ship for scrap.
I came back and again met to marvin shipping, they assured me, this is marvin's responsibility to complete my sea time and said to join again till next month.
But sir, today is going to be pass more than 7 months but still i didn't get any positive response to them, even they are not receiving my call nor giving any message reply. They wasted my precious time, important to my future.
Please sir, help me to get away from this problem, to secure my future.

My Indian CDC application status was "application submitted" for one whole month and now it has changed to "under process" as of 11/08/2023. The application was Submitted online to SMO (Mumbai) and the application number is SMO/2023/259665.
Because of the delay in this process I am unable to apply for the Port Visa and my joining date to the vessel is due in 20 days.
Please do have a look as I need to apply for SID as well as the Port visa and now I am worried cause of the time sensitivity prior to my joining.

i have done STCW course in 2015 and my one PSSR certificate still not uploaded in my indos checker by institute Suraksha Marine ( vasai ). as i applying for india CDC am getting problem to proceed further on web site i communicate by mobile and email with suraksha marine they told it will take time last 10 days trying but no acction taken.
even they are telling me do new course i said how can i do according to new rule for fresh course have to do 4 course together it is not affordable to me.
it is kind request please upload my PSSR certificate on indose checker or take necessary action regarding the same

I am holding cdc number-mum 99594
Cdc was been renewed in the year 2012 (Received sticker from mmd for another ten year validity, that is upto 2022, and it was visible in cdc checker,
Presently it is showin expired on 2012.
Can u please check the issue and kindly revert.
