Dish TV — concectivity problem

my VC no. is [protected] for last one week our programmes are not coming,one by one all the channels came to a haltwith the massage contact the customer services,when we contect them they dont even recd the phone calls.Such is the pathetic services of this company.For this they have hired a famous personality to promote this services of pathetic services,if you people are not able to function my suggestion is that shut the company sit in a corner of the world.

DishTV / Mr. Prabir Karmakar — yet till date no recharge done by the person

I, Sri Partha Kumar Karmakar would like to draw your kind attention that I have bought a dishtv connection from M/s Durgapur Radio Service, Benachity, Durgapur - 713 213 (Contact No.[protected] on 26.06.08 and contact person is Mr. Prabir Karmakar (Mobile No. [protected] & [protected]).
I have given Rs 710/- on 09/11/09 and Rs 50/- on 10/11/09 to Mr. Prabir Karmakar to recharge my dishtv validity (dishtv reference no. is [protected]). But he has not recharge my dishtv connection till today.
When I am calling him for last 10 days, he is not receiving my call.
Now I request you to kindly take necessary action against him.

Dish TV — Non Renewal of The Service

Dear Sir,

I am an existing customer of Dish TV. I have submitted the Renewal Payment for The cable service.
But the company has not responded till date and I am cordinating with them for more than 20 days.

Dish TV — Scheme Denied Monopoly

Dear Sir

Re : Connection No.[protected]

Prior to renewing my subscription, I called customer care and intimated them that I am going to recharge GOLD Pack and al-a-carte package (LifeStyle) under scheme. Subsequently, I recharged my subscription on 11/11/2009 under reference No.41468541. I had recharged GOLD Pack and made a payment of Rs.1000/- which covers a period upto 27/02/2010.
I got an SMS to the effect that the payment has been received and connection shall be valid upto 27/02/2010.
I got another message that I am enjoying GOLD pack loaded with additional life-style pack worth Rs.45 or something.

TODAY, suddenly, the life-style pack has been taken off today. I contacted customer care over phone line but they asked me to pay for those channels which were offered by DISH TV under scheme and we were enjoying till today.

This has not been the first time, previously also I have experienced different kind of opinion in DISH TV representatives. One says something another different.

Now to sum up, when the scheme has been extended to me (customer) how it can be rolled back during its validity? I request you to start my al-a-carte pack immediately and validate for further period as much it was kept down by you.
