Dish TV — Connection has not been activated despite of many calls

Hi,

I have bought the Dish TV set top box from Hari Palace shop No 2 kshitiz shopping complex Sec 4 Vaishali Ghaziabad on 4th Sep 2009 for Rs. 1490/- Book no. 18 Invoice no 885.

for activation a technition from shivay enterprises C- 28 Raj nagar District center visited us on 6th Sep 2009 and has charged Rs. 880/- Invoice no for the same is 8415.

we were said that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

But even till date it has not been acivated dispite of many calls and complaints logged in at customer care no. Complaint no for the same is 29259811.

In this regard I have spoken to Mr. aniraag who took the complaint and has given us TAT for resolution of 2 hrs on 17th sep 2009 at 16:44.

After that i have spoken to a concern by the name of Mr. Shashi who told that SAF and Invoice has not been sent to them so I mailed all the required documents to him and at customer care ID.

Again there gas been no action yet, meanwhile I had a word with Mr rajan who is Sr. Manager at customer care center he comitted that it will be activaed by saturday 12:00 but has not been activated yet.

Than I spoke to Mr. Ashwani Jha a Team Leader he said that he will give me a call back on my mobile no. he called up and wanted some details I was not at home so I asked him to call me after 2 hrs but there has been no call yet.

I just want you people to help me taking action against DISH TV for cheating me on finacial grounds as well as asting my time efforts and money.

dish tv customer care is very very very poor. The web site is also is a . As if they want that the customer shouldn't interact with them.
I have purchased 4 koryo t.v from Big Bazzar in chennai 16 months Back.that problem is tv automatically Every 10 to 15 minutes on/off. i all ready login to compliend customer service centre. the service persion come and creating lot of problem. the tv is fully dead. again 2nd time login to cmpliend. the service person is 2nd time come remove some transister then telling tomorrwo i"ll come. but not come. Every time i am calling they have told me that we will come to ur home within 1 . but they don't come till today(14/10/2009).

Dish TV — Non attending to AMC

AMC contract is agreed for maintenance of Dish TV at my residence. The dealer (Baroda - Gujarat) is not attending the complaint even after three days of registration.

Dish TV — Channels Not Appearing Even After Recharge

The Dish TV people are charging different amount every time i am recharging for the same set of channels.Seems to me like a big fraud.I recharged my DishTV connection well on time but I am not receiving the Kannada Al Carte package although paid for.The customer care phone keeps ringing ,but no one picks up the phone.

Dish TV — Dish TV still not installed even after purphasing for more than 10 days

I purchased DISH TV on 12th of Oct from Kandivali east Mumbai, Maharashtra. But it has not been installed even after 10 days. today’s date 21/10/09. I have contacted the dealer of DISH TV in Mumbai for nearly 1 week but nothing happed. Then i called the DISH TV customer care in Delhi & have raised complaint 3 times. Every time I get a message that your complaint has been resolved but in real nothing had happened & then I have to again raise the complaint.Please let me know what action should I take.

Dish TV — Stopping access to some channels before expiry of recharge date

My recharge to the above VC was valid up to 03.11.2009, but today on 01.11.2009 itself the DishTV-wale have stopped excess to some channels ! What is it ? "Desi Do Numbari" ? Can't we Indians survive without hypocrisy, duplication, "Desi Do Numbari" ?!

Will the DishTV-wale leave the hypocrisy, "Desi Do Numbari" for some time and allow me to live in peace ?!

Yes, I fully agree with the feed back. I faced the same problem for the last one week. Their customer service via phone is very difficult to reach because when i called them up to register a service request i didnt get anyone online and had to hang up the phone since i could not wait for long. This continued for more than 10 DAYS. Then i send an email to their customer care service which bounced.One day i called them early morning between 6.30am - 7.00am and could get thru and register my service request. The customer service executive gave me a complaint number and said he is forwarding the complaint to their service department and will be attended to in 24hrs - 48hrs. Nothing happened even after 5 days. I kept following with them for two days seeking their attention on my complaint.Everytime you have the same story from their customer service executives ... Sorry sir, You are important ...it will be attended to in next 10 hrs. .. only good words .. No actions at the Back end. Seems there is no sense o[censored]rgency with their customer services in resolving the complaints. It's business as usual and casual. Finally a service representative called at my place on the 6th day and fixed the problem. It's really a bad experience. I was not receiving the channels for the last 16days. Will DISH TV t refund my subscription for this period ? Dont know...
me kai bar recharg karene hatu phone kara or kai bar masg bi bhega kintu 15 min tak cust exu ka intjar karte rahe phir bi koi respuns nahi mila .or neemuch me 2000 ka recharg bi nahi mil raha hi app logo ke samene cust ke samay ki valu to hai he nahi .net se recharg karne ka prayas lagatar kar raha hu but wo bi nahi ho raha hai .pls help me only hendi lang.
I already paid Rs 4000/- to dealer but in my account show Rs 400/-
what can i do for this ?
