my renew plan is at 199/- against new price of 399/-.

My yearly subscription is over on 28/2/2009 & am giving a cheque of Rs 299/- on 8/2/2009
Cheque No.- 642501 Corporation Bank kalyan branch. Before giving this cheque i was conformed with ur executive Mr. Amol (Mobile No - [protected]) & he was also talk with news paper wendor on my mobile & after that i gave the cheque to the vendor .I also talk with Ms Trupti from ur office (Tel No[protected] but they not giving proper response.Till date i have not receive any conformation nor subscription booklet .I also talk with news paper vendor Mr Patker (Mobile No -[protected]) but he wants a booklet or confermation from ur side.If DNA is not interested in costumer after following so many times i will go to other newspaper & reterun cheque to me again.

I hope you have received my mail, but i have not got any revert from you. I am also taking up this matter with consumer court on the below issued
1. Inspite of doing payment delivery has discontinued
2. After doing around 50 calls to your local vendor and Area vendor i came to know that my Booklet is not delivered by DNA due to which
delivery is discontinued, also i have not done the payment
3.I have provided all the payment detail still delivery of newspaper is not started,
4. I have called up to your lowerparel office but receptionist is not at all co operative, which further has led to several calls to her
5 . At last i got the mail id of yours and Mr Kadu to whom i have forwarded the mail for which i have not received any revert till date.

Due to all this mental harrasment and waste of my time in follow up with you i need a compensation, i am also taking up with your Senior Managers

it not to too harsh to say even news papers{media} r aiso making fake promises and bogas plans to attrect customer. i had a very horrible experience with DNA. i paid for a year in advance cheque no. 344422 dated 9-11-08 bank sbi, and i m not receiving paper since a month which i demended to my dealer, then he roar for extra money. it must be in ur knowledge that the newspaper was stoped previosly in may month...without any reason. i lived atM.A. podar hospital, Dr A.B. road, worli, mumbai. plz take action as soon as possible.solve ur relationship with the dealers to satisfy the customer.

i want the dna renew subcsription for 300 yearly subcription then only i will buy this dna newspaper mobile no [protected] as my financial condition is poor
