Hi Team,

I had made the DNA online subscription on 20th July 2014 and i was assured in mail that i will receive my first copy within 15 days. It being more than 2 months now that after several complaints the newspaper came only 5-6 days and also the time at which it is coming is 12 pm after i leave for my office and there is no one at my home who is reading English newspaper so its totally useless.

My DNA Order Number is DNA-187. Its being 2 months now that i had submitted my coupons to the Paper agent but he is everytime eveyday giving news reason. He is from Kalachowki Area Pin 400033. His name is RAJU ADHAL. Also i had complained several times to DNA Officer Mr.Manoj Mankar. I am being everytime assured by both of these guys but no proper action taken still. I want my money to be refunded. I dont want any fake and worst DNA services.

Hi, I have paid Rs. 499/- for DNA subscription In March 2014 and accordingly I got the coupons which I handed over to my local vendor. In June 2014, I shifted to another location in the same area where this vendor is not having his paper line coverage. He advised us to contact the local vendor and ask him to start daily paper & he will handover the coupons to new vendor directly. We have contacted the new vendor and he started delivering us DNA paper daily with a condition that old vendor will give him the coupons. Now after 4 months my old vendor has not yet handed over these DNA coupons to new vendor. I have met him personally several times but he is not ready to handover the coupons so my paper delivery has been stopped. I have already got verification call and I have also submitted confirmation coupon to the dealer. It's been a 20 days passed but I haven't received my news paper copy. Hello Team, My name is Avinash Ankush Ghare. For the past 45 days i am in touch with DNA members of my area for newspaper delivery at my house. I had made the payment more than 45 days ago. But everyday i am just told that it will be started today but no one is bothered at all. I am converning with the 2 guys named as Mr. Raju Ahir (paper distributor at Kalachowki) and Mr.Manoj Mankar (DNA Officer). Both these guys are not at all bothered and took it sincerely. As they both reflect DNA i am very sorry to say that the DNA service is the worst ever in this world. I want my refund or newspaper tomorrow itself or else i will raise complaint in Consumer Court if no action is taken still. My mobile number is [protected]. Please call if you have any query.

I'm resident of motera Ahmedabad. I had paid for DNA newspapaer since month of june...and at every 15 days since then they are telling newspaper will start coming at your home. Till now it hasn't...i think this DNA guys are fooling...customer...what the hell they are thinking...When they want to collect money they come and lure us with attractive offers and then we are just become a dump customer...The agent who came to my house before three months who promise everything is Mr. Vijay Shah...His contact detail is ...[protected]...still he replies me that newspapaer has not been launch in the area...So it is proved This DNA is fooling us and dont give all information...I m going to complain customer care by tomorrow for such a non-transperancy of the company...

Hello Respected sir, I Anil Kesariya, have booked divya bhaskar new paper before 1 and half month they said they will start the schem from aug-2014 than I wait for august. we didn't get any service in august month. after waiting of 4, 5 days I started call to responsible person, Mr. Hardik. He was not reply properly was always saying we will send vender to you soon. vendor is not come yet 1 month gone. I already paid for the starting new paper. But still the coupons are not submitted to us.It is already a 3 months & no one is worry to call us for the this case.
We are from tanishq as tata company which having to much trust on u & are not ever bother to resolved this issued.

Hello, I am a DNA subscriber for 4-5 years and recently I am facing a problem. In May 2014 we did not receive newspaper for 1 full week and after numerous follow-ups the service was resumed. I have paid rs.499/- for 1 year subscription by cheque on dt.16.12 13 wide receipt no.3708807 dt.20.12.13 but after 5 months passed no coupons sent to me so far!!! Why such delay???? After making payment in advance why should i suffer by paying cash to news paperwala?

I am in Merchant navy. I had subscribed to DNA in October 2013.Thence I was not in Mumbai, when I reached here I noticed that the vendor (Rajesh Patekar[protected].Mulund, Mumbai) had not delivered a single newspaper since then. The vendor just disconnected the call when I was speaking to him. When I contacted DNA office, I was made to know that he had though been encashing the coupons. I had complained to Mr.Mangesh Patavle (Ph no:[protected] regarding this on 20th April 2014. He keeps giving me empty promises since then. At times, he does not answer my phone as well. Hello Writing this mail to throw light on the pathetic customer service by DNA for providing subscription booklets Name : Pratik Maru Phone : [protected] Cheque No: 138217 Form No: 3657305 MRE / EXE Code 3127 Gave the cheque on 27 Sep ;no news / coupons received in a month;no communication too from anyone On calling rajendra kadam ( borivli contact) he asked to call Sameer Salvi Sameer told me that address details are missing I asked him then why the executive did not mention while collecting coupon or nobody even called for the same He told that executive was new person and they have so many forms so it is difficult to handle I mailed him my address proof;he assured on 28 oct that coupon will be received in 15 days but still when i call him he keeps on giving some excuse. Escalated the same matter to seniors and managers but still no positive action. Frustrated I asked for refund cheque last week which also did not come to me. Again I registered complaint and today I got back my cheque;but still no reason as to why the booklet not provided or reason for such delay I have been subscring to Dna FOR LAST 5-6 YEARS but now due to such pathetic service i will switch to some other newspaper
