I have subscribed your DNA newspaper for two years then renewed it for the next two yeasr of worth Rs 399/-. I was your regular customer for two years. but after renewing I have not received the coupons.

Meanwhile my home address got changed and I informed them about this.

continuously I called different numbers provided by your employee, but not got any proper response after several follow up. those numbers are:

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a Subscriber of DNA news paper residing at borivali Mumbai .I paid the subscription of Rs 299 for 2 years. My Subscriber coupon no is B.No. 5518578 .This is the 2nd Year going on and the vendor has stoped the paper due to non payment from DNA to vendor from March 2013 to Aug 2013 agianst the subscription coupons. The vendor is demanding the money from me for the said period as he is not received the payment from DNA from march 2013 till date. I have approched the help desk and the area manager of DNA borivali branch , the representative gives lot of excuses that he will do the needful and hangs up till I give the second call every now and then. He says that the coupons are blocked and asked for what reason the coupons were blocked then they gives various excuses. I checked from my bank whether the problem was from my end, but the I confirmed that there is not a problem as the payment is already released to DNA from my account against the cheque payment for which I had a proof. I am a common working person who leaves house at 8 am and back at 8pm. I dont have an enough time to spent on small issues which DNA and there representaives has made complicated in the term " BLOCKED". When asked what's is this block then they are not able to answer and gives uneven nonsense answers. This is going on from 2 months and i am just talerating it . I once visited their office and met one of the representative. He assured not to bother, the block will be removed and the payment to the vendor will be given against my subscription coupon. but till date no payment is received and my paper is stoped. This has happened with lot of customers and people get irritated but do not know how to deal with DNA. So kindly look in the matter as it is alway a demand from vendor that i should clear his payment in cash.

DNA newspaper has launched a scheme of Yearly subscription in 299. Their representative came to my home and gave the details. He promised me that he will send the hawker to receive the coupons but nobody came for that. regular hawker is not ready to give the paper without giving the payment.so plz consider upon this issue nd renew this coupon,so we could start to read ur paper.I wiil apreciate i[censored] will deliver ur honorable paper sir.Even i talked on this number [protected] as mentioned in that coupon,he was saying madam ur coupon will automatically renew.............bt after june i m still awaiting as his per conversation..................

Our Vendor Mr. Shailendra / Mahendra (Kurla [W] ) does not provides us the paper properly. He has been skipping the paper since last many days. Kindly ask the vendor to provide us the paper properly or please change the vendor of our area.
In-spite of repeated reminder given to him. Yet there is no improvement in supplying the paper. Even yesterday i did not receive the paper.

Kindly look into the matter.

This is to inform you that due to disconnect between DNA and news paper agency(Gati News paper agency) I am not getting news paper from couple of days.I am having DNA coupons of 1 years and providing the same to news paper agency on time.Instead of that suddenly they have stopped giving news paper.When I called DNA office regarding that they have given me no DNA coordinator(Rakesh-[protected]) of this area but he is useless.No one is taking onus to resolve the issue.As a customer why we should suffer??.Please look into the same and take the action.

I have subscribed to DNA newspaper subscription having booklet No.[protected] in the month of August 2012. Though the payment is made in the month of August 2012 in full but I have not received the yearly coupons till November 2012.

I was receiving newspaper from September 2012 till January 15, 2013, after that the newspaper vendor has stopped delivering the newspaper in my home. The newspaper vendor has suddenly stopped giving the newspaper without intimating me or DNA from 15 January 2013. When I asked him about this then he replied me that he want the coupon to be given in advance to him for each month. So he wants the coupon for the month of Jan 2013 in advance and till now he was not asking this in past months. I had already paid the coupons to him for past months till December 2012.


I have sent many emails to customer care of DNA but none of them take any action in this concern. After many follow up emails, I called up in DNA's office and they gave me a contact number of Mr. Satish Kamble who I think is in charge of our zone (Virar-Vasai) for DNA newspaper.

I told him all the story and he replied that he will solve this issue immediately. Now this time also I have to keep on asking him repeatedly to take initiative to solve my problem but no out come from this approach. One thing Mr. Satish Kamble told me that the newspaper vendor has monopoly in our area for delivering newspaper, so they can't do much against him.

Finally as a consumer I have decide to move ahead and want to put this case in consumer forum against DNA. As I have paid in full to DNA and not receiving any newspaper from them till now, I want DNA should refund all my money which I had paid to them. I don't want to subscribe to DNA newspaper any more.

I request you to please consider my request and take necessary action against DNA.

I here by want to confirm DNA is one of the most fraud company in Indian News Paper Industries just establish to fool around their customer.

DNA is only company in India who dont have any value towards commitment.

In my case DNA have sent my 2nd year coupon to DNA vendor, and DNA vendor is encashing my coupons from DNA and not supplying news paper to me. Even after lot of correspondence and commitment from DNA for supply of Paper yet I am not getting any newspaper.

DNA with their local vendor is fooling their customers by collecting money for two year subscription and proving th coupons of second year.

Customer is paying money to DNA interm DNA is sending their subscription coupon to DNA nominated local paper supplier. Local supplier interm encash coupons and never supplies new paper to customer.

With this may be few of the DNA employees are getting some additional benefits with their vendor whereas customer are suffering.

DNA Vendor Code : C54V0045, Vendor Name : RAMESH RAMCHANDRA GHAG is encashing my coupons ( coupon booklet no. 5373948 ) without my concern and DNA never takes responsibility of anything. After lot of follow ups and mail correspondence ( specified below ) DNA have given mob no of local representative who is also like DNA never pick up the call.

I have given a cheque to DNA on 17Th of December 2012 of Rs: 699/- for subscription of copies for The year 2013 & 2014 but after one.monTh also.I haven't received my subscription booklet & after calling Their customer care executive on Their hot-line They are not conforming my subscription.
So I want to complain for This problem which has been created by The DNA.
Please guide me for This problem.

I am a regular reader of DNA news paper, my wife and child also like DNA very much.

I have subscribed DNA Prepaid Subscription Booklet No. 3326478 which has coupons validity From September 2012 to August 2014 from my New Panvel, Navi Mumbai Vendor : Mr. Patil Khanda Colony New Panvel (W). The vendor is very regular till 15.12.2012, from 15.12.2012 he stopped giving paper. I had contacted my vendor Mr. Patil on 17.12.2012 and the reason was that the DNA coupons are returned to the vendor from DNA clearing office, vendor don't no the reason he simply stopped giving DNA paper. There is no one DNA representatives are receiving the phone. I called Mr. Amit -[protected] and Mr. Amar [protected].

This is one type of harassment for people those don't have time. I had launched a complaint against Mr. Amit 2 years back through Customer care.

Please let me know what is the reason for returning the coupons to the vendor, what can i do for restart my paper regularly and another small request is that kindly replace Mr. Amit from Panvel Area and give us a good representative for co operate DNA Regular customer. Can you insist me any phone number for assist me to restart the paper. I don't have time to contact my vendor personally, that's why i am writing to you this mail.

Have not received my renewal booklet for the second year .
I should have got it by august 2012, but its dec 2012 no idea whr it

i have applied for new subscription also ,that got rejected stating u already have a subscription.
And the person responsible Mr . Rajesh V pandhyay [protected] is acting smart and not responding to my calls.

I have tired calling their [protected] no one picked up the phone the whole .
i tired [protected], for compliants ext 8124 , the operator replies call on [protected] , or transfer to some ext where no one answers

I would like to bring to the notice the DNA subscription coupons delay which is been quite annoying and have to go through a grate deal .

I had opted for 2 year subscription plan in June 2011 and had got my first subscription with lot of delay as newspaper vendors don't delivery with out coupons ,I had wasted my 1 month then .

Now my 1 st year subscription got over in July and my new set of coupons were supposed to be delivered ,But till date I haven't got any coupons till date . I have logged my issue with DNA subscription customer care but they claim its been issued already and would anticipate further delay .

This has been the common practice followed by DNA and there are several such grievances like these but no action is followed .

Kindly advice as to how to go ahead if DNA doesn't come up with issuing duplicate coupons or arrange any other alternative.

I NATHIDEVI C N JAIN is a customer for DNA daily newspaper but I am not receiving my newspaper since last 6 months (i.e. since November 2011).
When I complaint about it to our paper vendor He always troubles Me sending some boys I just want to complaint about him and I know that my paper vendor sells all the papers to some waste paper shop here in kalyan.
I want to request you (DNA) to cancel his (paper vendors) license other wise I'll complaint in consumer court

I had made a cheque payment of Rs 249/- to my newspaper vendor Sunil Gogalia (Kondhwa,Pune) on Nov'11 to renew my DNA subscription ( as per 2 yrs DNA scheme/offer).
It's been almost 3 months i haven't got the subscription booklet yet, Nor my vendor supplies newspaper to me..
I have been chasing the vendor (Sunil Gogalia) and he says the cheque has been submitted to DNA office, When i contact DNA Pune office manager (Mr Rajnish Singh), he keeps giving false promises that the cheque is under-process and by next week I should get the booklets.. I have called up DNA Pune office several times and spoke to them to process my subscription, however their staff and Mr Rajnish Singh repeats the same thing that the cheque is under process and I would get the booklets within 1-2 weeks..

I feel DNA newspaper scheme is bogus and they are cheating people.. The staff of DNA Pune office are big liars, they have no ethics nor do they care for their customers.
Please take some stern action against DNA Pune and help the cause.

I have made a payment of Rs. 249.00 for my DNA newspaper subscription for 2 years (Pune), on 16th May 2011. After that my cheque clear dt 22.07.2011,
I had called to DNA Office at the time, it was told to me that you will receive subscription booklet coupon within next 7 days. Now its already 2 months and i am still waiting for subscription booklet coupon from you. one time they gave me speed post no EM[protected]IN, but it is wrong.

I have paid INR 249 for one year subscription in Mar'11. But I have not yet received the coupons for the same. The receipt number is 39744.

When I followed up with them, they provided me the contact details of their agent for Hadapsar, the area where I am staying. But whenever I call that person, he either doesn't answer the call or tells me to call him later.

I am fedup of this. Can you please look into this and do the needful?

I have registered for DNA News paper subscription through online registration from DNA newspapers official website .I subscribed DNA Newspaper for 3 months and they deducted subscription amount and provided me coupon no[protected] and said you will get the original coupon in 3 weeks and then you give it to some local vendor and your service will start.but its been more than 3 months I have still not got the original coupon .I have even contacted them twice but for no result.please help

I have already paid (deducted from my account by you) the ammount of rs 199/- to you in May 11.

Then in the last week of July 11 you have send me the SMS saying that "Thanks for subscribing to DNA, your Booklet Numbr is[protected] ......" and for assistance call on ([protected]). I have waited for almost month but still coupans are not received to me. (In between the period coupans are returned to you by courier as as both o[censored]s (me and my wife) are working in a company) Then I call on above mentioned number then they say call to Mr. Amit ([protected]). I have called Mr Amit many times but they always says that I will give you your coupans in next two day, since last 20-25 days.

Now Mr Amits mobile is getting switched off from last two days!

What should I do?

If the coupans will not received me in next 4-5 days, I will planning file a cheat case agains DNA ....

Please note that I am existing couster of the DNA. and after fustarating from above scnerio I am suggesting to my friends/relatives that do not go to purchase the DNA they gives us the worst service in the market.

One of my friend has received his News papers coupans (other than DNA) within 15-20 days. (How quick and reliable they are!), also during this time period his news papers people very quickly and in good manner responded with him.
