I here below submit as under. I am the subscriber for DNA NEWS paper for last so many years. My subscription coupons are issued under B No 3571289. And under this reference no I already have coupons valid up to 01/06/2015. During some time ago your sales representative had approached me saying that my subscription for DNA news paper is over and I need to renew the same. That time I had issued the chq to him for continued subscription of the news paper. For this I was issued coupons under B NO 3605076 which are valid for the period from 01/nov/2014 to 01/oct /2016. I had brought the matter to the attention of MS DISHA ON HELP LINE NO [protected]. and she advised me that I need to send the email to you stating all the facts and she would arrange for the refund of the subscription chq amount. I have three coupons from May 2014 to July 2014. As discussed with Vendor he told me company is not paying the coupon amount as they are invalid. I do not know reason why they are invalid. Dear Sir, In spite of advance payment for DNA news paper for one year with booklet number 127133; i am not getting my news paper since last 10 days and i tried to call distributor from my side; but neither reply was satisfactory nor news paper services started

I am started from December 2014 but only two month dna's vendor provide newspaper which is not regularly & suddenly they stopped to drop the same. I complaint against vendor to DNA but till date problem not resolve. DNA already take advance of Rs.500/- and they are return my money. I request you to try to get my money & file case against them. Also get compensation of Rs.5000/- due arrogant talking by vendor as well as DNA sales/service person Thank You

payment of Rs 599/- against subscription of DNA newspaper has been made vide cheque no 63514 and same has been debited from my A/c on dated 24th March 2015. But subscription of coupons not yet received till date. Some days before the Newspaper Vendor asked and took one more cheque for the same. Please hold the cheque and do not encash the cheque as per the bank statement payment has been made earlier for the subscriptio of newspaper. Hi, It's been more than a month now.. i have subscribed for the DNA newspaper and my cheque of 599/- has also been cleared from my BOI account in the name of DNA still my newspaper has not been started by the vendor and nor do i received my annual coupons.. This is dissatisfactory service by DNA team. I'm really dissapointed. Kindly get this clear asap else I need to escalate this matter to the senior level management of your team. Dear sir, I had subscribed the DNA coupon through paying the amount of Rs. 599/- and you had sent the coupons through courier. But had given only one coupon (for the Month of February, 2015) to the paper dealer/agent and the balance was misplaced by me. My name is Koruprolu Srinivas, My subscription No.:3679113. I got your subscription vouchers for one year from March 2015 to February 2016. My subscription No.3679113 and Form No.3907029. In the month of March ending, I shifted my rent house to a new flat. I was wrongly given to a subscription voucher in the month of April 2015 to the vendor who is at Vashi Bus Stop, Dombivli, (which is near to my new flat). But he is not my real Vendor which I received my DNA paper regularly. I asked to that vendor which I wrongly given to subscription voucher in the month of April 2015, he asked some amount to return my voucher, I am not giving any amount to him. Then he refused to return that subscription voucher in the month of April 2015. My form no 3892989 book date 03/03/2015 to Sh Sushant, DNA News paper Deputed Person and I issued Cheque No.071565 dated 03/03/2015 for Rs.599/- (Central Bank of India< CBD Belapur) and cheque cleared on[protected]. Till date no voucher/Coupon received . Please issue the same or reply to my mobile no.[protected]. Within 2 days your coupon is not received . please cancel my subscription and return my amount of Rs.599/- to my CBI A/c. No.[protected], IFSC Code NO.0283154.

I Shri Bhismadev Das having BNo 3561165 and form no R 3796355 have handed over DNA coupons to paper distributor upto 30.4.15 but the distributor is not giving papers wef 1.4.15.I have tried several times to contact the respective paper distributor but he is not lifting the phone and also tried to contact the respective MRE executive on his phone but he is also avoiding to lift the phone. It is requested to give necessary instructions to the distributor to issue me the papers from 1.4.15 onwards till 30.4.15.

Dear Sir, I Kalpesh patel had paid a subscription fees of Rs.599/- to Diligent Media Corporation on 23/09/2014 and today is 25/03/2015 since the payment date I haven't received any coupens nor any news paper at my registerd address at the time of application. I am residing in Ahmedabad I have booked DNA for 12 months by giving a cheque of Rs. 199.00. At the time of booking I have been given 12 coupon of Rs. 27/-, 2 Advt voucher of Rs. 500 each and 1assured gift voucher. At that time I have been told that I will receive Assured gift at my residence within 10 days of starting the newspaper. I have to collect it by submitting assured Gift Voucher. But after complete almost 3 months I have not received anything. I feel cheated by DNA company just to subscribe the newspaper for 12 months. My booklet no. is 151816. I had subscribed for 4months subscription of DNA by paying Rs 199 by chequeno 967793But my vendor told me that scheme is closed and I will get the cheque back and asked me to pay for the days I got the paper. I have been trying to reach to pune customercare at [protected] but nobody is picking the call. I called Mumbai customer care at [protected] but nobody picks up the call they just disconnect it. Havent got the refund till now. Its very inconvenient and cheating, I will never subscribe to DNA again, neither recommend this to anybody.

I have subscribed DNA News paper by 199 rs. before 6 month. but i am not receiving news paper till date. nobody is responding from DNA. My subscription number is:-102285 even customer care executive is not responding and not giving solution to me. I got call from [protected] and he is abusing to me and told me you will not get news paper. DNA is a fraud company do not purchase newspaper or any other fraud schemes.

I have paid rs.599/- for 1 year subscription DNA Newspapers through online transaction by credit card on 19th September 2014.but till today i have not received coupons, so request you to look into the matter and kindly send the coupons immediately.

I have subscribed to DNA english newspaper for 12 months. This is under a promotional scheme by DNA in Ahmedabad. I paid Rs. 199 for 12 months. I am required to pay Rs. 50 every month and hand over a coupon of Rs.27 to the vendor which he possibly encashes from DNA office. The vendor charges me Rs.80 along with the coupon of Rs. 27. The vendor says Rs.30 is his service charge for delivering the newspaper to my home. I think he is not entitled to charge this service charge from me. There is no mention of this service charge in the booklet I have from DNA. Also I don't clearly understand the meaning of cashback. Who gets the cash back? My booklet number is 121812. If the vendor is trying to cheat on this scheme is it possible to change the vendor.

I have paid Rs.499/- cheque on dt.16.12.13 and receipt no.3708807 dt.20.12.13 Thereafter I have wrote emails on [protected]@dnaindia.net & have lodged last complaint by a letter submiited by me in person at your corporate office address 11th Flopor, Tower-3, India Bulls Finance Centre, Senapati Bapat Marg, Elphiston (W)Mumbai-13 on 27.09.14 but thereafter it is 33 days passed till I have not received any reply. I am surprised that such a big News paper agency and giving such poor service!!! I DON'T WANT TO MAKE IT A ISSUE AND GO FOR LEGAL MATTER IF YOU ANSWER ME WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM TODAY BECAUSE I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT NOW. IF I AM NOT GETTING COUPON WITHIN 2 DAYS I HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF CONSUMER COURT. HOPE TO RECEIVE YOUR REPLY IMMEDIAITELY.
