[Resolved]  Dna Newspaper — Non delivery of Newspaper under Yearly subscription

Dear Sir,


It was unfortunate that being a reputed oraganisation does not have a courtesy
to deliver the paper though they have collected a Yearly subscirption of Rs.299/-
during their house visit.

How many days you required to supply the newspaper. Take this matter
as serious otherwise I will approach court of law for the same..

I undersigned is a regular reader (customer no. 1615698) of DNA news paper since last three years. It is regret to say that last six months, I was not received ‘ME’ magazine, besides of ready to pay of Rs. 10 / magazine / months. The distributor of news paper every time excused by one way or other. In this regard, I taked to Mr. Nitin Thakur area manager ( Mobile No. [protected]) & explained the problems, promise me that you will get from the next month. But besides of getting ‘ME’ magazine vender has stoped to deliver news paper since last 20 days. I am not able to understand that what action had been taken by area manager.
It is therefore requested to please return my annual subscription of Rs. 399/- paid in advance. It seems that vender is more powerful than area manager. Please, take immediate action to avoid further any harsh step.

I have subscribed for yearly subscription for DNA Newspaper by paying cheque for Rs.399/-.DNA called me over phone and verified all the required details and paper was delivered subsequently.My Newspaper vendor Mr.Patkar ([protected]) not delivering the newspaper from last One & Half month, every time he gives different escusses.Everyday my self goes on paper stall & collect the paper.
