I did participate in DNA launch offer at Bangalore by subscription for 1year by paying Rs. 299. I was impressed with lot of hoarding across bangalore and when their Exective who came to our door with launch offer, promoised that it would start as of October 1, 2008. its almost a week now, the Agency is not aware of any launch happening .calls to the query no[protected] provided with the sucscription booklet seems to switch off. It looks like Bangalore people are left in a awe, also a new way a daylight robbery . I did get their bangalore office Burton road office no[protected], and call to their office are replied as the launch will happen only on December. would appreciate if i would get my hard earned money alongwith interest Was this information helpful? I have also subscribed for the DNA initial offer, and i am not worried even though the newspaper has not launched in October. I contacted the DNA office and i was very politely told that it was expected in Dec, and that I need not worry as my subscription would start from Dec for a year, so i would not be at any loss. And I am chilled out because I know once the newspaper launches I will be the one who will have something decent to read in the mornings considering the quality of other papers in Bangalore.

Mr Sekhar, I dont think you have to worry too much about the delay in DNA coing out in the market. I have read the newspaper in Mumbai and let me tell you, it is a quality newspaper. Different from what we get to read here in Bangalore and definitely better. I have inquired at the DNA office on Brunton Road and i have been told that they are launching in Dec, and I believe them because I believe in Bangalore.

Hi,
As all know DNA has launched in bangalore on 15 Dec, I did not received on 15th instead i received it on 16th that too after following up with the dealer.I thought they will continue with properly supplying DNA to all subscribers.
But i was wrong, today i didn't received the DNA, upon calling the dealer he says that some arguments is going on with the company and you wont be able get till 26th of Dec.

I am totally unhappy this whole thing happening.

Do any of your dealer says the same thing or getting the DAN regularly..?

I live in Nerul in sector 5 in Navi MUMBAI. i had subscibed DNA newspaper in july @200/year. now my nespaper has been abruptly stopped by my hawker saying that DNA has increased its subscription charges in back date.. this is real harrasment... this is how you inform & treat your customers.. i have been trying to contact DNA helpline but to no avail... newspapers report wrongdoing of all people but complaints of newspapers to whom????
