[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Wrong delivery | |||
Last week a DTDC courier personnel came to our home to delivery a consignment which was not ours. Inspite of my mother informing him that no person with the name Sanjay Francis resides here, he dropped the consignment at our door and went away. After examining the consignment we found it to be a Vehicle insurance document sent by BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. to one MR. Mr. Sanjay Francis, S/o. P Francis , H.No. 8-4-369/558, SwARAJNAGAR, Borabanda, Hyd.-18. The DTDC bar code no. is H11853425. I tried to contact DTDC customer service but there phone lines are always busy, I tried reporting this issue in there website in the customer feed back but always get a server error massage. I sent consignment no K29647092 to D-LINK india ltd on 22.7.08 in the address RMA (service centre), L3 Verma electronic city, Salcete, Verma Plateau Goa-403 722 but your delivery report does not reflect the consignees proper address. How can I prove in future that the matter has been received by the addressee?

We have sent two DVD's containing our company profile and product video to our representative at UK, through DHL Courier through their air way bill No. [protected] on 29.9.2009. The same has to be used at a customer presentation on 2nd Oct'09.Unfortunately, delivery of a different item containing cloth arrived on this airway bill no. delivered on 1st Oct'09. Lack of the video costed us considerable amount of business of at least GBP10,000. The
CD's have not been delivered. We need to be compensated for the loss in business due to wrong delivery.

Recently I applied for credit card from syndicate Bank Bhadravathi karnataka , however my credti card application was rejected citing the reason that I have no any crdit card but i haved all ready 2 credit card in my pan no ACCOUNT as shown on my CIBIL credit information report. I have been told tha I have no any credit card on my name , which actually I am not holding. Now, as per the CIBIL, these two cards have been issued by some bank but that bank name as not showing that infomation
2. On getting the above information from the CIBIL report, I have intimated the bank about the discrepancy in my CIBIL report which is mentioned above. DTDC — Wrong delivery of Courier
A courier containing original mediclaim papers, was send to wrong address(Instead of DLF Gateway Tower, Phase-3, it was send to DLF Office, Phase 2) and their Customer Care is not ready to rectify their mistake.Meanwhile I am helpless as without those original documents, mediclaim of Rs. 50000.00(apprx.) will be lost.
