[Resolved]  Easy Cab — Cab Driver Drunk

I picked a cab from Delhi Railway Station (through prepaid Counter) Cab # DL 1R X6889

upon boarding the cab we realized (me and my wife) that the driver was drunk and he was acting wierd by singing and playing loud music + he was also driving very rash. Some how I got him to stop the car at Dhaula Kuan Metro station and asked to drop us there. he went away and I then booked Meru cab for which I waited approximately 30 mins.

I lodged the complain with Easy Cabs and all they did was to remove the cab driver.
There was no consideration to the fact that I paid twice the amount as I had to take another cab + Harassment + Torutre to be with my wife on the road at 11:30 in the night.
