[Resolved]  Easycabs — Extremely pathetic, unreliable & disgusting cab service. Just AVOID.

My family was ready with 4 bags & waiting for the stupid EasyCab to catch the train at 9PM. 2 hours prior to the pickup time I kept on calling the most irritating & disgusting number 43434343. I am always in a long queue & finally when my turn comes, the call gets DISCONNECTED!!! always always always. Many of my colleagues too have experienced this problem. Looks like EasyCab like to play with customers this way. You never get to speak to anyone, because they know what they have done. Waiting for this cab for extremely frustrating & I was losing my nerve. Exactly 15mins before pickup time I get a SMS stating "Dear Customer, we are sorry to inform that your booking 1442 is not confirmed due to non availability of cab in your area.". Voila! I felt like the ground under my feet is tore apart. The first thing that came to my mind is, I am gonna miss the train. Is this how the heck an airport city taxi service is supposed to run? They are the so called official taxi operators at the Bangalore International Airport. And why the heck they cannot inform well in advance about the confirmation. Why just 15 mins before? EasyCabs is extremely pathetic, unreliable, disgusting, & hateful cab service provider. They have a broken process. Please DONT CALL them. Stay away from 43434343. It's a high time for the top management of EasyCabs to think about the pain EasyCab is giving to the public. When you experience this you will get to know how painful it is. It would rather be well called as PainCabs.

Easycabs — Deficiency in service

On[protected] I had made a booking for domestic airport drop from my residence at sector-62 Noida. I had specifically instructed the call centre executive that the vehicle should report at my residence at sharp 05:45am,[protected]. On[protected],05:15am when I called up the call centre I was told that Drive Mr. Naresh pal Sharma has been assgined this job and he will report by 05:45am. At 05:40 when I contacted the driver he told that he was at ashram and would be reaching my place in ten minutes.
Any person conversant with DELHI/NCR would know that it is extremely difficult to reach sector -62 Noida from ashram in ten minutes.
At 06:17am the driver tells me that he is in DND and he will reach in another five minutes.
I had been waiting for the cab till 06:20, then I decided to take another vehicle to rush to the airport.

I would like to complain against EASYCABS for such poor services.

Easycabs — Cancellation without notifying

I booked an Easycab service in Bangalore for travelling to Railway station from my home on Sarjapur Road. I was told my booking was confirmed and that the cab would be at my doorstep at 10:15pm. When the cab didnt arrive by 10:20 I called up again to enquire and the first thing told to my on checking up my booking number B002730 was that the booking is confirmed and he will check the status and let me know when the Cab will come.

I was put on hold for 5 mins and then I was informed that the Can is cancelled and I am left stranded at 10:30 in the night without any cab or alternative arrangement. When I complained I was told that I was sent a message about cancellation which was clearly not the case because I was told when I called up at 10:20 to enquire on the status that my booking is confirmed. How can you lie to me on top of cancelling my can without informing me. The call center executive had the audacity of putting me on hold again and handing up on me.

This is worst kind of service that I have ever experienced.

First my cab is cancelled at 10:15pm.
I was never told about the cancellation.
On calling up for enquiring I am told the cab is still confirmed.
I am put on hold for 5 mins
And then I am told that the cab is cancelled.
And I am told that a message was sent to me 30 mins before which never reached me....
I am put on hold again
And the call is cut...

I couldnt get a commutation to reach railway station and I ended up missing the train. I am never going to use easy cabs again and I would recommend people not to use it.

Easycabs — Worst Service/Gouging

I booked Easy cabs on Oct 4th,2011 for their 800 Rs/40 kms/4 hours package.Not only the driver overcharged us (Actually extorted double the amount – Rs 1600 ) but also passed racist comments. I’m since been calling everyday to their customer care to get my hard-earned money back but they are simply not responding even after sending the scanned copy of the bill.
