[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Not sending free gift of mobile phone

I purchased 2(two) mobile phones from Ebay.in on 24.08.2012 . The details of the transactions are given below-

(1) Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos mobile ( paisa pay ID - [protected], Amount paid - Rs.11,489.99)

(2) Sony Xperia Arc S mobile ( Paisa pay ID - [protected], Amount paid - Rs.16,989.99)

The offer at that time was "mobile pe mobile offer", through which, it was assured- 'one free mobile phone each, with every mobile phone purchased'(ie., Nokia 101 phone free with Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos and Samsung Guru phone free with Sony Xperia Arc S mobile). So I was eligible for 4(four) mobile phones in total.

I received the 3(three) mobile phones out of the four mobiles mentioned above within one month(Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos and Sony Xperia Arc S through Blue Dart courier to my office address and nokia 101 phone through Indiapost to my Home Address). Six months passed since then. But the Samsung Guru mobile phone, which is free (eBay gift voucher B1G1FMPMM2 (Rs. 0.01) ) with sony Xperia Arc mobile, is not received till date.

I already mailed them many times and called at their customer care number many times. But every time I got mere assurances from the customer care that, the product will reach within 15 days, within 20 days, within 45 days etc. I don’t know what type of customer care are they actually providing?.

Last time when I called them, ie. One week before, the representative of customer care told me that he cant help me anyways and he will take up the matter with the gifts & promotions department and they will call me back within 48 hours. But no such call recived from them till date. Anyhow, I dont need any call from them. But my only demand is the Mobile Phone for which i already paid the amount 6 months before. If this is the way ebay treating its customers, how can I refer this site to my friends?

In this circumstances, I once again request you to kindly look into this complaint and help me by taking necessary steps to get my phone.

eBay.in — Faulty Charger

I have purchased a Sony Electronic Charger on Ebay through the seller JMJ Electronics and have informed the seller on receipt that the Charger is faulty and have been trying to reach the seller and have provided with all the details but there has been no response from the seller.

I took up the issue with Ebay and the customer support was kind enough to ask me raise a claim in case if the seller is not responding and after raising the claim Ebay responds saying that the claim was not raised within the stipulated time of 30 days and suggest me to resolve the issue with the seller amicably.

How can I resolve the issue amicably when the seller is not responding and is it not the ebay responsibility to resolve the issue rather than suggesting the customer to resolve.

i have purchased an item[protected]PaisaPay ID [protected]). i have purchased it on 1st of jun 2011 but i still havent received i.
i contact EBAY on 20th jun 2011 and THEY told me that i will receive my good within 6-7 working days
And Now i have received another email from ebay saying that i have received my product due to not acceptance on 22th jun 2011. pLEASE HELP THIS IS RIDICULOUS...

i bought HTC desire from ebay.in around first week of feb 2011. At that time ebay has a valentine gift offer. According to the offer i was supposed to get a 500GB hard Drive within 45 days. Its been more than than 5 months and i still havent received my gift. I called customer care of ebay couple of times and wrote many mails regarding the issue. But I did not get any satisfactory reply from their end. All i got is "we are working on the issue and can not say when we can resolve the issue". I started believing that the ebay.in have started bluffing their customers.

eBay.in — Didn't receive item i paid for

I have purchased an item through eBay India and I have made the transaction on 22th Oct 2012. PaisaPay ID [protected]. I never received the item. I sent many emails to the seller but he would reply me back. He claims to have sent and delviered the item. But i never received it. So i have proceeded a refund claim in ebay for my product. But ebay rejected my refund request by saying seller has already delivered the stuff.
I called to ebay customer support god knows how many times to know about the status of my claim and their live chat help just sight! Its session ends in like 1 mins, you have to wait 10-20mins to be able to speak to them and before you expain your situation the sesson ends or if you get lucky they'll say pls give us a moment to check your claim then you just wait and wait and the session expires. It has completely frustrate me. 40% my purchase with ebay always goes wrong. Unfortunately I ebay a lot.
Now I would like to bring ebay to the court for dishonouring my purchase deal and also making me feel insecure on online shopping. Further more I would be with that the seller needs to be punished heavily so that they do not attempt to neglect any of the consumers interest. I would like that the consumer complaint forum team help me or suggest me to get the matter resolved from them. and help me to get my amount.

eBay.in — Irresponsible

This is more than 15-16 times that I tried contacting ebay for claiming my ebay gift. But got no response so far.

My case details are: I have purchased a laptop (toshiba) having paisapay ID - [protected] on 23rd july along with friendship day offer (ebay gift voucher yobuddy012). Till now I have not received my ebay gift (olympus digital camera) which was supposed to deliver by end of aug. Now, I have asked lot many of times to ebay customer care but they DID nothing.
So please help me.

Please help me, I didnt recived the item till date. Now seven months passed!!!
After thee long waiting, I got a parcel from Ebay on 4the April 2013(7 monthes and 10 days later after payment!). but when I opened it, I saw a Nokia 101 mobile instead of thee Samsung Guru phone, which was assured by Ebay. So I called theeir customer care on 5the April and told theese theings to thee customer care executive. He, as expected, told me theat he can’t do anytheing on theis matter and he could only inform thee mater to thee gifts & promotion department and theey would call me back. On 7the of April, I got a call back from Ebay gifts & promotion department and I repeated thee whole story to theem and told theem theat I don’t want thee Samsung phone anymore and I asked theem to eitheer refund me Rs.500/- or give me a gift voucher worthe Rs.500/- as thee difference in price of Nokia 101 phone and Samsung Guru phone. After Hearing all thee story, theey told me theat theey will again call me withein 48 hours. But even after one monthe I received no such call from theem.

I am sure theat it is the result of thee complaint I filed here, I got a phone at least. In theis circumstances, I once request you to look into thee matter once again and take necessary step for thee cash back of gift voucher of Rs.500/- at thee earliest.

Booked Intex Cloud y2 on 6th Oct from Ebay after full online payment PaisayPay ID :[protected] Received wrong product Intex y5 on 14th Oct after a long wait & queries. This was promptly brought to the notice of eBay by email as well as on phone. Till date have not received refund or correct exchange unit.

eBay.in — neither cancelled the product yet nor refunded money

Hi, I have ordered a OTG cable from ebay.. Paisapay id: [protected] Later i told them to cancel my order as i have ordered the same thing from ebay only but with different address. So i requested ebay to cancel my previous order. But as usual not even a single reply from their end.
