[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India — VOLTER IDENTITY CARD

I appy for voter identity card in july 2007 still i not get the card. after enquiry the officers told mimimum 5 or 6 months have to gofor getting voter id card

I want to apply for voter ID Card, but that time the Panchayat Person says that the date of registration forms in this month is over & we will take your form in next month when the new registration date will come. But in next month they said that the registration will not come for this elections & if I want the voter ID I receive it at next elections. But I need the voting & voter ID at this elections only. Please suggest what to do.

I had applied for EPIC at Mayuk Bhawan, Salt Lake City, Kolkat on 14.11.08 but when I visited the office today i.e. 08.04.09 Iwas told that the same is not ready, when will I get the card ? After the elections are over ? My details are as follows ;
