I don't have any voter identity card . Due to the nature of my job I was not in a position to go through the formalities as required . Now I am residing at 49/1 Shibtala Street, P.O.-bhadrakali, Dist-Hooghly

Presently I am having my PAN card, Electricity bill, SBI Bank passbook and Flat registration papers in my name . I want to know where and how to apply for my voter card (Process, Place and Office address)

Kindly guide whether it is possible to get the same.

Jugberia, Dist: 24-Parganas (N), Kolkata - 700110, would like to inform you that I had applied for Voter ID Card for myself and for my wife last year and I had attended the hearing date on 06.11.12 at T.S.B. High School. Thereafter, I have neither received the ID Card nor any response from your end.

I will appreciate if you please look into this matter and arrange to issue me the Voter ID of myself and my Wife immediately.

I Smt. Shantibala Das, have received my Voter Id Card. But in my card my holding number is mentioned as 8/2 Hiralal Banerjee Road inspite of 4/2, Hiralal Banerjee Road. I would like to change my address because nobody can receive my Voter Id card as valuable document due to wrong address. So I want to rectify the same. How I do that ? Please inform.

I had applied to get my OPEC transferred from my old address

(in laws' residence) in 2011. I got the new card but there my husband's surname
was given as 'Mukhopadhyay'
instead of 'Choudhury'.
I use my maiden surname and when I applied for a correction to the local camp
at Kartik

Vidyalay,
but it seemed the person in charge of receiving the application did not quite
understand or appreciate the issue. However, I have received the new Card again
which bears the same mistake. Now I am told that I have to go to the SDO office
in Shrirampur
to get this information corrected. Kindly tell me why we must suffer such incompetencies
at the cost of our time and labour? Can't we expect a better service?

This is stupidity, none of the given number not correct and incase you are lucky to get some response they will say "dont know about this"!
the system itself has lots of invalid path!

ccordingly, there was a hearing 21October2013 at 11 AM in the Administrative building, DJ-4, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700091.Hearing was successfull and the required documents were submitted that satisfied the Hearing Officer.As per notice applicants were informed to go through the Notice Board on 25February2014 to know the position.Unfotunately our name were not displayed as I was informed.As I was not in the station for long time, on 10November2014 I contacted to know the present position in local AC Community hall., Salt Lake. I was told to contact election office and the persons there were not in a position to intimate the position as their duties are to collect and submit the forms in the office. While the forms were filled properly where like spoon feeding spellings were mentioned as FOR and READ in column wise, and accepted during hearing, the reasons for not issuing the corrected voter cards.Moreover it is also a matter of concern that while Names are written in CAPITAL WORDS AS DIRECTED how spellings are misprinted not understood.For stupidity of the concerned person the ID holders has to suffer unnecessarily. I being a heart patient not in a position to move frequently and to climbe 3rd/4th floor without lift.Again, as experienced the presence of officials are almost after 11-30AM/12Noon and behaviour is humiliating as felt as senior citizen. In view of foregoings I request to issue our corrected voter ID cards. PART NO:- 128, SL NO. 512&513.ID card NOs:WB/20/139/663148 and WB/20/139/663150. by corrcting the spelling "FOR" BHATTACHARJEE "READ" BHATTACHARYA wherever applicable.Hope I make you understand correctly and request to take action at the earliest.With regards, Tapan Kanti Bhattacharya.

Then I saw one TMC Candidate Mr Amit Banerjee ( Bappa) is forced to put the vote at their candidate Mr Santanu Sen to me & my family in front of the Kolkata Police. Sir Is it fair for forcing the voter for puting the on on their wishes not voters on view?

I have not received election card

I have not received my voter ID, i have applied it before 2 years but still i have not received it, it is showing online but card is not received & i have contacted related persons but still there is no any responses, Please help me out.
