My Complaint is against Punj Lloyd Ltd. New Delhi. My PF A/c No. is 10589/ 74501. Punj Lloyd has a trust for PF now when i sent Form 19 for withdrawal of PF amount they are asking for deduction of 30% amount for Income Tax.

I am totally confuse how the income tax can be charged on PF. In my payslip etc. this deduction is as a Provident Fund not as a Superanuation.

Please advise if i am wrong otherwise take up with Punj Lloyd for harresment.
