i was worked in an engineering college(Christ college of engineering and technology) located at moolakulam. the college has debited sum of rupees three thousands from me for depositing profident fund on january. till date they should not give my p.f.no and other details. now i resigned from the college. but they should not give the details today also. so please send the p.f no. and the way to collect my money.

I HAVE SUBMITTED THE P.F. WITHDRAWL DOCUMENT(FORM-19 & FORM 10-C) ALONG WITH BANK ACCOUNT PROOF ON 20/01/2009 to my company (JUPITER AQUA LINES LTD, D-192 INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE 7B MOHALI) But company not deposited the form in Provident Fund Commissioner Office, Sector 17, Chandigarh. please guide me but to do now.

14882 is company code & 150 is my employee code.
ALMOST MORE THAN ONE MONTH IS ELLAPCED, STILL MY PROVIDENT FUND IS NOT DEPOSITED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

1. This is to submit that my PF withdrawal was effected in July 2006. However, an amount of approx 2lacs was withheld by the RPF on account of payment of pension.
2. I submit u/m details for your consideration and favourable action please:
(a) I served in the Escorts group from 1993 to 1996 and on changing my job to Essar cellphone, the escorts group transferred my PFa/c with them (Private Trust) to the RPF Nehru Place and an amount of Rs. 56, 382.54 was transferred to my new a/c no: DL/1735/-414 in 1999
(b) I finally retired from techbooks in Nov 2005 and applied for final withdrawl of my PF/Pension in 2006 from my existing a/c no: DL/25256/1299.
(c) In Aug 2006 my pension documents were returned to me by the RPF, Nehru Place vide their letter no: 17/DL/25256/1299/176 dated 03 Aug 2006(copy attached )asking me to confirm from the Escorts group if they had transferred any sum towards the pension fund
(d) Despite my repeated efforts with the Escorts group and your RPF in Nehru Place since 2006 I have not got any feed back on the status of my A/c
3. Your kind intervention is requested to close this long pending issue and the
amount withheld by the Pf office be released to me. Should the Pf office insist
on qualifying me for pension, then it is requested that it be paid wef 08 Jan
2008 (I completed 58 years of age )then assuming Escorts Pf contribution as
Nil
4. Sir, I am a retired Ex- Serviceman staying in faridabad and humbly request you to close this issue and not make me run around in circles

My name is Binu Nair before 3 year i was working with Furniturewalla Ahmedabad Branch. after leaving my job i applyed for PF withdrowal. and my

NO-885 & 80078082/cash/20082009/MAL45/199/2294 Because of Bank A/C close they returned my cheque on 20.08.2008 after that once in a week i send that documnets with form to PF Office on Above Mentioned Address by AD Register but still i not get the Money.. and i am not able to go to Mumbai & collect the same.

i feel that i am begging for my own money, , plz help out for the same.

On 12th Jan 2009 I visited the KR Puram Regional PF Office and have submitted all the necessary documents for availing the Pension, after which I visit the KR Puram Regional PF Office every month with out fail, and evry time I was told that the amount will get credited to my account this month but till date have not got any response nor has my Pension amount got credited to my account.
