I have sent the parcel containing some clothes etc to my brother , My brother is in Singapore and he did not get the parcel yet. This was posted through INDIA POST office at Bathinda. and no traceability is available. Please let me know the status of Parcel

I had booked a cover through Speed Post vide No.SP EN[protected]IN dated on 20.11.2010 to Regional Director, IGNOU Regioanl Centre, Bhubaneswar., at IE Nacharam Post office. On 26.11.2010 tracking on postal website I found the article was send to BBSR after that there is no further proceedings /details. So I made enquiry at the SPC Hyderabad but not received any positive reply. Then I made enquiry at BBSR SPC, they said that the article is at Kolkata Airport SPC.

After that I booked an complinant vide no.[protected] dated 26.11.2010, but I didn't get any response from the concerned office.
From 26.11.2010 to till date I making calls to the SPC Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata Air port but all are blaming to each other that and saying that we are making enquiry and sent reports to the concerned centre.

I request to the concerned authorities to solve the matter at the earliest because the cover contains application form with a Demand draft ( Due to delay or loss of the article, there will be loss of someones career).

this is to inform you that my sister had recd. a chq.no.889958 for Rs. 2000/- from her school for a bycycle on 24-07-09 and deposited it into post office savings A/c at Ganoun Post office SO- Ghanshyampur, Darbhanga, Bihar.
but till now the above chq. has not been cleared.
i have also complain two times in Website of India Post and there status is as follows:

DARBHANGA DD of the cheque has not been received from Ghanshyampur SBI . The Manager SBI Ghanshyampur has damant a Emuniti Bond from Laheriasarai HO for issue of duplicate DD.
Above reply was given on 31-08-10.
it has become 3 months but till now cheque do not cleared.
so, please take an immediate action for the above situation.

Sir, I booked an article on 06.11.2010 from Laitumkhrah Sub post office , Shillong 793003, through EMS speed post, vide No. EE[protected] IN addressed to Homeshop 18, Noida. From the movement details I found that the Noida HO had received the bag vide No EBU [protected], on 09.11.2010. However, it is surprising to know that from Noida HO there is no trace or any movement details of the bag from Noida HO. I would like to know that why the Noida HO has inordinately delayed the parcel to be delivered at Homeshop 18.Till date i.e. 25.11.2010, the letter has not been delivered. Kindly help me to trace out the parcel which contains a Bank Draft.The details of the Movement of the parcel are as follows :-

I had sent a registered parcel from Pune office ( HADAPSAR I E under PUNE CITY EAST DO) to Rohtak ( ROHTAK under ROHTAK H.O CCC) on 25th Sept. 2010 ( # No: RP A 222 ). The parcel was received 30th sept. but an article(baby dress of Zapp brand of blue denim shorts and red T-shirt)worth Rs. 800 was missing.The seal was opened and resealed after taking out dress.I logged a complaint from web based system of Indian postal service ( complaint #[protected]. The complaint was closed saying " ARTICLE DELIVERED TO ADDRESSEE BY THE POSTMAN ON 30/09/10 IN SAFE AND SOUND CONDITION." I did not accept this answer as the recipient was having a proof that the parcel was opened and resealed by someone , may be in Pune or Rohtak. So I sent a mail to the next escalation level which is the maharashtra circle [protected]@indiapost.gov.in but in vein. After sending repeated reminders I sent several mails to the next escalation level which is in Delhi [protected]@gmail.com but again in vein.
Its been 3 months and there is no reply from the indian postal services about the loss that I have incurred.
I do not understand that what is the meaning of "REGISTERED" services if the articles are opened and stolen!!!
I believe Comsumer complaint forum will help me in recovering my loss.

This is regarding my International package lost in India. It was sent from United States on October 27, 2010 and we haven't received it yet. We have been trying to get in touch with the post office, but our every effort has failed so far.

From the net I found that the parcel reached Noida HO on 09.11.2010, but it is surprising to let you know that from Noida HO the letter is yet to be deliverd to Home shop 18. If this is not the sign of negligence of the postal department then what you can expect from this sick unit.Please do something please.

SINCE IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL TIME. I REQUIRED U TO DO NEEDFUL.

I am a resident of H/24 M.I.G., Indore - 452008. I am subscribing to number of magazines and weeklies and bi-weeklies of publishers like Living Media India Ltd., Outlook Publishing India Pvt. Ltd., Malayala Manorama, Times of India and others. These publishers send their magazines and periodicals through
post and I am glad to say that I have been receiving them promptly till Aug./Sept 2010.

Since September I am harly getting any of these magazines and on making complaints to the publishers they repeatedly tells me that they have been mailing them regularly by post as has been
done in the past and the non-receipt of these magazines are due to the apathy and poor services of
postal department. So much so the Living Media India Ltd. had sent a written complaint about it
to the Post Master, Indore, but no action seems to have take to remedy the situation and I continue
to suffer and lose money that I have paid in advance to these Publishers.

Please take corrective action and prove that Indian Postal Service stand by its commitment to the nation
of effective and prompt service and save the citizens who still hold hopes that Indian Postal Service can render effective and timely service and redress the complaints of the people with promptness as it is
expected to do.

a speed post was sent to me from satara in maharashtra no EM[protected]IN on 14th october 2010.The department failed to deliver it to me and was most unhelpful.On 11th Nov when i went to inquire about it at the post office i found that its contents were stolen.The movement details of the speed post are attached.Also it can be seen that the bag was opened by them on 25th october as mentioned in the tracker.When i wrote to the concerned individual about the delivery he also passed the buck.I have suffered a loss of my watch which has been stolen costing 8200 rupees.Pls do the needful.

My self Basudev Padhan, from Sanpatrapali, Sundarharh. I created a PLI in our local Postoffice, Sanpatrapali, in the year Mar 2006. I deposited all the amount Quarterly, till 3 years. But till now, I did not received any Bond Papaer or such Policy. I asked our postmaster of Sanpatrapali & Sundargarh for this mater. But there was no solution. I want to know my Policy no. Pl help me soon. How can I get this ?
