[Resolved]  EPFO, Bandra, Mumbai — EPF withdrawal amount not yet received

my name is kiran, i work for hewlett packard as a consultant in bangalore. i read so many grievances against the EPFO office, Bandra. Even i have not received my provident fune even after 4 months of claim submission. Despite several follow ups, they remained oblivious to adderss my concern. This is nothing but injustice. I am totally frustrated and disappointed with their response. i am now determined to approach the consumer court and file a law suit. if any one o[censored] sharing the same concern as that of mine and want to join hands with me, you are most welcome. we have to stand united and fight against injustice legally. please cotact me on [protected]@rediffmail.com with your contact details.

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Essar telecom retail Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on June 16th 2011.

It is almost six months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

Dear Sir / Madam, My Name is Shrikant Moreshware Sathe. I was working with Powerica Limited. I resigned and relieved on 28th February 2011.

ts been 11 months i applied for PF withdrawal.
Showing status in "http://www.epfbandra.org:8080", but not in "www.epfindia.com".

Below status is shown in epfbandra, contacted to bandra office, but they didn't find my claim,
and said that your claim is moved on 59 group, but they don't have 59 group members contact number.
Pleas do the needful or suggest me the remedy regarding PF withdrawal.

I worked with HDFC Bank and i submitted my all documents as mentioned by PF Office at Vardaman Commercial Complex, 6th Floor, MIDC Road 16, Wagle Estate, Thane- 400604, Maharashtra. I get confirmation message on my cell phone that you amount is settle in your account. But as i checked my account its not updated as they inform me. Than i call to costomer care in Maumbai, a lady told me to provide IFSC code of bank to them with attached an application and canceld cheque. i send all these to pf office but after that i not get any response from there hand. My pf account number is- MH/43967/21929.
If somebody help me, please tell me about some information to submit my complaint regarding this issue.

mumbai bandra epf office — non receipt of provident fund dues

I have retired from service 2 years back.in spite of submitting all the necessary documents relating to provident fund and pension to the EPF OFFICE at BANDRA MUMBAI I am being made to run from pillar to post by the officials at this office and have yet to receive my dues.I have submitted all my papers in the month of OCTOBER 2010.Please help me if you can.My PF NO is MH 04-3187.My telephone no is [protected].
