[Resolved]  EPFO, Bandra, Mumbai — EPF withdrawal amount not yet received

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Kotak mahindra bank ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office.


My bank Recived the Cheq and Returned reason Name Mismatching

Bankers by mistake Returned to Banglore Office

I got the Letter from bankers Saying that Cheques Miss placed they requested me to Issue the New Cheque

My PF number Mh/35415/683

Kindly Help me

What is the next Process ?

I Rakesh Malik S/o Mr.M.S.Malik R/o B - 1, Hari Enclave, Kirari, Suleman Nagar, Delhi – 86, was working in M/s ADITYA BIRLA RETAIL LIMITED as Store Manager – Operation in Charge of NCR Region of Delhi in 2008. I left M/s ADITYA BIRLA RETAIL LIMITED and applied for refund of PF A/c No. - MH/48681/8479 in April’2009. But till date didn’t get any intimation about my refund of PF A/c No. - MH/48681/8479 which was supposed to be credited into my Saving A/c No. – [protected], IDBI Bank, Branch – Orchid Square, Sector Road, B – Block Shushant, Gurgaon, HR-122002. I need this money desperately to reimburse people from whom I had taken money to feed my new born baby because I don’t have any job at present.

Dear sir,

I have recieved a letter from EPF department Bandra, Mumbai.

Conveying that they have send the chequeue to AXIS BANK GOLPARK BRANCH, KOLKATA.Cheque no 1, 908433 date[protected], 8457/-Rs. ceeque no 2, 729033 date[protected], 3916/- Rs.

I enquired with the bank, they informed me that they haven't recieved the check.

I really dont know how to go about it.
