[Resolved]  EPFO, Bandra, Mumbai — EPF withdrawal amount not yet received

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Accenture Services Pvt Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on Nov 14th 2008.

It is almost Three and half months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

Please process my withdrawal application as soon as possible and do the needful.

Your website on claim status informs that the application is received on 12.12.2008 and the same is under process and to try after 30 days. Now as of today, 04.03.2009, 84 days had passed by and there is no response fromyour side for two mails that I had sent earlier.

I had worked with IL & FS property management services. From June.2006 to Aug 2008, I had submitted my P F Form on the same day when I relived from IL&FS, but after 4 month of my reliving ie.on 01 December 2008 IL & FS property management services submitted my P F documents.
I haven't get any response from Mumbai P F department and I tried there Telephone Phone Numbers: (Code 022 for Mumbai STD Code[protected], 26470031, 26470008, 26470033, 26470032. Approx 100 times but its always busy. When I am contacting my previous company IL&FS they were telling me that they have forwarded all the formalities to P F Company Commissioner Office Bandra Mumbai
Yet the amounts have not been credited to my account nor have I received any kind of cheque/dd/pay order. When I checked the status in online http://epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx it shows ( pl find below details)

I Mr.K. Sujai Kumar applied for PF and bearing PF A/C number MH/45327/82158 got a letter from PF office, stating that amount will be credited as per given ICIC account number ie.,[protected] but due to some problems my ICICI account has been closed. And cheque as been returned to PF Office, So am providing you my new SBI account details and cheque details mentioned which as been returned to PF office.

Hello sir,

Sub: EPF withdrawal amount not yet received

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company MphasiS Software and Services(India) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office.

After some days i have recieved a letter dated 30/01/2009 from EPF department Bandra, Mumbai, conveying that they have send the cheque to CITI bank mumbai, Raheja Classic, Oshiwara Link Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400058.

I enquired with the bank, they informed me that they haven't recieved the check.

It has passed 7 months, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.
