Sir,
I have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on january 05, 2011 to the regional providend fund commissioner 341, Bhavishya nidhi bhavan, bandra (east) Mumbai. I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 53 days to get credited into my account.

I have tried calling the EPF Office, Mumbai on the phone number provided, but un-able to reach anyone on those numbers provided.

My PF number is MH/44546/5985

EPFO Office Banglore — PF Withdrawal Status

Dear Sir,

I had applied for my PF withdrawal form on dated 14th Dec 2010, & also registered online grevianve to know my PF status, But till date 3 months are over i did't got my PF, what is the problem ? i don't know. when i log on to web site to know my status, it shows that your claim is under process. I want to know that when i will get my money in my account.
I am in big financial crises, i need money to pay my liabilities. Kindly help.

EPFO Bandra / PF Settlement — FINAL PF WITHDRAWAL

Dear Sir

I was employted with HBL Golbal Pvt. Ltd. (July 2006- June 2009). as a seses executive in jaipur. when i left the job in June 2009 i have complete the formalities in august 2009 month and sent the PF withhdrawl form with all the formailities. COmpany has sent my form to EPFO Bandra on 2nd April 2010. and EPfo Bandra recived the same. but till date i have not received any cheque or amount in my account. whenerver i called EPFO Bandra after 21st April 2011 .they told me your case has been approved and you will get your PF Money within 5 dyas. then again i callled EPFO Bandra on[protected] they told me that your cheuqe has been sent to your bank ICICI . but when i contact to my bank they told me that there is no cheque in favouring of me. i don't know where the cheqe has gone? and epfo bandra has nbot contactable for me after the 15 th may 2011. PLs help me

My self sonia i have a complain regarding the PF Mumbai Bandra office . I have submitted my withdrawal application on 9th of april 2011 till date I have not recd my money they do not revert any mail i have atleast send 10 mails to them they even do not pick up the phone i have tried there pro no so many times some time its busy some time it keep ringing they are not bother to pick up the phone it have been 3 months they are sitting on this paper please help My PF ac no is MH/46257/23182. They have a lousy website which they do not updated for 15 - 20 days.

EPFO - Bangalore — Refund of PF not received

Sir,

I have been running from pillar to post for my PF refund ( no. KN / 25113 / 29689) lying with teh regional PF office in Karnataka for teh past 1 year. They have returned teh claim twice in the past 1 year on one pretext or the other. Finally they have recieved the claims complete in all respects ( i have recieved stamped proof) on the 6th of June and since then they have been processing it. Does it take 6 months to clear teh claims even after all formalities are complete.

I now look forward to your help on the same to get it cleared as numerous visits to teh office and heavy expenditure i have not got any clarity. Everytime i visit the office i am told that i will get it by this month. I am in need of money and your help will be a blessing.

I had sent my duly filled PF withdrawl forms to EPFO Bandra Mumbai by 21st March 2011and the same had been received in Bandra PF office on 7th May 2011 but still the status is showing under process although more than 6 months have been passed out even i have contacted telephonically the number given by my company as[protected],[protected],[protected] in PF office but noboby have picked my phone, the status on the site is showing as under:

EPFO Pune (Ajay Metachem Pvt. Ltd Pune) — No Pension order

I,Prakash B.Takawale,PF No.[protected],retired from above company after attaining retired age in Dec-2007.Submitted pension claim certificate with all
required documents attached,in Dec-2009 after completing my age 58 yrs.my pension is due from Dec-2009/Jan-2010.
Since last 2 years I have visited EPF Pune regional office several times.
The excuse given during Year 2010 : As the office system is being converted from manual to computerised record system all work is postponed for 1 year.
The excuse given for year 2011 : The new operating staff is over loaded ,getting familiar and attend complaints as per priorities-first for PF settlement if get time then pension complaints can be entertained .every time my personal mobile phone number was noted so that I can get information regarding my pension fate by SMS,(waiting for last six months)
Being Unemployed and dependent I feel harassed and punished,( as I am not residing in Pune,I have to bear travelling expenses from home town)

I am not aware if I am eligible to approach your organisation for redressal of my grievances mentioned above.
Please guide me for proper channel/method
