[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Non service under annual maintenance contract complaint

After sending you repeated reminders. Your executive had visited but he was unaware of the nature of complain. (Where 2 yrs AMC done with Eureka forbes but sad to say “Unable to delivery service for a period of 1 Yrs 2 months.”
After addressing my problem, he informed me to visit eureka forbes office for renewal of contract.
I therefore request you issue me the new AMC contract for service period deprived by me.
Please send me the contract through courier / through your executive since while awarding / marketing for new AMC contract they talk lot about the requirement and health hazard if maintenance is not carried out within 6 months but unable to provide service.
I once again request you to renew my AMC contract. Hope prompt action from your end.

Eureka Forbes — Service Contract

I was a proud owner of vacuum cleaner for 20 years before I exchanged it with a new vacuum cleaner. There was some defect in the system which took your service center at Indore on full month to repair and that too after I complained at corporate level. They came rectified the problem and coaxed me into signing a service contract for my water purifier system. The contract receipt no is AG96B 14502271 AND IS VALID F ROM 17TH May 2007 to 16th May 2009.

My journey on path of agony had commenced once again. The promised service never turned up despite several complaints. And when it did, it broke our tap in the process and we had to spent Rs. 100 on that. Thereafter, he disappeared without providing any service.

We waited for two months for somebody to arrive. We again complained and today one Shri Devi Singh Yadav turned up and asked for Rs 490/- for service charges and the cost of tap attachment. We were upset as earlier also we had to shell out money without getting any service. We spoke to Shri Lokesh Muidgil who informed us that he is the service engineer. He also insisted on charging irrespective of the service contract for which I have spent Rs. 1590.

The level of service at Indore center has gone down further and my belief in Eureka Forbes is shaken. I am putting this feedback expecting some service from a company that had been so reputed in past.

Compact — Not Survicing

We have purchase 11 compact delivered after 15 days and, Final recipt 107 and No.033253, dated 24/05/2008, vide code no. 9003881. No body install equipment at our site. Our Address are as follows. M/s Sharddha Developers, Shop No.1 & 2, off L.T.Road, opp Vrundas Hotel, Borivali (W), Mum, bai 4200 067. Office Tel.No.[protected] and Cell No. [protected]. There was a person Mr.Kanaiya her cell no [protected] is not proper response and proper answer. Pl do the need full as easly as possible. I have also complain. My Complain No. [protected] dated 07/06/08.

Aquaguard - Compact — NOT PROMPT SERVICE

Aquaguard - Compact — Newly Installed, But not working

I have got new aquaguard compact model by ur sales person (Shambhaji Gavli) in pune Kharadi.

I have bought on Last thursday(13th Nov), But after installation it is not working. I have not used it for single time.

Please resolve the issue.

I would like to inform you that we had paid Rs 1790/- for the AMC for
the peroid from 19-08-07 to 18-08-09. A scan copy of the same is
attached for your reference. i hereby register a complaint that though
we had paid for AMC we have not received any service during the AMC from
you.
I got my first service in the month of Sep / Oct 08. I would thus
request you to adjust the money paid for the AMC for the ensuing period
from 19 Aug 09 to 18 Aug 10 and ensure that your service personnel pay
regular service visits to my below mentioned residential address.
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and also issue me a new AMC
receipt for the revised period of the AMC.

Please think before buying any eureka forbes products

i own a twincartridge aqua guard.
the service provided by "dhara enterprises" (i hope i got the name right) at ankleshwar, gujarat is very poor.
a lot of time and energy is wasted on follow-ups.
i intend to sell off the product if they do not strap up.
please look into the matter and take suitable action. thank you.

Aquaguard - Compact — No proper service

My customer code is[protected]. I have entered in to a 3 years AMC on 21.06.08. Yours service representative visited for half yearly maintainence on 10.06.09. But on 12.06.09 the machine started leaking from behind. I have personally visited your office above Janta Bank, Kalyan (W) and made a complaint and the lady gave me a complaint no. 148 and told that the service representative the same day. But till toady no body visited my office. I have been trying to contact your office on 220 5735 / 2205737 but nobody is responding as the phone ringing continuously.
My Aqua guard is under maiuq is not working.ntenance scheme for three years. No body is attending. My aqua is not working. Kindly help.
we have a total seven aqua guards, our reputed college is situated in mumbai central area known as a Maharashtra College. Eureka forbes co. taking a advance payment of the AMC, our experience of last 3 years the co. is unable to give a satisfactory service., not attending the complaints 2 to 3 months .Very poor service and harassment to customer. We are advise to the Eureka forbes to close your company
if you are not able to give the satisfactory service to your customer.

This is to inform you that I have entered into AMC for three yrs. Your service center is not giving us service calls as per terms of the contract. Last service was given on 8/3/11. scens from Mar 2011, your center did not gave any services. When enquired, the first answer was your contract is over.we get the answers like Technician is not well, Hence complaint is not attended.Inspite of my repeted reminders i have got only one service till today. O the other hand your service center is promptly reminding for the renewal of AMC.
Can I expect satisfactory answers for the follwing?

1) Is it not the duty of your service centre to call on us periodically?
2) what is the alternative if the service staff are not well/not available?
3) If all data of AMC is computerised how they tell us that our contract is over?
4) How many times/ no of services are provided during the AMC?
NEEDLESS TO SAY that whether the AMC should be renewed? (If such a hopeless services is provided.)
Can I expect satisfactory answer for the above?
