I had purchased a Euroclean Wet and Dry Vaccum cleaner from Eureka Forbes through a representative named P.Suresh, chennai branch on 15th September 2008. At the time of Purchase, he had promised us that the original invoice/bill would be couriered within 7 days and at the max 15 days and would be despatched . Apart from this, he had promised to give us the kit bag as a compliment under the scheme for that period. It is since 2 months and I havent received my Bill nor the bag and no one has come properly to demostrate the functionality as promised at the time of purchase. They did send a person who was novice and was unable to explain all the features and went away quickly fearing too many queries from us.

As it was two months since we did'nt receive the bill, we went directly to their office and enquired about it and the response was shocking. They said that it has been already despatched from the head office and I even tried calling the head office but no one replied properly. I again had to fight to get a duplicate bill from their office and no bag since it was out of stock. I tried reaching the manager of the chennai branch but he seems to be always occupied in some meeting or pretending to do so and was unable to get a reply from their side. Please can anyone suggest to proceed in such a worst service scenario?

We have purchased a water softner machine from eureka forbes form their dealer in chiplun(Ratnagiri) M/s.Jotirling Enterprises but their executive installed a different local company machine to our home insted of eureka forbes also we have original invoice of eureka forbes with invoice no on it but that machine is duplicate.So how we can proceed further?we are in process to launch a complaint agianst eureka forbes in consumer court and case-420 in local police station.
i have ordered aquagard & local agent fixed it. after that that gus hasent come for payment. helpline people tell that their reprentative will come to take care of my unit. my unit has never given me pure water. quality of water is same that goes in . agent has not given me bill. help line agent speaks in very sweet word but not helped atall. they just forward my complaint. helpline agent are helpless and useless i am seriously thinking to go toconsumer court

We had Purchase Eureka Forbes Water Purifier Machine Model No: AG COMPACT (WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER) on 13.07.2009 wide bill no:[protected] through order no:[protected] from their Chembur Branch for my office. Where we purchased the machine only after the inspection done by their Engineer suggesting us which was suitable for our office. After they delivered the machine, machine was not able to pull the water from the water tank. And after lot of follow up with their executive nearly after 4 week it was told that we need to change the machine to Booster Model and would have to pay additional charges for the product.Due to so much of problem faced by us, the company executive gave us one additional benefit as to compensate our loss of time and energy. That benefit was that told us to give us the service free for three years. One year Officially given by the company with additional Two more years free services.
So We changed our machine and we made the Additional payment. After that no body turned up for Servicing of machine. After 11 months we placed a complain in Eureka Helpline no for getting no service and also they told us to place a complain for receiving no Bill for the same. On 14.06.2010 we placed two complain no: 83046662 for Received No service after sale and Complain No: 83046718 For not receiving the Bill.
For service part very next day person had come for servicing of machine and for that he asked me a Bill. Till i will not produce the Bill he can not service the machine Free. Luckily i had the first bill copy of AG COMPACT on that basis i could made get the first service after 11 months of purchase of machine and there after i have been following up with the call center with Mr. Samar who is main executive but till date i have not got any results and only telling us by tomorrow my complain will be resolved. I don't know when that tomorrow will come. My main thing is that i have not got the bill for the New Product and The Promise for giving me three Years Service free is also no where . Just to keep the sales executive good image in front of the clients they promises and then Clients only has to suffer for their promises.Please Help me to fight with such company making Falsy Promises and disturb the clients later on

    Dear sir, I am having Eureka Forbes Nova water purifier since 2001 and the product is continuously under AMC till date (upto March 2009, I suppose). The product has been purchased in my spouse's name K. USHA and our residence is at "C-2, First floor, Malles Roy Enclave, New No.7, Central Avenue Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600 024. Phone (Res[protected] and mobile no.[protected]. While upto 2007 the service by the franchisee was quite ok, thereafter it is going from bad to worst (if there is more harsh word than 'worst' pl. substitue the same). I think the present franchisee Sruthi Dynamics at Kodambakkam, Chennai 24, is absolutely not only rendering discourteous service but also employs personnel who are unfit and misbehaving with the consumers. The service personnel do not bring the job cards and hence we are unable to know when the candles have been changed. They turn after a long gap that too after the problem becomes acute. COMING TO THE POINT :: DURING APRIL 2008 THE CABINET WAS BROKEN BY THE SERVICE PERSON AND WE WERE ASSURED THAT IT WOULD BE REPLACED SOON. BUT THE "SOON" HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. FOR ABOUT A FORTNIGHT THE WATERFLOW HAS ALSO ALMOST STOPPED. WITH MUCH FOLLOWUP WITH BOTH THE FRANCHISEE AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE (?) CELL, TWO SERVICE PERSONS MR. VIJAYAKUMAR AND MR.SEBASTIAN HAD CHANGED THE CANDLES LAST WEEK WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT THE CABINET WOULD BE SOON THE NEXT DAY. BUT NEXT DAY THEY HAD MY SPOUSE THAT IT HAD TO BE TAKEN TO OFFICE AND GOT REPAIRED. (BUT I WAS INFORMED BY ONE OF YOUR EX-STAFF THAT IT COULD BE CHANGED WITHIN AN HOUR IN THE CUSTOMER'S RESIDENCE ITSELF). ON THAT DAY ITSELF THEY HAVE NEARLY MISBEHAVED WITH MY SPOUSE WITH UNPARLIAMENTARY WORDS. I WANTED TO COMPLAIN ON THAT DAY ITSELF BUT POSTPONED IT AND IF POSSIBLE TO AVOID IT. BUT EVEN AFTER TWO – THREE DAYS THE MACHINE IS NOT RETURNED AND MY SPOUSE HAS INFORMED THAT SHE HAD GOT A RUDE REPLY FROM THE SERVICE PERSON MR.     Aqua Guard — SERVICE GAP SINCE LAST 2 YEARS

    I would like to let you know that product is gud but service is not up to mark??
    As i have ask for service many time but no one is abel to provide gud service even i will just appricate if you would call and ask what is the problem?/ No one call us for single time as i am a Gud friend of Aslam Karmali he knows me very well but how i should tell him for small complaint>>

    I think we should solve the problem at an very urgest basis. as we all know that water is the most imp.. thing in every one life now we will just ask you guys to give proper attention & ask sales team that have you received any complaint form market...

      Sir,
      We were sold a water purifier from Aquaguard Robot model - the sales person promised that the machine would clean any type of water quality and make it pure. After 2 months o[censored]sing the model it started giving me problems - the water does not get filtered properly and the machine does not purify water. The water does not even come. The machine gives trouble every 10 days. The service desk does not respond properly and i have to make literally 50 calls for 5 days every time to get the service person to fix the problem. Its really unfair that such a model has been recommended with all false promises that it cleans any type of water. I had been requesting for lab results of the water which also was not shown to me.
      Request you to help in resolving this issue. Awaiting your advice.

      This model has lot of problems, anyone reading this please dont buy this model. The company didnt respond after numerous complaints made by us. They are trying to get past the warranty period. We were cheated, this model works fine for one or two months after which it has a lot of problems like leaking, the tank has many gaps through which dirt enter and the water is not safe to drink etc.
      Worst product !
      Even I feel the same. We bought AquaGuard RObot, Even since we purchased this model, we faced a lot of problems. Some are listed below.
      * Leaking
      * The tank where filtered water gets stored is not sealed properly, water ain't safe to drink.
      * Filtered water quality degrades with time, even after cleaning the tank and performing all maintainence procedures.
      * Poor service, Making the service personnel to reach you is a great thing, Even the personnel who came for the service couldn't fix the problem.
      * Numerous calls to customer care, no response, they say that they(Service Personnel) will at your door step in 10 minutes, No one turns up, they repeat this everytime my mom calls the customer care.
      * Too costly!
      * Fraudulent canvasing, the person who came to sell this boasted too much about this model, but it was just a huge bunch of lies thrown at us.
      * They don't respond and they are trying to get past the warranty period so they can slap us with huge bill forcing us to pay for the repairs to be done.

      We were cheated. Please don't buy this model, its a total failure, they shouldn't have released this model in the first place without extensive testing. Worst product from Eureka Forbes. This product and customer care experience brought down the reputation which I had for EurekaForbes.
      We were sold a water purifier from Aquaguard Robot model - the sales person promised that the membrane life would be atleast for an year but within 8 months the membrane bocome inactive that is suggested by service person..Now, it has been advised for memrane replacemnt not at the free of cost.Since, the product is still on warranty period. Its really unfair that such a model has been recommended with all false promises.Hence, I request you to kindly make an arrangement for the replacement of membrane at the free of cost.Request you to help in resolving this issue. Awaiting your advice.

        i have purchased the AQUAGUARD RO SIlver for the price of 13440/- on 20th august 2008 at kanpur, U.P. from last one month it is observed that the purchased AQUAGUARD water purifier has water lifting problem. We complined nearly 5 times to the customer service but till now no one from service centre had come. we are really dissatisfied with the product. So i request M/s AQUAGUARD please send the service person at the earliest to the address given below.

          i had purchased eureka forbes aqua guard gold nova around september 2008 from sales rep Mr rahul tharoor, by cash payment. i forgot to insist on cash recpt from his thinking i would get the invoice from the company after getting the delivery of the machine. but till date Neither Mr rahul nor his superior Mr suresh Kelade has obliged to heed my request. instead they demand a recpt of payment from me which i havent got . Mr suresh Kelade cell no is [protected] and when i try to call him he switches off his cell phone. i earnestly request forum to pls help me solve the harrassment by the company staff . Further i request all others who interested in buying eureka forbes products to think twice before they buy the product.

          Dear sir,
          1. we purchased a Aquaguard total-Gold Nova on dated 11/5/2009.
          2. Cheque issued for Rs 9590/- addressed to Eureka forbes.cheque number -594038 ( bank of Baroda )
          3. One of your personal Named Mr. M.S Shaikh had come with a mechanic and installed it.
          4. The name of the Mechanic was Prakash and the Mobile no [protected].
          5. We were told that they will send the receipt after the cheque is realised.
          6. till date we have not received the receipt.
          7 .several times we contacted Mr. Shaikh, But he has not sent the receipt

          8. we complained at your office, in the land line 39883333 to Shradha.- the complain number[protected], and the personal code number[protected], and the permanent code number-[protected]
          9. till date we have not received the original bill.Requested to look in the matter at the earliest and send us the bill,
          10. I never expected this kind of treatment from a well known organisation

            Despite of various complaints at phone number[protected] and[protected], my complaint is not being attended. Its over a month and they are still saying that pasrt is not available. I have even offered that I will buy the pasrt from outside and will give to them for repair but they are saying that they can not change the pasrt purchased from outside and if I will get it repaired from a outside vendor than the AMC will lapse. Height of diplomacy...

              we had purchased a eureka forbes aqua gaurd classic and aquagaurd hi-flo. and for the last 4 months they are not working and we have tried to contact the local aqua gaurd technician for the repair but to no avail. he is not responding and whenever we call him he says he will come but he does not come. so i request you to kindly look into this matter and reply me as soon as possible.
              I purchased a RO in may 2008 and it is not working since last 5 days.The salesmen which have come to my house had shown the so called the best and the costliest product offered by the Euraka Forbes the Aquaguard Total SENSA 3G at the cost of Rs. 19000 along with so many promises. But since then it has malfunctioned twice and this time insite of the promise by the salemen that by sunday (26/10/08) or latest by monday (27/10/08) he will send the engineer to rectify the water purifer problem. But no body turned up and we are forced to buy drinking water from the market for the drinking purpose.

              I have tried to called up the customer care center and he recognised my name as well as my home address but said you have not registered your complained with us. When asking from where he has got my name and home address he talked to me such a rude manner instead of helping me out or taking my complaint. Now even the salemen in not replying to my calls send even SMS but failed to got any call or reply which shows their calious attitude.

              These are the people who make your life so difficult while selling their product.they dont see any time, whether its late at night or early morning to sell their product but dont care when any problem comes.The sales person Ravi Kumar gave his cell number but despite repeated calls, he does not have time to pick his phone.

              Look at the attitude of so called Prodfessional company

                PAID SERVICE PERIOD FROM 17/09/2007 TO 16/09/2009 TO THE AQUAGUARD MODEL-XC AT AURANGABAD(MAHARASHTRA) SERVICING CENTRE BUT NOBODY IS ATTENDING THE SERVICES ON EVEN CALLING THEM. SO PLEASE WARN THEM TO ATTEND THE SERVICES AS PER THE AGREEMENT.

                  i purchased alaram securtiy system, customer number is 2184 for past 20 days it is not working, i given a complaint to chennai office through phone more than 20 times, but no respond is there, then i call to the service engineer e. muthukumar but nothing happend, Iam regret to say that no proper sevice is given by company after sales.
                  so i request to do the need full. This was supplied through Mr. gajendran.M customer...

                  AS PER CONTRAACT RECEIPT NO.AG.96B/14084846 DT.11-1-07 VALID UPTO 10-01-09 SIGNED FOR EUREKA FORBESS LIMITED BY ONE T.ANANDKUMAR OF CHENNAI SERVICE CENTRE, THE SERVICE IS NOT GIVEN FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH, EVENTHOUGH I CALLED AND REQUESTED THEM OVER PHONE GIVEN BY THEM AND THE WATER PURIFIER HAS COME TO DEAD STAGE, SINCE NONE OF THE SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH.

                  I have purchased aquasure water purifier (Model Star LX with UV elctronic monitoring system) from Siddhi Sales & Services, Raopura, Vadodara on 2nd April, 2010 with extended warranty of 02 years. After knowing about the completion of Filter cartridge through indicator, I have intimated the Customer care unit (phone no.[protected] and[protected] to solve the problem on 30th September,2010. Even after three days, complaining frequently, nothing has been done with regard to my complain. I have been compelled to live without pure and safe water by this hopeless customer care unit of Eureka Forbes.

                  I had purchased water purifier NOVA GOLD. The complaint is regarding the AMC for the period 14/05/10 TO 13/05/11. The Service franchisee of Eureka Forbes has not approached for service during this period. At the time of entering into the contract the technician commit us 2 six monthly service however till date no service have been done by the company. They charged us Rs.1475/- for the same. Now after calling at the centre they are replying that "the technician have left the job and generally all technicians commits any thing at the time of contract and we should go through the contract note given to us".
                  Kindly look into the matter as there should be punishment for such acts for taking the customers for granted. MOHAN RATHI [protected].
                  Model No.Classic purchase by us is not working properly, our contract No.20050422 dt.16/11/2011, valid up to 15/11/2012, authorise service center phone No.02582/645502 is not attending.

                    I Debashis Samal, from Bhubaneswar want to put a complaint regarding the service of my Aquaguard.
                    I had purchased an Aquaguard (Classic) of Eureka Forbes in November 2007. I am herewith attaching all the bills (copy scanned) for your kind reference and retention.
                    It may kindly be noted that for my Institute I had procured 2nos Industrial model water purifier-cum coolers, 1no. Hi Flow Water Purifier and 7nos domestic water purifiers for office and hostel purpose.

                    After these sales persons visiting time to time my home for demo and shaking their tail like dog asking for purchasing and continuously following it up with me. It took less than 1 hour, after my phone call, for the sales personnel to reach my residence to take the amount for procurement.

                    As per the sales agreement the service personnel should come for free servicing after 6 months without our call as they say they have record of it. But now it seems to be completing one year, no one is turning up for service rather on repeated complaints to Eureka Forbes personnel at HO positioned at Forest Park or any other service personnel of any center at Bhubaneswar.

                    On suggestion from other centers, I contacted the service center opened newly in September 2008 at my locality regarding the service. After ten phone calls, one service personnel came on Sunday and suggested me to pay Rs 500/- for attending to the service. On asking about the service during the guarantee period, asked for bill, warranty cards and many more. On observing the bills, he advised me to wait for one month, when the warranty period will be completed, and then by paying him Rs 500/- he will attend the service. On insisting for coverage of scheduled service within warranty period, he told me that he is not having any instruction to attend to my complaint from the Head Office of Eureka Forbes.

                    I am having a very pathetic experience with Eureka Forbes. Their service is just pathetic.

                    Can we expect a more responsible act from Eureka Forbes ? Can we expect the same agility and prompt service as shown while taking sales? I am regretting for buying Eureka Forbes product.

                    The customer care seemed to be least bothered. Now we are still waiting for the action to be taken but all it leads to is frustration and anger...i would not suggest Aquaguard to anyone because of its pathetic customer care...really poor service

                    Eureka forbes Aqua guard classic model — Customer NO Care

                    Eureka Foorbes could add a block letter NO in between their words customer and care since that is what their attitude represents. One of the customer care personnel challenged me to take up the matter of her rude behaviour whil attendign to an unattended complaint . Hence this e mail. When I asked her why are AMC customers too treated this negligent way she replied that everyone is on an AMC so what? Well so much for customer care.

                    Would someone tell me is this the customer care eureka forbes boasts about and is this what we get for answering all their queries while on their early morning survey which starts as early as seven in the morning when we are all rushing with roller skates under or feet.
                    Your Services is totally third class.
                    Franchisee owner way of talking is totally rough with the customer.
                    khandwa staff is totally uneducated staff.

                    and they don' know about AQUAGUARD
                    Sir I have faced an exactly same problem & i am also regreting that i bought their product. I have called them atleast 20 times and nobody came because the gaurantee period was going on & that it has expired thanks to their so called quick services, they call me up to get the servicing done by paying them for doing nothing. Whenever i called the service guy, either his wife or his grandparents died. I wonder how many grandparents and wives he has but i know 1 thing for sure that he is least bothered about attending to my call.

                    I would reccommend everyone reading this, not to go for a Eureka Forbes product as my experience has also been a pathetic one...
                    I'm Very thankfull to the aqua gaurd to provide great service.but the complaint is that after selling machine they never think about the time to services or followups.but think if one satisfied customer can increase your business & non satisfied customer can...
                    The same thing happened with me. The instrument has installed in the month of Jan'10, but till date nobody turned to give free services. I'm also apprehending any body will attend after the completion of free service period. But sorry to say that in today's scenario every co's is giving high attention for the services, but being a leading company it is not paying attention to the customer services for which in near future definitely the company will loose the confidence of the customer and customer will force to get other company product instead of Eureka Forbes.                     A acquaguard marketing executive installed a classic model acquaguard on 5 th JANUARY 2011, then same day that mechine not supplying water properly, I told that executive, then he replying you should install a anather machine i.e is a Iron remover, i say ok, installe that, after installing that machine again the same problem found. Again i told that executive, he replying that i will taken back that machine and will install a new machine, but till date i can't found that executive or a new machine,

                    I have installed a water purifier (Aquguard) in my quarter from Mr. JC Choudhury during my service at Paradip Port. On my retiremnent I have shifted to Bhubaneswar. I am not getting its service maintenance facilities at Bhubaneswar. Evern I contacted a person said to be a authorised service personel, but I am not sure of his skilled.
                    I would request you to kindly let me know the person to whom I contact for servicing of my warter purifier.

                    No Servicing of the product despite 48 hr guarantee

                    Our service request has not been attended to despite regular follow-ups at the call centre. We have AMC that guarantees servicing in 48 hrs yet since three weeks it has not been attended to and we are buying mineral water from outside.

                    Service Request made on 16.6.2014 and no response from their side, complaint no is 76765953. My Purifier is under AMC.

                      Pathetic service after sales

                      Eureka Forbes Aqua guard folks are real stupid. Ones they sale product they are done with their job. Customer has to go here and there to get the service. Their service franchisees are real !!!.
                      I have purchased Water Purified last year in the month of July 2007 which includes two free services. including changing of carbon and Candle-Filter.
                      I have received first service after 10...

                      I have purchased the following Eureka Forbes Product: EUROAIR GENEUS Vides receipt no 311; 024736 dated 20/10/2008. The payment was made by Cheque no 168020, Central Bank of India, Dated 20/10/2008. The product was delivered to us after 2 days.

                      However, no demonstration of the product has been given to us till date. This is especially with respect to the maintenance aspects of the product.

                      We were assured of a free service card with the product along-with a free gift. However, the promises made at the time of sale have not been delivered by the sales person till date.

                      We have not even been provided with the invoice of the product (including the Company bill & warranty card) by the sales person till date.

                      I have been trying to contact the sales person as well as the area manager (Mr Manoj Pandey, Tel: [protected]) repeatedly, but, they are not receiving my calls (on mobile) and when contacted on the company phones, are forever busy in some company meeting as told by the reception staff.

                      The sales man has pushed us into purchasing the product with the lure of freebies simply to improve the sale statistics before the closing date. The after sales attitude is extremely contemptuous of the consumer sensibilities and humiliating in nature.

                      I regret having purchased the eureka forbes product not because of the quality of the product but because of the attitude of the staff.

                        Dear Sir,
                        We bought an Aquaguard Total RO product on dated 18-March-2008 from A-8, Rani Bhawan NIT Faridabad having Receipt No.018777.
                        Now regarding the problem which I am facing right from the purchase of your product. I have registered problems so many times & Executive entertains us after 15~20days after reporting the problem.This has been repetitive 5times since I bought this product.
                        Now the Warranty period is about to finish in next five months & still the problem is Unsiolved.This will lead to exaust of Warranty period & product unattended.
                        Pl. Look into the matter asap & Exchange this product with new-one otherwise I would be having no option left other that consumer court.

                        Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard Total RO — Not received complete accessories of the product

                        I have purchased the “Aquaguard Total RO” in April-2008. The executive name who sold me this is Mr. Pankaj Dhingra from Ghaziabad (U.P.). While doing the product installation at my home I have been told that right now we do not have the bottle for cleaning the water tank of the RO plant and this solution bottle will be provided to you within a week.

                        But up till now I have made several calls to the customer care and the executive (Mr. Pankaj Dhingra) itself for providing the cleaning solution but I have never received a satisfacory response from them. Evertime they told me that you receive the solution within 2-3 days but uptill now I have not received that.

                        How can you help me in this case.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Sub : Malfunctioning of Aquaguard Booster Water Purifier.

                          While I convey my due honour to your good self, I apologize to express my utter displeasure to let you apprise of the mode of functioning of the Customer Service Centre, located at Guwahati which has exhibited a rare instance of gross negligence and indifferent attitude to rectify the faults detected in the water purifier, installed just a few months back. Of course, there are several such instances recorded in the website as far as the functioning of the said product o[censored]reka Forbes is concerned.

                          The machine was installed by push selling agents of the company against order No.197/ 018107 dated 28/9/2007 and started malfunctioning within a very short span of time which have been supplying contaminated water with odd smell, bitter taste accompanied with black sediments instead and just not consumable at all.

                          On complaint, the filter was inspected not less than five times in nine months and the service personnel came to the conclusion that the Filter Candle is responsible for the deficiencies and needs replacement but, instead, the candle was merely cleaned during their every visit. It is un-becoming on the part of a reputed Company.

                          Sir, with utter dismay I noticed that the filter candle, is of very shabby appearance, as if it served for not than three years while that of mine is of just 9 months old it has been hardened to its extreme and not capable of extract and supply the filtered water even with an adequate flow apart from contaminated smell and sediment. But, till the service personnel are indifferent and not feeling the indispensability of replacing the candle, in contrary they have been trying to let the purifier work in the same manner till the expiry of the stipulate Warranty Period, as so understood? can this sort of attitude be termed as so called Warranty ? I am scared about as to whether the purifier as a whole is an old and aged one and I was just made a goat of sacrifice, very shameful, indeed.

                          It was last attended on 29/7/08 and from the next day it has returned to its earlier stage. It is indeed harassing for me and apparently, their reluctance to redress my grievances stands substantiated. As a conclusive resort I have the honour to solicit your kind intervention so as to ensure that the purifier is rectified by any means if requires by replacement, forthwith, without applying the odd and mal-intention to work the machine in its defective status till the expiry of warranty, violating the warranty rules.

                          On 08.02.06. I have purchased an AG Classic water purifier. Following the expiry of the free servicing period I opted to accept the annual maintenance contract scheme offfered by the company and everything was going on smoothly. But in the third quarter of 2008 when some maintenance was required, the service center requested for the renewal of the AMC first, accordingly I went to the service centre and paid Rs.800.00, as asked for, on 10.10.08.Yet afterwards, when I did not receive attention, I talked to the local Manager of the Forbes who informed me that they have discontinued authorisation of the said Franchisee and shifted to another firm. He does not know about the payment I made and if I want the service any more, that may be obtained from the new Franchisee on cash payment.
                          This is in my openion, is breach of trust and loss to me & my family members.

                          Water Purifier (Inova) — Non Attending Fault

                          I have service contract w.e.f. 06/11/2008 to 05/11/2010.A defect in machine has arised. Your service centre tried to rectfy it but cold not rectified. Now they are not atteding it inspite of my repeated telphones.Teliphone no of service centre at Dehradun is 2772659.

                          Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Malfunctioning water purifier not attended

                          I purchased Aquaguard Infinity water purifier approx. 6 months ago. The water purifier is now malfunctioning. Water keeps dripping from the outlet of water purifier even after the power is switched off.
                          I had been lodging complaints from 27/12/2010, however, the water purifier is yet to be rectified. Also, the company has not yet furnished original invoice for the water purifier.
                          Service request numbers with dates are as below;

                          (Technician came on 28/12/2010, but could not repair the machine)
                          2. 84112170 dated 01/01/2011

                          The call centre where complaint is lodged keep giving assurance that the service personnel would attend the problem tomorrow. However, nobody turns up.

                            I have purchased one Euroclean Vaccum Cleaner- Euroclean Ace model, on[protected], through the home dlivery system at Jaipur, Rajasthan. One of the attachments -ALL SURFACE CLEANER has been found to be defective as it does not fit with the instrument. This was pointed out by the company representative himself, who promised to replace it within two days. As this is the attachment which is used for more than 70% household operations, it was the one most needed at this time of festival. Despite several reminders the company representative has neither replaced it nor contacted, and now he does not answer the calls.
                            The company should be concerned about how a defective piece was packed and supplied, and also about the poor and dismal response of the service providers who simply forget to respond after getting the payment.

                              On 19.07.2008, I made payment of Rs 8600/- to Mr Balwinder Singh, a Door to Door salesman of M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd towards purchase of Aquaguard Total Nova model under exchange scheme.

                              The company has not issued Invoice and Guarantee Card to me after a regular followup with their Salesman and Divisional sales office at Panchkula.

                              The company is also not attending to my complaints.

                              Strict action must be taken against such company.

                                I am to draw your attention to the subject mentioned above and to state that I am using Aquaguard Nova for a long time.But i am constrained to say that your after sales service is deteriorating day by day.This is due to the fact that you are appointing franchises who are totally incompetent.They have no infrastructure to serve your customers and mostly ill equipped to handle the repair job.Your reputation is suffering badly as you leave your hapless customers at the mercy of these incompetent people.
                                I hereby narrate my outgoing experience to establish my point.
                                Your present franchise ia Mr.Jayanta Chattopadhyay of 29, L Road, Belgachia, Howrah-711108 whos is supposed to render service to me.My Aquaguard went out of order on 14.10.08.I lodged a complaint with the franchaise on 15.10.08 and he assured to send a mechanic on that date at 6PM.I rushed back to residence before 6 PM on that day so that your mechanic can carry out his job.But he did not turn up.I again contacted your franchaisee on 16.10.08.He sent a mechanic on that day.After checking up the machine he opined that the circuit board needed replacement.He assured me to do the job on the next day and accordingly I took a day off.But to no avail.Neither your franchiasee would semd any communication to me.I gain rang up uour frainchisee on 19.10.2008 by 12 noon.But he again failed.He keeps his mobile switched off.So it is not possible to ascertain what has happened.Your franchisee seems to be quite indifferent to the inconvenience of your customer who suffers badly for dyas together.In this connetion I am to add that I am an AMC with your organisation upto 28.02.11.
                                I request you to take immediate action against hte franchisaee.I may please be kept informed of the step taken by you.

                                  i had purchased an aquagaurd classic in 2006 and it has stopped working from last 6 months and we have tried to contact mr rifat riyaz incharge of eureka forbes in srinagar and he further gave us the number of mr akbar whose phone number is2470608, but whenever we are trying to contact him since last 1 month, but, he is only assuring us that he will come and look into ou problem but till now he has not come. so i request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                    I am very sorry to say that I am very much uncomfortable with the service of Eureka forbes Aquagard. My water purifier of Aquagard require service and I have call many times to the salesman Mr. Naveen and Manager Mr. Gurnani of Hazratganj Branch but there is no positive response. I have calling to above-mentioned persons since purchase(09 October 2008), trying both persons with the gap of 1 days regularly with a hope that someone will respond.

                                    It seems it is also useless because no one come to my house for servicing.

                                    Can u imagine how frustrating this is?

                                    You are, therefore, requested to interfere in the matter and kindly do some needful. We have to remind them in every alternate days.

                                    I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier in October 2008 as I need it for my family health. After these sales persons Mr. Naveen Hazratganj Lucknow visiting time to time my home for demo asking for purchaing and continuously following it up with me .

                                    As per the sales aggrement they should come for free servicing after 6 months without our call as they say they have record of it.
                                    but till now none of they came up for this servicing after installation and when I followed that sales guy and call them more than 100 times. Then I again followed up with that sales guy he tells reasons and no proper answers as his company people only deny what sales guy says.

                                    I dont know how to follow-up with these guys.
