I bought a Eureka Forbes - Water purifier - Crystal model 2 months back . From first day it self it is having problem, not working properly. So I called the customer care that time and they not send any person and if i call them they are not giving reply properly

I have purchesed R.O. on 28.02.09. thereafter R.O. is not working properly. A complianed has been loungened on 17.04.09 and 19.05.09. but no service man not come for solve the complained. My customer No. is [protected].

for last three years I am being harrassed by the eureka fobes service centre. every year after lot of follow up i amgetting service done . in the year 2007 i got service after 22 day. in the 2008 I got the sevice after 23 days . and This year a new record is created I got the service after 29 days that too after a lot of follow ups. first time the engineer attended is after 10 days .

I am claiming cost of one 20 litter of bottle minaral water from the company for all the delayed period.
Will I get a proper comensation for the water and harrassment.

whether I have to approach to Consumer court for my redresal.

my customer code is [protected]. i have paid rs,1790/-[rupees one thousand seven hundred ninety]on24.11.2008 vide chq no.593376 to sri datta associates and my amc cover period is[protected] to[protected]. as per the amc they have to change the filter once in 6 months i.e in may2009 and nov2009 but nobody is attending to it. my phone no.[protected]. i called several times but they are advicing me to call 39883333. i am very unhappy regarding the amc.

I have purchesed R.O. . thereafter R.O. is not working properly. A complianed has been lodged on 26.12.09 and four more times. but no service man not come for solve the complained. My customer No. is 56543632

The complaint was lodged with Tel. No. 39883333 on[protected] at 5.30 pm for servicing of RO water purfier. The complaint no.is 82651097. It was promised that the complaint would be attended within 24 hours. To our surprise, nobody has attended till now . In the past also a no. of times a similar call was made for servicing at Raipur but nobody bothered to attend.

I have paid Rs. 3360/- for AMC which has gone waste as company makes only fake promises to provde 4 free services. It is simply cheating the customers by a quality company like Eureka. The Company should stop playing fraud with customers .

If the things are not rectied at the earliet the same will be passed on to Media for publishing as news item so that common people become aware the customers plight and that they refrain from false promises of the service providers.

The company should depute somebody to take back all free service coupons.

registered complaint for non functional water purifier 'nova' on 01 jul 2011. complaint No 85054055. have an AMC for the product valid till 04 jan 2012.
today is 05 jul11. no response from the company. today again reminded on euro helpline 398833.

[protected], but there is not response from the Eureka Forbes, again I called the customer care on June 7, 2014, the customer care person given me the reference no. 76679840, still they were fail to give the service. Eureka Forbes — No one is visiting after multiple requests

Filed a complaint on 16th April on which no action has been taken in past 6 days. Complaint No is 81125750. Whenever i call i get to know that executive will visit today but it never happens.
