Sir,
I Bought a water purifier from Eureka forbes. After one year I called them for the services. They came and done it. Same time they told me an offer that if I pay Rs. 3150 They will three year service including cleaning every six months and filter cartridge changing every year. Bur after the payment they are not done anything. as i am working abroad last may I called them and asked for it. But they are told they are not responsible for it, But before payment I called the (kottayam service center No.[protected] and[protected] and confirm from them about it.. after several call they are given me another no.[protected].
Then I called them, at last they came and done one service(04/12/2012). Now they are telling they are not going to do any other service. I paid the money on 27/05/2011. I paid for three year servicing.
I am very much thank full If you can do some thing for the above problem.

    I bought a RO Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total Enhance model at a cost of Rs 13000 in the month of Mar-2012. While purchasing, sales executive told that it will filter 8000 Ltrs. After that cartridge to be changed which will charge 2000/-. Now it is not even 3000 ltrs water filtered. Service boy came and asking to change the cartridge at a cost of 4150/- plus 450 installation. Please beware such Eureka Forbes products. They tell something about product until you buy. After that they will charge you something

    Aqua Guard of Eureka Forbes — salres Rpresentative Cheater

    I bought Aquaguard from Authorized sales representative of Eureka Forbes even after i know that eureka forbes has hired cheaters from all around the India. they do not provide service, satisfaction. Only thing these person do is to speak to customer in good manner till he gets money and later on only thing u can do is spend money on phone calls to them.
    I paid Rs 8750 by credit card for the aquaguard but to my surprise they deducted Rs 8850 i don;t know how can theyu do that. I submitted complaint to my bank for that by that time i got call froom them stating they r sending me money, if i do complaint the person might lost his job. so i just asked them to return money . They sent me cheque after one month which also got bounced. this is the second illegal matter in small dealing of Rs 100 from SE of EF. Now even on callign i m not getting any response and i think i should make ppl aware that do not belive sales person of EUreka Forbes.

    I am staying at Palam, New Delhi. I requested to change all my filters and membrane of my aqua sure ro(My customer code is [protected]). They reacted promptly. I have paid Rs 4130/- + installation charge. The technician fitted only four filters and told me at present membrane is not available with company. Within two days he will come and fit the membrane. Technicians name- Sonu Grewal mob no.[protected]. He fitted four filters on 14 Aug 13. I made several call. He always assure not to worry. But it is almost one month past. I think I have done a major mistake to believe them(cheaters????). I doubt whether they fit original product or road side product.

    I have bought this enhance water filter.while selling the product to me
    the sales executive never mentioned that there will be a need to change
    the filter very often. And to me who cannot afford this filter
    change, this is greatly disappointing and shocking. Right from the time
    the product was installed the The Automatic Water Level Sensor control
    never worked. And till Oct 13 I used this product since 1 year I had
    bought this, water either keeps on overflowing thro the top lid or keeps
    on drizzling thro the tap or inlets and outlets. So through out the 1
    year I used this machine a broad space below it was always flooded with
    water. Water was good to taste but the mechanic who came to stop this
    leakage, instead of stopping it leak said you have to change the filters
    for 4000 rupees and change and place an AMC every year.The sales
    executive had cheated me without informing about all this yearly
    expense.He assured me I wouldn’t have to spend anything for this machine
    for the first 4 – 5 years. Now the expense threatens me to stop using
    this machine as we cannot afford this much every 6 months. Now since
    last Oct 2013, I have switched off the machine and left it off without
    using as the water started pouring out along with the two inlets for
    water in the bottom of the machine. So is it a must that the filters
    must be change every year or How often do we need to change the
    filters…Somebody please explain in detail and how do we get to know its
    time to change the filters?
    Hi,

    I brought RO Reviva model, after one week o[censored]sage it is not working.
    I called executive, he told, I need purchase new part.
    I was surprised with the answer; I told them clearly it is manifucture defect not mine.
    Executive is agreed for this defect but not ready for change of part.
    I escalated to several levels, then they changed the part with working one (not new one).

    Always call to +[protected]on every second and fourth Thursday between 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM) your issue will be resolved (some what).

    They simply cheating customers
    I ordered one euroclean vacuum cleaner on 5th may 2015. I did not get the product yet. I have called them more than 50 times. Initially they told me excuses and now they are simply disconnecting my connection.
    I have one aquasure purifier in my home. For annual paid service they promptly calling me every time. But when we have some trouble they cheating us

      Please be careful before buying Eureka Forbes water filters, Initial product cost is Rs. 14000 and you have to spend Rs. 3900 for replacement of filters every year otherwise Rs. 4200 for annual maintenance charges which is not worthy for a middle class person. This will not be mentioned by Sales Persons. It is a 100% fraud

      They say it has a life time free service and 1 year warranty but you will not get replacement of filters if gets repaired with in year. This is said by Customer Care when contacted.

      After 1 year you have to take your product to their outlet to get it repaired and its not trusty and they could charge you for unnecessary product replacement parts. They may cheat you since you have no idea of what the internal accessories are.

      In foreign countries the cities water treatment plants will have RO (Reverse osmosis) or better processes installed. In India these companies may pay bribe to politicians for getting not to include this process in water treatment plans so these companies get survived

        I have purchased Eureka Forbes Amrit water purifier on Dec 29, 2012. Initially, it is taking long time to purifier water. Upon my complaint, their technicians came and spoiled the cartridge by pulling apart its layers. From that onwards, more water is leaking without purification. Eureka Forbes promised me on phone that they will replace the cartridge. I have been telephoning them and also emailing them for the last four months. They gave one telephone number to contact for replacement. His phone is [protected]. He initially said he does not have stock and asked me to wait. I waited for one month. Later, I contacted again Eureka Forbes. My question is how long I go on contacting Eureka Forbes? I have telephoned them for about 25 times so far. My time is very important. They gave to me customer id: [protected] and Eureka Forbes Help line[protected].

          The after sales service of Eureka Forbes is the poorest that I have ever experienced. I purchased my Aquaguard Enhance RO water purifier through a sales person of Eureka Forbes in September 2011. The machine started giving trouble in December 2011. Though it was repaired by the service department, it kept on giving me trouble from time to time by way of giving poor quality water or not working at all sometimes. For the last 2 months the machine is behaving so erratically that I had to lodge service request 6 or 7 times, but still it is not working properly. Now it has stopped working at all. Every time I inform the call center that this is a recurring problem, they promise to send a senior technician but eventually the previous technician attends to the problem (though he tries his level best to solve the problem). I am having to pay more than Rs. 4000/- per year for the annual maintenance contract (AMC), but of what use? I
          have decided to spread the word in my locality as well as through different consumer feedback & complaint websites, so that no one falls pray to the misselling of Eureka Forbes, apart from discouraging any visit of Salespersons of Eureka Forbes in my locality.

          Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO Smart — Defective Machine

          I had purchased an Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO smart on 6th Sep 08.
          On the 11th water was not getting dispensed and I had called the representative who sold the machine. He had contacted the service staff who came on the 12th and said there was a lose contact and rectified the same. On 14th Sep 08, again water was not getting dispensed from the machine. I had called the customer care and lodged my complaint. Until 20th Sep 08, nobody had turned up and I had again contacted customer care. After repeated follow-up on 24th Sep 08, the technician from Eureka forbes turned up. He again opened the machine and said there was a lose contact and the water got dispensed on that day. The next day again water was not getting dispensed. The technician again turned up on 26th Sep 08 and then found that the pump is notfunctioning.
          He has told that he would replace the pump on 26th Sept evening or on 27th Sept 08.
          I do not understand why is he replacing the pump and not the machine.
          Is Eureka Forbes not confident about the quality of their products or do most of the products have similar complaints. I had made the payment upfront with my credit card and the same has got transferred from my credit card account.
          I think it is always better to make the payments to Eureka Forbes through post dated cheques as the products and services are unreliable.

          Water Purifier — non-rectification of defects

          The water purifier became disfunctional from 08-10-08 and complaints was lodged. Since there was Durga puja vacation, service parsonal came on 14th 'oct and examined and stated that a malfunctioning part need replacement which he assured to replace on the same day. But since then, he never turned up. To day Mr Ratan Sarma again attended and tried to fix it up with an old and used part which was not allwed by me.
          In spite of being insured, the negligence on the part of sevice personals compelling me to drink water bought from the market.
          Non- reciept of satisfactory service would compel me to approach the Redressal Forum for proper justice.- Mrs Manju Das, H/no-16, Namghar Path, Bhagaduttapur, Beltola, Guwahati-22, Mobile Phone No[protected].

          Eureka Forbes — Defective RO water purifier and poor response to complaints

          I had purchased RO water purifier (Reviva) from Eureka Forbes in Jan 2006. In the past 2 years the system has troubled us at many ocassions. After signing the AMC with the company to get the complaints resolved in time. But the repeated complaints are not received well and the technician often takes at least a week (company claims to attend to the complaints within 2 working days) and several phone calls to finally arrive and fix the system.
          It has become a nuisense of late with problems arising within a month of repair. But the customer care service refuses to send anyone and just keep on passing over the complaint numbers. (ref 52081077 on 13-Oct-08 & 15-Oct-08).
          It is so difficult to manage without clean purified water as the hard water supplied in our part of the city means that we can't drink or even cook food in it. And to survive on temporary arrangements for the most important ingredient of lives is almost impossible. But no amount of rebuking and complaints affects Eureka Forbes leaving us helpless.
          I would never recommend anyone to buy this product because of the sole reason that if something goes wrong with the product (which it definitely will as they are designed for ephimeral existence only) then you will be left with no option but totally and helplessly dependent upon the mercy of the firm.

          eureka forbes aquaguard -r. o. — non hearing of repairing complaint

          Eureka Forbes — Problem in after sales services

          From the last 10 days i am regularly following with the eureka forbes people. they use to come as and when i ask but the main problem is that they are not able to make my aquagard good due to whichh i am facing water problem.
          i think that the company do not have the most competent person to make it good.

          Eureka Forbes service Annual maintenance — Not giving proper service

          We have an Annual maintainance service with Eureka Fobes to service my Aqua gaurd regularly.My contract no is 17457965,My AMC is from 24-2-10 to 23-2-11.
          From last 2 month i am calling Eurka fobes for Service but they never came for services, but a person came up with exchange offer of Aqua Gaurd like give old to Eureka fobes & buy new Aqua gaurd & get discount of Rs 1000/-.Inspite of calling again & again no one turn for servicing.I had register my complaine even in call centre but no one had came.My Complain No is 84358959..Now they Started asking for Renewal of AMC but they had not provide me last year's Service.Here i m attaching my amc 's Contract receipt.             I Purchesed Eureka Forbes Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner on 18/03/13. Within two days of purchase the main pipe of the vaccuum cleaner was cracked. The Vaccuum Cleaner's guarantee period is not over. We have given complaint to customer care of Eureka Forbes. Complaint No. 70868691, and second Complaint on 31/03/13. my mob no. [protected]

            Till date there has been no action against these complaints. Please do the needful as early as possible.

            Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner — BodyReplacement

            I purchased eureka forbes vaccum cleaner from a salesman, he has given the machine and said bill will given in few days, He left the job if i call my city customer care person he says, you didnt buy from us. And now it has a prob and body has to bereplaced.

            i have registered a complaint through eureka forbes online. there was no response till 4 months, later i took machine to service station they said they need 15 days time. after 20days there was no response and when i call them they a re very arrogant and rude .

            Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner — need the pipe to be changed

            we have been complaining from weeks n after being promised everythime they r not sending any one for servicing..we have launched complaints for vaccum cleaner n water purifier membrane needs tobe changed n th pipe of the vaccum cleaner

              It has not been even 1 month and the system is not working properly some dirty smell is coming from water after it comes from purifier. After drinking this water my mother is been hospitalized for 3 days..this is very serious and than too no one responding now what to do..?

              Eureka Forbes — Product not working properly

              Erekaforbs product Aquasure we had purchased 3-4 months before witheen 1 month the product started giving problem. The person (Mr.Gunjal [protected]) who given this product even not giveen proper demo since he had comefor installation late evening.
              We tried call him several time but only assurance given but not visited single time. We called companies service person ( Name not none cell no [protected]) but respose from him is also very bad, till today nobady visited.
              Product Problem - watter comes down witheen few seconds with all impurites as it is.

                I made a 3 year service contract for after purchase service with Eureka Forbes. Contract Receipt no. 18875478. Contract period: 22-09-11 to 21-09-14. But they have not responded to our multiple calls for servicing from June 2012. Finally we registered an official complain with their call center. Complain no. 7041963. Every time we call to ask about the progress the standard reply given to us is ’Ma’am the engineer forgot to get the spanner and hence cant open the machine.’ Numerous complains at the service center and follow ups have led to no results and the official complain has not made any difference.
                Unless you wish to waste your time, energy and resources, by my experience i suggest that taking up any contract of servicing from them is of no use. Making a decent product is useless if you cannot provide proper after sales service. I would never want to recommend any product of this company to anyone simply because of my continual bad experiences with regards to after sales service.
                The current status of my complain is that their service team is unable to track me. This despite the fact that i have given them my contract number, complain number, date and time of registering the complain, name of the customer care executive i spoke to and my contact details, including phone number and email id. Their replies are slow and unenthusiastic. Their carelessness has resulted in a risk of waterborne diseases for my family and their apathy has caused us mental trauma. I demand immediate action be taken by their personnel.

                Eureka Forbes Ltd — No Service during contract period

                I am the owner of Eureka Forbes Inova Water Purifier (4yrs) . I always enter into a service contract with the company to get the machine serviced . They always assure me thet their representative would come every 4 months to do the same at the time of collecting the cheque. But then they just do not keep their word. Inspite of repeated calls to their call centre no one has come to service the machine . I had entered into the service contract last year on 29th Sept 2007.Till date no representative has come to service the machine.

                Eureka Forbes — No service after buying the contract

                I had got my Eureka Forbes Aquaflo services early in the month of December 2009. The Service Engineer replaced Carbon and Filter. He recommended us to buy the Contract for one year at cost of Rs. 1200 Approx, which included the following:
                1) Twice replacement of Filter
                2) Replacedment of carbon every six months.
                3) Service whenever raised.

                After the first filter and carbon replaced itself we faced very slow water flow problem.
                1) We raised a complaint #[protected] on 21st December 09, we were promised a Engineer either monday or Tuesday. No one came no calls.
                2) We again called on Wednesday 23rd December 09, again they promsied an engineer on wednesday or thursday. No one came.
                3) We again called on thursday 24th December 09, again same promise and no one came or called.
                4) We called on friday 25th december 09, And asked to talk to a manager.
                We were provided a number of the manager which was a wrong telephone no.
                And till date no one has come.
                This is the worst service any company can provide.
                Before we bought the contract the servie engineer came immediately the next day.
                But now after buying the contract we are not getting any service.

                We wuld like to get the refund of the contract and also like to get the refund of the Product Eureka Forbes Aquaflo as it makes no sense using a product of a compnay who provides no service and I am not getting any water now.

                Eureka Forbes — no service for existing customers

                I made a complaint for my vaccume cleaner on 21st april 2010,on eureka forbes customer care no. 39883333 and got a request no. and was told someone will attend the complaint within 24 hours.
                Till 27th of april no one from the company's side called me or turned up to attend my complaint, for which another call was made to their coustomer care no. and i was given another request no..
                After that i called them on 29th april , 1st of may and 3rd of may , but surprisingly the complaint was not catered , instead everytime i was told somebody will be attending my complaint by the evening itself.
                Evev today ie. 4th may , i had been given same assurence for someone will attend my complaint today itself , On asking them some higher official's phone no. I was given[protected] & 23278055 , and was asked to contact Miss. vineeta . On calling , i was told she will call me back and took my mbl. no.
                Will the company tell its coustomers ,how many days they need to attend a complaint, or they dont bother about the complaints at all .
                My advice to all who read this , just think twice before you purchase a EUREKA FORBES products , as this is what you will also face.There are so many other company's in the market now days why should be buy product of a company who dosent care for its coustomers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                Not providing service is normal with Eureka forbes.
                Its not new... i am facing this problem from last two years. Infact i am fool to renew the AMC with this people.
                As per the contract they are suppose to give service on time even without calling by the customers... but in this companies case.. it is the customer calling again and again for the service, but there is no one to listen.. they only say that the person will come on this day and that.. but even after that they dont come. There is no value for customers time and money for Eureka Forbes.
                My complaint number is 58396427 dated 12th June 2010 but till today there is no one to give service (17th June 2010)
                On 15th June morning i had again called the customer care for complaint, that time they told me that the person will come today.. but there was no one and i again made a call at 5pm, but as usually the proper answer.
                This attitude for not given service to its customer is Deficiency of Service but they dont care for it. After all they have got they AMC money. Everytime the AMC gets over... they representative will come without calling for renew, but when it comes to give the service, non will come.
                Sometime i feel to file a case again them in Consumer court for deficiency of service, as i am not the only consumer effected, infact i am sure there mite be hundreds of such effected consumer.

                Eureka Forbes — No service is provided even after purchasing service contract

                Sir,
                I took service contract for two years for Reviva water ourifire a product of M/s Eureka Forbes vide their contract receipt No.45. 20564780 dated 29/06/2011.The contract is valid from 29/06/2011 to 28/06/2013. The company gave me service only two times where as as per contract they would have provided me 4 service. I am also entitled for replacement of filters fixed inside the purifire.
                I paid Rs. 6520.00 for two year service. My purifire is getting ruin due to non service.

                  Myself Swapnil ,resident of Kalwa (W), Thane.
                  I have Aquaguard total Infiniti water purifier. I have an ongoing annual maintenance contract for 3 years.
                  My customer number is [protected].

                  I have put a service request for purifier cleaning and candle replacement on 19th March 2013. For doing so I called helpline +[protected]. The request number is 70613589.
                  I received a call from a technician on 21st March intimating that he'll be visiting my home for servicing.
                  I specifically told him to carry the service record card and his identity card while visiting my home.
                  I did this to avoid the unit to be opened by any unauthorized technician.
                  He said that the local service provision agency is changed and the records are not yet handed over. I said that he should tell his local agency to give me a call clarifying this.
                  I received a call from the local service agency's office on 22nd march clarifying the matter and the lady also request to cooperate and she'll be creating a new service record card. I agreed to it. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the service agency the lady mentioned in the talk.

                  But no one came to my home for servicing. I kept calling the helpline number +[protected] asking for the status of request and literally pleading for doing the needful.
                  Despite several calls, No one turned up in my home. Finally I called +[protected] on 29th March and asked for the mangers on phone.
                  Every call the customer care representative forwarded, used to bounce off from the auto answering machine and used to get cut.
                  I called the aquaguard helpline 5-6 times on 29th March and finally got connected to a service manager. He apologized and said that he'll personally look into this manner.

                  The service manger also assured that under all circumstances servicing will be done before Monday 1st April
                  My request remained unattended till 5th April.
                  On 5th April I again called +[protected] and explained the status.
                  I was reassured that the servicing will be done on 5th April itself. Nobody came to my home for servicing.

                  On 6th April, I called +[protected] but the phone is temporarily out of service.
                  The call finally got connected and this time I said that In view of all the matter mentioned above, I am utterly disappointed. I have reached to a conclusion that the customer like me who has given a long term commitment is of least importance to Eureka Forbes.
                  I have wasted a lot of time, energy and money on phone calls and received only disrespectful ignorance from your side. I do not want to be engaged into any long term contract with Eureka Forbes.
                  I want a full refund of the entire amount paid as 3 year maintenance contract. Please do not make me report this matter to the consumer court.
                  I told them process the refund immediately. They apologized and gave a refund request number 88340616.

                  Since 19th march I have called Eureka Forbes helpline for at least 12-15 times.
                  I also sent an email to [protected]@eurekaForbes.com reporting this entire matter and didn't even receive an acknowledgement of my email.

                  Please help me get a full refund of the money I paid for 3 year AMC.

                  Aquaguard Total — Complaint Unattended

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have purchased Aqua Guard Total some one month back and the equipment is now out of order. I have made a telephonic complaint at Kanpur Service Centre[protected] and almost 7-8 days have passed and no one has come up to attend the problem. Also I am regularly calling at service centre and daily I am gettting assurance that today the complaint will be attended.

                  Kindly do some strict action.

                  Aquaguard/Water Purifier - Total Infiniti — No after Sales Service

                  Purhcased Aquaguard Water Purifie in Nov 2009.
                  Till today (12 May 2010) there has been not a single follow-up by the after sales service dept fromAquaguard.
                  Lots of promises has been given while selling this product that the service dept will call you on regular basis for the services and other stuffs.
                  No one even bothered from the company to call us back for whatsoever reasons or for any half yearly free serrvice/check-up
                  VERY POOR OR NO AFTER SALES SERVICE BY THE COMPAY, RATHER IT IS A FRAUD MADE BY THE COMAPY TO THE CUSTOMERS

                        We were looking for a suitable water purifier in July 2011 and representative from Eureka Forbes visited us. As we are not experts in water purification, we relied on the advice from Eureka Forbes representative. After checking our water supply and location of water tank in the single storied building, they suggested us to take the model Ag Verve for which my father-in-law made immediate payment of Rs.6590/- in advance vide cheque no. 802865 drawn on UCO Bank.

                        Eureka Forbes installation personnel installed the purifier on 15th July 2011 against invoice no.1106 raised by them. During installation also they said this machine is suitable for our home. After installation when we found the water pressure abysmally low, they replied that machine is new and once the filters and carbons are charged, things will be normal. We had no reason to disbelieve them as we consider them water purification specialists. However, to our dismay, the problem persisted even after several days of installation. We gave regular complaints and every time their service agent would visit us would try to do some experimentation with the machine and would look confused. If you look at our complaint records (I am sure, being a so called organized firm, they should have maintained all the complaint records), we must have filed over 15 complaints in this regard. All these times, we have not been able to use the product at all.

                        After about 9 months of purchase, a person from Eureka Forbes visited us with some attachment module and said they are experimenting with this new add-on so would like to try in our machine to test the outcome. They said if this becomes successful then they might go for mass production of the module. Unfortunately this addition also did not improve performance of our purifier and it still remained useless.

                        We kept calling the company and had a series of visits from service technicians. Finally few months back it seems they started realizing the problem with the set-up. They said this model Ag Verve is not suitable at all for this single storied building so this will never work. They suggested us to ask the company for exchanging with a suitable model (they said Ag Classic will be appropriate).

                        We really wonder why a wrong machine was push sold to us in the first place. May be the company was pushing the sales people to sell this non-moving model and the so called expert sales representative was more concerned about meeting the sales target and commission in stead of getting the right solution for the client. We have the product for nearly 20 months but are not able to use the same at all.

                        Unfortunately we are in trouble and had no other option but to call and request the company again and again to work out a solution. I had even sent an e-mail to their customer service on 17th December 2012 but they did not reply. Last month we met Mr. Amit of Eureka Forbes who posed to listen to our problem carefully but his reply was shocking. He said “this model is a junk model and a failure model so if you want to go for an exchange, we can not pay you more than Rs.500/- for it”. We don’t understand why the company is trying to penalize the customer for their own lapses.

                        In these circumstances I am forced to file this complaint for redressal.

                        Eureka Forbes — Non Installation of Product

                        I am so sick and tired for having bought your "AQUAGUARD COMPACT". The order for the same was placed on 07/05/2008 and the product delivered the next day. I was told that the installation would be done the next day of delivery i.e on 09/05/2008. However till date no one from your end has ever turned up for installation.

                        Also I called numerous times on your helpline number 39883333 and registered various complaints so that installations are completed. However despite registering about 3 complaints the customer service has such great audacity not to turn up for installation or have courteousy to respond back.

                        Its pathetic, If company cant able to install its product they should
                        not sale it. Now at this point of time I dont want to keep it any more
                        unfortunately I paid the whole sum but I dont want to make it my
                        nightmare.

                        Eureka Forbes — Junk product

                        I purchased eureka forbes(model name vijay) water purifier a month back. The problem started with installation. After installation we tried it for the first time and there was the issue of water leakage. I complained and after 4-5 days a technician came and fixed the issue. But there was the problem of water flow. It was very very less.

                        So i complained to their helpline on july 15th. Then after a week the unit stopped functioning and i started to complain on almost a daily basis. I was promised that a technician would visit our home. After calling so many numbers around 2nd of august a technician visited our home and after inspection said some electronic component has malfunctioned and you have to complain again for its replacement.

                        Then again i have been complaining on a daily basis and i have yet to hear from the company. Their customer care is the most unhelpful one. Somehow i got the number of the local center[protected] and complaining there as well. But the result is same.

                        I am yet to see a company worse than this who dont care what happens to their products after it is sold. All their efforts are towards fetching new customers but once you buy their product you are on your own.

                        So my advice to all of you is to avoid this company and better go for other companies product and avoid the hassles i faced.

                        Eureka Forbes — Abysmal Customer Service

                        Eureka Forbes customer service is shockingly bad.

                        I have been having a problem with their servicing for more than five years (I live in Chennai). Every time it takes over a week for them to respond, and takes a dozen calls. I have an AMC and this is the service I get. Their product is OK, but service is very, very, bad.

                        Bad enough for me to consider other brands.

                          i had purchased water purifier june2011. As per your terms & condition warranty period is 1 year. But,during this warranty period only one time your technician came & checked.he tooled,please Put AMC ( annual maintanance cost- covering of service,filter,all the parts waranty 1 year). so, i made that amount last year 2012 .its covering up to october 2013.
                          in this stage ,my purifier not work middle of march. so,i raised the compliant and technician attend the issue.after one,issue is another form.behind the machine water leak is formed.so,i called the same technician to attand that.but ,he is not come.
                          last week ,i faced the same kind of problem .now machine is not run.again ,i raised the compliant to customer care 29march 2013.till now ,no body attend the fault. so,i callled customer care and cmpliant about my issues.they said ,your issue is resolved 30th march2013

                            I purchased an automatic RO aqua guard thinking that this brand is a very old company in India. But after purchase now its like I have cut my legs with my own hands. Now I am trapped with poor service, poor customer care,very very costly maintenance fees(costly AMC).

                            My story is, I purchased this product 2 years back around 14 k. Within warranty period every 3 rd of the month I need an maintenance of the filter. Then just in 11 the month, just before warranty period end the machine did not work properly, the service guy changed the filters including Ro filter inside the box. After 7 days again I got bad water. Then I complained again . Again the service person came after few days of complaint, the service guy told me that the ro filter is again not working, I asked him how come it is changed only 7 days back? He answered it is bcos of some other filter which is also not good has to be changed and which causes this ro filter also in bad position. Then I asked him boss this is only 7 days before you guys have investigated, and when you know that the some other units need to be changed including the to unit , why you did not changed it. Then he insisted me take the AMC as it is going to expire and they will change the whole filter units inside the box. Boss it is in warranty, sir. The units inside the box are not in warranty he replied. Then what comes in warranty, he told me that the electrical jnit s like motor comes under warranty only and if you tame AMC then only the filter units inside the box will be repaired.
                            I am just shocked, the purpose for which I am buying a product is not in warranty, why the hell I have purchased this. Then I came to know that the to unit which they have changed last time Is a re cycled one.
                            AMC is per annum is around 4000, which is just about one third of the price of the product, in 3 years it will go beyond the base product.
                            Finally I paid thevAMC to rectify it , bcos its difficult to decide again to go for a new brand bcos it need to invest again around 15k. I will definitely change it next year.
                            If you are planning don't buy this product, go for some other good brands which have lower maintenance year after year. There are good brands which need around 600 to 1000 with heavy usage of water. Checjbwith your friends. But don't buy Auaguard.
                            Bcos this company knows water is very crucial for all, specially when you have kids. You can't compromise. But you should have peace of mind after purchase

                            Eureka Forbes / Water Purifier — not solving problem

                            Yes, Eureka Forbes, which used to be a reputed company, has turned out to be a bunch of crooks. Once,this company pionereed in door to door marketing and trained well its marketing executives, in domenstrating marits of its products, now they appear in pionering after sales service segments, by training their service center guys to deceive customers and deny after sales service in such a way, that customer is discourage to contact them again. Because their intentions are clear in very first contact, they are not their at all to serve their customers, who are victim of their crooked salesmen's falls promices.

                            Identical experience is with me. Vendor supplied Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification System against cash payment, Eureka Forbes person who came to install, informed that sales invoice, warranty card etc will be delivered withing one week time through courrier. He provided 3 phone numbers of service center (of which one belongs to some innocent gentlemen, who is fed up of replying to callers that somebody has played with them, other too are attended after number of attempts) alongwith his own mobile number for after sales service. He warned that taste will feel bitter for a few days, but will get gradually OK. After using for a long time, taste of water is getting bad to worst, to the extent that we have now stopped using this water filter. Their service center says that they have no records of sales made to me, because vendor has not farwarded any sales particulars to them hence they are not in a position to serve (even listen) to me, though vendor givens proof of doing this. Invoice, Warranty & service cards promised to be delivered withing one week by courrier never delivered to me. The Eureka Forbes persons who installed equipment at my home, promises every time that invoice, services card, warranty card, will be delivered withing a day or too and equipment will be attended and served very soon. He promises to visit himself, but every time I contact him, he (reportedly) is out of station.

                            I am now fed up with attitude of their service center and sales person, and left with no option except to throw away their product, and look for some new product from a reliable company.

                            My experiance should be an eye opener for those who still trust on this old established company,that has now changed to a group of crooks.

                            Please be aware of risk involved in trusting Eureka Forbes any more.

                            Eureka Forbes / Water Purifier — Deficiency in srvices

                            I I have paid Rs.1640/- for AMC of my water purifier, Compact model and my customer code is[protected] for the period 09.12.2006 to 08.12.2008.

                            At the time of entering in to the AMC Eureka Forbes had assured that the machine will be serviced, the filter and coal changed every 6 months.

                            Since then they have come only twice. The first time was on the day the AMC was signed and the second time was in May 2007. The second time i had to call up the call centre 6 times before the machine was attended.

                            I had called up the eureka forbes franchisee at Dombivli B & C Enterprise to lodge the complaint on 05.03.2008 and found that they no longer looked after thakurli area. They gave me the number of Glide Enterprise. I lodged the complaint with them on 05.03.2008. They refused to give me a request No and have failed to turn up till date. Now I have lodged a request with the call centre on 20.03.2008, request no 80228677 with one Mr Nikhil. No one has turned up yet. I again called up the call centre on 29.03.2008 they assured me that my complaint will be attended the same day. They also refused to allot me a reference number.

                            No one has attended the machine till date. What should I do????
                            DTDC Courier is the worst one. I sent one courier to Nagpur in january which is missing n till date not received. In february I sent another to Latur it is also missing. I complained in Mumbai office then in Corporate n Head office in Bengaluru but in vain no bady is taking responsibility n not also attending my phone calls. I bacame very famous in their corporate office n mumbai customer care office so pls. never ever use this irresponsible courier service.
                            Bajaj allianz life has tied up with DTDC. I got one courier from BAL which was in worst condition to accept.
                            So friends bachna aise faltu DTDC se.
                            we are given AMC for water coolers with purifire to you. On telephonic discussion had with your representative regarding servicing of above machine, he will not able to give any feedback. At present our water cooler are under break down, so we requested to you kindly do the needful action on top priority.

                            Eureka Forbes — Poor maint cover after AMC

                            I have RO plant of Eureka Forbes with AMC at AUND PUNE. There appears to be no trained mechnic of RO with them. They say that they have to get expert services from HQ. my RO is not working since last five days and there is no one to attend inspite of lodging complaint.

                            Eureka Forbes / Water Purifier — smelly water

                            I had purchase the compact model in march this year and it started giving smelly water after hardly two months. Technician came and hopefully recfified the problem but he had made the PCB out of work. Another technician came with an old PCB as replacement on which I insisted for a new PCB which he did not do. The machine is nonworking for nearly two weeks waiting for the new part replacement.

                            Eureka Forbes / Water Purifier — Useless product and Worst Service

                            I purchased water purifiers from Eureka Forbes on july 27th 2009. The company gives warranty for one year but within 3 months, the purifier has stopped purifying water and just passes on the water without filtering out the TDS and other salts. The company has not even turned out for the mandatory check after 3 months and even after numerous phone calls, they have not yet rectified the problem in the water purifier. The customer service personnel do not have the basic manners and decency in talking to a customer.

                            I am using Aquaguard water purifier-Royale model. I have made service contract No.16640314 valid from 2.10.2009 to 1.10.2010 on payment of Rs.1050/- The instrument is not working since 15th January, 2010. The authorised service mechanic said uv lamp has to come from Trichy and went away. He returned with uv lamp four days back and found the push switch need to be repaired. Till date no mechanic has turned up in spite of remider phone calls.

                            it has been two months we have been asking the company to replace the filter.online complaints, calls to the service centre, no help at all...the most pathetic after sales service ever ...
                            I, purchased AMC contract for three years on 29.11.19 - 28 . 11.22.for rs. 5153/- for my purifier model AG Booster. The service man not visited for service even after nine months at Nagpur. I pursued the matter by mail, whatsap and by custermor care also but no use as always said that we regret for inconvenience. This is the situation at Nagpur service center. No response from company after several persuasion. This show's careless in customer services. My AMC customer code [protected].

                                we have purchased Aquaguard UV Enhance on 30/10/2012 , Customer ID-[protected].At the time of installation the machine was found to be defective as water leaked from it and therefore we asked to replace it but it was forcibly installed.After few days ,worms and insects were noticed in the filtered water.This is with reference to Complaint No. 69537318 dated back in December,12.since then no action has been taken even after calling several times.

                                  Their commitment fail.As per their commitment water TDS level will <500 ppm in outlet/after filtration.But after filtration I get >1490 PPM which is BIS drinking water out of norms.After 7-8 days of drinking this water we feel lot pain in abdomen.

                                    I registered my complaint 7 days back , no person turned up till the 7th day of the complaint. My water purifier was leaking and not able to store water. I followed up but in vain . The person came on the 7th day with absolutely no shame, , demanded the change of my water purifier motor . Promised that he would replace the same next day. Two days from there I am waiting and there is absolutely no ownership, called the area manager 3-4 times but he does not seem interested to pick up my phone as well. I have failed following up with all bloody call center executives with no positive reply. I buy a product which is within warranty period and is not doing the work that it is intended to do. I am buying water from outside to drink and the customer care, area manager or services have absolute apathy towards my situation

                                      I had registered a complaint on 10 March 2013 about shock when Handling my EuroClean Ace Vacuum Cleaner.My Complaint no is 70507042.As for now nobody has come to fix my problem, even after several reminder. The service staff is inefficient.

                                      Eureka Forbes — inefficient service

                                      this is with regards to the problem I am facing with the service engineers of Eureka Forbes, I have purchased a Enhance RO from them and that was the biggest mistake of my life, it stopped working after 1.5 months and after contacting the service department for 2 days finally they arrived to fix it, but after fixing it the water starts leaking from the storage and then again after contacting them for 2 days they arrived today to fix that piece of .... and now it is not filtering the water anymore. I have tried reaching that guy several times but now they are not picking up the call.

                                      Can anyone help me how to go about it, I don't want to keep this junk anymore because even after they replace the machine I have to face the same problem with the service again.
