[Resolved]  Exide Battery — replacement of battery

Dear Sir,

I have bought 2 batteries 7 AH 12 whose no. are SN - 4Y 765384 & SN - 4Y 765385 from Mr. Babloo, M/s. Kanchan Agencies, Near Tikona Chowki, Kanchan Tiraha, Farrukhabad (U.P.) - 209 625 Phone No. :[protected] & Mobile No. [protected] by book no. 084 Serial No. 017 dated :- 20.02.2009 of your Company in which the batteries are not working properly. We have sent these batteries for replacement on 08.06.2009 since then we have been told that the replacement has not came yet. I would like to know how much time does it take to get the battery replaced it is 4 months already. I don't think this is the policy for harrasing the customers of your's. Kindly look into the matter as it bringing bad name to your company's goodwill. I am hereby attaching the digital copy of scanned bill issued by the agency.

I bought one INVAQUEEN for my INverter on7.4.2009 from SONU ENTERPRISE, Chinsurah, hooghly, w.bengal(ph.no.[protected] and[protected]
After 3/4 months the Exide-Evaqeen-500(Batch no.309, Srl.No 019839) was not working.After 20/30 mts indicated low battery. I told the dealer SONU ENTERPRISE to change the BATTERY.The dealar given me an old battery for the time being and had taken back the same after one month.I requerted several time for change the battery but nothing had happened.I am requesting you to replace my Exide Battery immediately. My battery is not replace even after logging complaint with excide (complaint noD23 F 6 on11/08/10. my battery no is EM 35R (MF) SR no2A9=43578 FROM REFORM SERVECES, AHMEDABAD 380009 on 6th April 2009.Battery discharges within one month period.

These battery are work not properly about two months , I’ve complient to
Delar many times but I had no response , my 1st complient to delar 2/12/10
But no response . my exide battery exprince very poor , poor performance
Poor services , local battery better then exide batteries.

I Kuldeep Singh age 78, had purchased Exide battery Inva Tubular, sno. 010005 3VA from Star Auto parts and batteries .opposite welcom palace, malhar cinema road, ludhiana-141001, on 28-8-09, inv no.3353 for rs 10400.00. The battery went bad in warrantee period. the battery has been returned to the dealer and he says that it would take 25 days for replacement. battery was returned 1 week back .we requested the dealer to give stand by battery which he refused. you are requested to arrange a stand by battery till you replace the original.

Dear sir, my name is DR.B.K.SINGH, I have purchased new exide inva tubular battery IT-500 dated[protected] battery S.No.-3R08-04041, from your delar AKASH DEEP ELECTRONICS, DT-BALLIA, UP., these battery work not properly about 7th months, I've complient to delar many time but i had no any response, but my exide battery experiance is very-very poor, poor survice and your delar behavier is not better. Vehicle is fine, but, the EXIDE maintenance free battery goes within or over 1 year. EXIDE 4L battery which Aviator uses is hell to you. It is not Maintenance Free… It is a big Headache since you need to change your Battery.

One more highlight is Battery casing they use which doesnot allow 5L battery to fit in (5L battery is being used in Activa and Dio). You need to take care you have to buy only 4L battery for Aviator which is not available in Amaron.
I brought Amaron BTX5L battery on recomendation from the service center guys since, they told Activa or Dio battery would fit. But, to my agony after purchasing 5L battery, they took the vehicle to replace the battery only to discover that it only fits with 4L battery which is not available in Amaron.
Service guy asked me to get Exide 4L battery only. I got very annoyed and angry. Why should I buy Exide… It is the worst battery I found. Even, I had to replace this EXIDE battery for my car too. EXIDE BATTERY IS LIKE SUICIDE BATTERY… it will kill itself very soon and creates a big problem to the owner.
I stongly recommend as being a customer to Honda…. not to go for EXIDE battery which is obviously a big headache for the customers.

Now, I need to change the Battery casing with fabricated plate holder to fit my BTX5L Amaron battery into my Aviator. Also one suggestion to Amaron battery to manufacture 4L pro-bike batteries since, I found this to be a good battery and none of the aviator owners should face the problems which myself and other aviator owners faced till now.

Customer satisfaction should be every company’s motto.
