[Resolved] Ezeego1 — Cash back not received on ICICI Gold card | |
I booked airline tickets for 2 adults and 1 children with ezeego1.com on 9th Nov 2007 for the following trip: Bangalore to Jaipur : 20 Jan 2008 Jaipur to Bangalore: 27 Jan 2008 I used my ICICI Gold card, but they have not yet given the 25% cash back. I have emailed them and called customer care several times, but no avail. The customer care representative finally ends up telling only that my transaction is under processing and will positively get the cash back in 72 hours. But, even after more than 2 months I am still waiting for their transaction to complete. They blatantly refuse to give me any number for any higher manager or responsible person. Previously I have booked tickets through yatra.com and it has been a nice experience. Ezeego1 are cheaters, they just allure you by mentioning nice schemes and then cheat you once you have booked through them. Its a shame on them. Was this information helpful? | |
