[Resolved]  Fashion And You — product not delivered and account not accessible

i m imran i purchased a product from fashionandyou.com 1 month ago since then i m not able to access my account to track my order several times i have called them lots of mail have been sent to the support and to the ceo of the company also. but where is she, she is no where in ur support how could these category of animal come into service business, she does not have sense to respond to her customer.
Please guys do not go for Fashion and you as there is no body to support you.

It has already more than 4 days, still i m not able to access my account.
One of the product i bought from you has been delivered but what about the other product, when is it going to deliver.

Cut it deliver my product and deactivate my account.
If my purchased order wont get delivered in next 2 business days then i will take a legal action against you.

and u people are are saying its a browser's problem.

i m a software engineer i understand very well.

and i dont want that system generated mail, i want u tackle the problem.

Especially to Miss Shweta dont try to fool the people out.

The login page is being displayed and compatible with IE add FF browsers, rite now chrome is not installed in my machine, one more thing i want to say is that i think the problem is not related to the browsers as on diff browsers only design issues can be observed, execution of the codes is same on all of the browsers as my friend is able to login with his id and pass on my machine and on both of the browsers.

The problem may be related to the entries in the database associated with my id.

So i would like to request you to please check the issue.
