I have ordered for a samsung laptop 2 weeks ago.
But i have not received the product till now.
The customer care is also not reachable.
I ordered an O'general Window AC (Order # 130520 )from Letsbuy.com for Rs 23490 + 1000(coupon) on 18.05.2011. Payment was done from my IDBI debit card. Within minutes the money Rs 23490 was deducted from my account as i got the msg on my mobile from the bank.

After ordering i called the customer care & they told me the order is confirmed and i wouldd get the Product in 7-9 working days as mentioned on the web page. Then after a week i called them again and told me i would get it in 9-11 working days as mentioned in the site (this was apparently changed and all the OG Ac's Status were changed to "Sold Out")and i will get a call in 1-2 days about the shipment.

On 7-6-2011 almost 3 weeks after i got a msg saying "On your request the order has been cancelled" ( i didnt at any time told them to cancel my order). I called the CC and they did not knew anything about it, the opertaor tranfereed me to the floor manager. The manger said that my order was cancelled on 18.05.1991 itself and when I told him that i got the msg today & in btw I called the CC. He told me that It was cancelled because the money was not recieved to them in a week (it was instantly debited from my Account) He kept telling me lame stories and other lies. If the money didnt reach to them in a week why did they cancelled the Order after 3 WEEKS? when i asked him when will i get the money back he told me that its already credited in my account. Next day i checked my Bank and money was not refunded. I called the CC again and she said it would take 5-7 Working days

Letsbuy team is a total fraud. They are keeping my money for almost a month now. They have kept me waiting for the AC in peak summers. Now i want a total refund immediately including the compensation for the coupon and the time i wasted.

i had ordered a hcl monitor through Letsbuy.com Vide ORDER NO> 161239 on 06/06/2011. there is no trace of the monitor even after 3 weeks.

every time i call up i get some lame excuse from some lame customer agent and he/she makes a false commitment which is never never fulfilled. not even once i have been updated about the status of my product.

i have given up on even calling these people as the only thing is get is that i am put on hold for 15-20 min and then given some lame excuse and a false commitment.
this has happened not even once but 6 times.

this is the worst worst kind of customer service that i have ever seen in my life...
worst customer care...

I have placed an order no 183582 with LETSBUY.com on 22/06/2011 for pendrives they sent an sms with a fraudulent blue dart despatch no [protected] which never showed any information till date on bluedart website Inspite of nummerous calls to them and emails no response and every time you call they say stay on line let me check and even after long time you hear them say no update we will call you back and never even in your dreams they call you back..

It has been a worst experience . Human error can always happen but the company which are able to rectify those error and make the customers feel that their grievance has been responded and rectified properly only shall survive.
Even I am facing same fate... I think these people must be treated properly
I am a regular buyer from letsbuy. But this time their shipping times line have gone all haywire. My order # 1036219. I have ordered a uncharted 1 and 2 double platinum pack. They were supposed to deliver the same in 4-7 days. However now it has already been 12 days. Every time I call them they ask for 48 hrs extension. This time I reprimanded them for their delay tactics and asked them if actually they had the product in stock. I was informed the shippment had been delayed due to unforseen circumstances. I am considering asking for a refund. The only problem is their tat for product cancellation/Refund is 7-21 days. That is simply insane. Even ebay does it faster. Letsbuy u guys need to buck up!

      i purchased one digital camera from letsbuy.com in the first week of nov 2011 i.e on 2 nov 2011 and the delivery was delayed. after that I wrote an email to them on 16 Nov 2011 for the timely delivery of the product and they told that that it will be delevered within 24 hrs. For the same I called many times to them and each time it took 30 mins to connect to them. After that i recieved an email very aptly not mentioning the sender email id using some snipper tool. the email mentioned as recipient and sender email id as my email id it self. Th email is as follows at B. Question arises here how thet got my all previuos details where i have filled complaints for the products with different companies. They have accused me mad and said i should be jailed. If they are able to extract this informatio it means they are hacking in to our email account.This is a seriuos crime. I will request you to kindly look in to the issue so that customets are not being cheated, abused and harrased by this new online shopping sites.

          Its really surprising how letsbuy treating its customers and taking care of logistics.
          Ordered a coffee machine on 6th November, no response till 14th Nov.
          (it was mentioned in the product details, that DELIVERY period is 2-4working days)
          After a sour mail on 14th to letsbuy, my order was finally shipped on 16th nov.
          And today, 17th nov, i get a mail from letsbuy that, delivery failed because, consignee was not available.
          PLEASE NOTE:
          I was home since yesterday dint move out atall, AND... I guess if there were intentions to deliver the order, then the designated courier person should have placed one call on the number provided to find out about the address or availability....
          Its surprising to see such response in today's competitive market.

          LETS BUY FAKE PROMISES:

          I was very enthusiast while placing my order (LSB-934514) on[protected], as this was my first Anderiod phone and also first order in Lets Buy.The offer was best among all websites for the mobile phone Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V (White) from your website.The delivery SLA is 2-4 days in website when i ordered and even now when i am writing the mail.

          My enthusiasm died away when i called on 23rd March and inquired about the order.The customer care executive failed to reply and just created a ticket for my query.He also marked that it will take 48 hrs to get a reply on the ticket(discounting the Saturday and Sunday).On the seventh day from the order date when i inquired the customer care executive says its oos and they are arranging!! What a reply!!! The stocks are oos but showing instock in website?? ...this is total cheating. And also explains why its such a delay because when you guys takes 48 hrs to reply for query then it is obvious delivery of goods will take more than 7days +...

          The best part of you customer service is LetsBuy don't even have a toll free number...LOL. You people don't even have etiquette to call the customer & intimate the delay.Your 45 days guarantee replacement warranty seems hoax after experiencing the above.

            This is regarding the very Bad delivery at LetsBuy.com (Etree Marketing Pvt. Ltd., C/o HVOC, Plot No. 64/69, CWC Premises, Near Kirti Nagar Metro Station, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - 110015).

            I ordered a Samsung 32'' LED TV UN32D4000 on[protected], Order No LSB-7925840 through my credit card (Transaction Id: 4249050).

            Till today[protected], this is not even dispatched from the company end. I'm following them since 22-10-11 and even after making 20s of calls, I always get a same standard reply that please wait for 24-48 Hours, we'll get back to you.

            They are playing with my money and now they are saying that the Product is out of order. But when I'm checking on their site it's available and they are accepting the new Orders for the same product.

            I've sent them many mails but every time I get the same standard reply that they are looking into this on priority.

            But they are hardly doing anything, I raised the matter to the 60+ companies employees including the founder n CEO Hitesh Dhingra too, but all in vein.

              Hi,

              This complaint is with regards to the order mentioned below:

              Order ID: OD[protected]
              Item: Belkin F8N575qeC02 For 10.2 Inch Netbook Laptop

              I placed the oder on 12th Oct 2011 and got the intimation that the product will be delivered in 4 business days. but a week passed and no info from Flipkart so I sent an email to flipkart enquiring about the order. I got a response that the product was out of stock so the delay but nobody bothered to inform me about the delay. Anyway they shipped the product to me after a week of placing the order and was recieved 10 days behind the original delivery date. I got the delivery and was happy but to my surprise the bag as mentioned on the website is for 10.2 inch netbook and my 10.1 inch netbook does not fit in there.

              So I contacted Flipkart again and they asked me to take a picture showing the netbook does not fit in and send to them. I did the same and again 4 days passed by and no info from Flipkart, Hence I called back again and sent an email.

              I got an email back after 2 days asking for the photos again as they dont seem to open the pictures (Technically Challenged Staff).

              Hence I sent the email again and got a call from an executive after 2 more days stating that the reverse pick up will be done in the next 48 to 72 hours between 14:00 hours to 18:00 hours But do not give me proper info on which day the reverse pick up will be done. So for 3 days I had to wait for the Flipkart executive to show up but no one showed up. Hence I send another email ( I dont have any better work to do) and continous calls to Flipkart and again got info that the reverse pick up will be done in the next 72 hours and max by 18:00 hours on 16th Nov 2011. As I write this compaint it is 18:30 Hrs on 16th Nov and no info from Flipkart. Anyway I have sent an email again to them and I will wait for another promise from their side which I am sure they are incompetent to fulfill.

              Now I feel that Flipkart is not interested to take their product back and are happy to digest my money by making me go around and making false promises.

              I will never reccomend flipkart to any of my colleagues, friends or even to enemies.

              they have given me horrible time and they continue to do so.

              Is there someone who can take note of my frustration and do something to have Flipkart take back their product and give my money back.

                i had place an order having order no. LSB-580749 on 6th Nov and made payment by SBI ATM/Debit card of Rs.855/- to Letsbuy.com but till now i hadn't rcvd any processing regarding the product and their customer care is saying that the payment is not rcvd but the balance is deducted from my account,their payment gateway CCavanue is saying that its already forwarded to Letsbuy and i had a copy of CCavanue payment confirmation but still letsbuy fraud peoples saying that they hadnt rcvd the amount so they cannot dispatch the order. I called them many times but every time they are making excuses by saying they hadnt rcvd the amt and they had sent my complaint to Finance department they will respond soon but there is no response regarding my order. Now I cancelled the order and I want my money back and promising that niether I not any one in my contact will never purchase anything from you. This is last time kindly excuse me for my this time order. You are just a fraud. Refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I will take the legal action against the company with media also.

                  I had ordered for Samsung Laptop vide order no.LSB-424893, dt.28.09.2011 and made my payment for Rs.30396/- and received after 10 days. I was shocked to see that the display of the laptop was not working (display problem) and immediately i approached customer service of letsbuy and informed about the problem. They asked me to return the laptop and give it back to courier and inturn they will send me the new laptop. As per advice, i gave back to blue dart courier and even after 30 days, I have not received the laptop. Each time i spend about 100/- Rs to contact them and wait for half an hour to get the line to speak to customer service executive.... One of the customer service executive by name Mansi, told that she will cancel the order and refund the money. This was told 12 days before and still i have not yet received the payment.

                        We have ordered( Order No: LSB-478579) mobile Beetel GD-470 at Rs. Rs. 2,295 on date : 12.10.2011 to Letsbuy.com online electronics shopping. As per their record they have dispatched the same through FedEx.(Tracking No:[protected] on 13.10.2011. Somehow consignment lost by Fedex & they have declared as lost of consignment. After that , even after , on month Letsbuy has not sent another consignment against our order.                           I had ordered for a 1 tb external hard drive order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment ( rs. 3102 ) of the same through my credit card on 31st october, 2011. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my house address of gurgaon in 2-3 business days. However, on 4th november, 2011, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 5000 rs plus.
                          They cancelled my order saying that the product is not available inspite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me.

                            I have ordered a mobile phone using Flipkart.com. While placing the order I was told that the shipment would be delivered in 2-3 business days. But it has already been 2 days and shipment delivery has not been started yet!

                            The customer support service has not been very helping. I have called customer support for shipment tracking number and instead of escalating the issue, they just kept on saying that it would be done (like a governement office).

                            I have been very old customer with FK and I am facing this kind of "bad service" for the first time. Negatively recommended to family and friends.

                            I request the concerned authorities to take some necessary actions regarding this issue and start the delivery of my order.

                            I ordered a mobile on April 5, 2014.
                            I have email & SMS prrofs that Flipkart committed to deliver it maximum by April 12th.
                            BUT
                            Its 10 pm of April 12th, 2014 and the mobile has not been delivered.

                            My Order of worth above 14000 not delivered on or before the committed delivery date!
                            In addition to a follow up call everyday, I made atleast 7 calls to flipkart customer service on the delivery day but everyone at flipkart lied that it will be delivered. My last call to flipkart was around 10 pm on April 12, 2014.

                            To my great surprise, the Order still is not delivered!

                              I had ordered for a Samsung BHM1000IBECINU with charger Black (Mono Bluetootho) from LETSBUY.COM on 21st Oct'11 for Rs 1,089.
                              The order was shipped on 25/10/11 to Greater Noida by Delhivery courier company. I contacted the company to enquire about the order and they said that greater Noida is a no-delivery zone for them and the have returned the packet back to letsbuy.
                              I was all the time running around letsbuy and the courier company, calling them over the phone, calling the courier company for the status, even patiently listening to there rough language. Guys at LETSBUY were not having any clue of it. The courier company says they returned the package on the 25tho of October to letsbuy.
                              Letsbuy's customer care representatives were saying that they have re-shipped the product but on 4th Nov'11 when I contacted them again a lady informed me that this case is still pending and they have not re-shipped anything. They can only re-ship once they get the product back from the courier company which says they have delivered the product back to letsbuy on 25th Oct'11.
                              This case is a best example for inter-departmental communication gap at letsbuy. It seems more of a bogus company and not a company having international standards as they claim to be.
                              Now it has been 16 days and there is no change in status. They are still following it up and there is no clue where my order is. What and how are are they following I am still wondering.
                              Can anyone let me know the contact information of the higher management in case that can help.

                                Hi, I had ordered MItashi Smarty Blue from Flipkart and received it on 7th Oct. On 27th Oct, while trying to charge the handheld unit i observed that its charger is not working. Have been trying to follow up with them since 31st Oct but they keep telling me that they will get back to me in 24 hrs but so far no resolution of this. It is still under warranty for next 6 months.                                   This is regarding the Order # LSB-461865 I placed on 9th October. Then they said the product is available and I paid 8100/-. I waited for 9 days but there WAS NO RESPONSE. Then when I called the customer care for the 5th time, they said that the product is NOT AVAILABLE. So I asked them to cancel he deal and refund my money back.

                                  They cancelled the deal but till today, I haven't received my refund. They say it will be refunded at the earliest but then NO RESPONSE.

                                  Am fully dissappointed with the same and thinking of taking this to next level if I don't get any response. Why should you put a product on page when its not available and why is my money blocked yet?

                                    Flipkart has cheated me.
                                    I ordered one Seagate External Hard Disk 1TB USB 3.0.
                                    Instead they have given me USB 2.0 which is of much lower price.
                                    They took 7 days to ship order.They claimed that order will be shipped in 5 days.
                                    Also now they are not replacing my Disk with USB 3.0

                                    Neither they are providing me refund.
                                    (Also when I raised this in their site review section they deleted my review)
                                    They are supressing freedom of speech.

                                      I have odered a laptop on letsbuy.com on 19th Oct. 2011, on 23rd Oct I have received a mail which was saying that I need to submit few documents related to credit card as some payment processor is generating alert on my payment. I have submitted all documents on 24th Oct. I called on CC of letsbuy.com on 28th Oct to know status of my order and at that time I was told that the alert has been removed from my order and I will be receiving my order by 3rd Nov. Today again I called them and got answer that my payment is still not confirmed and I will come to know whether it is confirmed or not by tomorrow (only if I will call them). I don't know when will I receive my order (or better say will I receive it or not).
