I bought a wireless router on July 27, 2013 and got it delivered on Monday,July 29, 2013 Order ID: OD[protected]. Only when I started setting up the router I realized that my Internet service provider(ISP) does not support the router that I had bought(The router supports ADSL technology, my ISP is supporting only DSL technology). There is a 30 day return back policy from flipkart, but when I called their call center, they are not ready to take it back. I even told them I will buy a new product from them because the one I got is of no use to me. They didn’t agree to that as well. The only reason that I used flipkart was because I had got a flipkart e-voucher from my organization. Had I bought this from a shop, they would have taken it back if I tell them my ISP is not supporting this router, given the fact that I was ready to take a new one. Forget the 30 day return back policy,I was not even asking for a refund, any other shop would have shown a basic minimum courtesy for this.
