Pathetic and utterly disappointing service from letsbuy :

I ordered two laptops on 9th feb,2012 order no- 838510 & 839707.
I paid 60 thousand for these two product and after one week of order the first item is not even shipped(God knows whether it will be shipped !!) and the other is shipped through SAFEX( never heard about this courier !!), but when i check the shipping status SAFEX website does not show any detail.
This is terribly pathetic and disgracing service from letsbuy.
When i call the customer care even after 10 minutes of waiting no one replies( now i wonder whether they have any customer support ??) !!!!
No reply of emails !!!! This is beyond one can tolerate !!!
I will suggest all of you to never ever shop through letsbuy.com !!!
I will neevr again visit letsbuy.com

Letsbuy.com — Item not delivered

Hi,

I bought a Prestige PGMFB Sandwich Griller from letsbuy.com on 05/08/2011 and they haven't even shipped the item yet. I contacted letsbuy.com customer support and they are repeating a saved scripts in computer like there is a delay from the manufacturer itself. so It will take time.

i have ordered a one digital camera on online shopping website www.letsbuy.com on 30.08.2011, as per online instruction they were deliver this product in 2-4 days but till day(05.09.2011) they are not dispatched product from there side and today they are saying your delivery address are not correct, today morning letsbuy representative saying your product was dispatched on satarday(03.09.2011),

Lets Buy — Order not Dispatched

I have ordered 2 Nos. V-Guard Instant geyser (Order No: LSB-523091) on 22nd October 2011. The company has promised to deliver the material within 3-4 days.

But now more than 15 days have passed and I have still looking for the order to be dispatched from Company.

I have tried to contact the company by emails / phone calls. But they have not responded to any one of them.

Please check the matter.
Same case with me. I placed one order LSB-809864 on 26.01.2012. The status shows order shipped by blue dart. The tracking no, provided were false and fake. They provided tracking nos. 3 times. The 3rd time the item was shipped from Delhi to Delhi and received by someone named Vishal. Whereas I stay in Orissa. I have called up to them atleast 20 times and written dozen emails but with no avail. Planning to sue them in the court.

I have received all the items, ..though they were shipped by various couriers and on different times.
But it was delivered by 7 working days.
Among the free gifts the 4gb pen drive is yet to delivered(i expect the delivery today).
For the pen drive they had given me a blue dart way bill number which dint exist,
by repeated calls and emails, ..they have shipped it by the same waybill no.
So, finally all items are delivered with a bit of delay and some catch up with the customer care.
I will suggest you to write them email to their customer care.

I have received the items.
Though initially the customer support was below standard, ...later they did pay attention to my emails, though replied after 24 hours
Still they managed to deliver the item by 7 working day (Mon-Fri is their working day, as they say :( ...)
The two laptops are delivered along with the gifts through different couriers.
Only one free pen drive is not delivered, ..which i think will be delivered by today.

So, ..on overall verdict i will say it has not been a bad experience, ..only thing is that they should improve their customer support.
One more thing i would like to mention is for small items (ordered one 8gb micro sd after i ordered the laptops, ..and was delivered by 2days), .they deliver the iems really quick, ...
may for items like laptops or tvs they take a little more time to dleiver, ...but they do deliver by 2 weeks.

Flipkart delivered a wrong product and I raised the refund request. They acknowledged the return and now I see the status as refund rejected without any reason. I need the refund asap. Let me know the next steps.

    I ordered Philips PET717/94 Portable DVD Player at price 3450/- for my 3 year old daughter from FlipKart.com on 14-Feb-2012 at 7:12 PM under order OD[protected]. I also got the message and mail for this confirmation. But around 8:00 PM I got the call from there office[protected], the person on the other side was saying that we have this stock unavailable in the list so we can't deliver this product. After asking for this he gave very stupid reason that they used to update our inventory in the evening. My concern is being a commercial site how they are not able to maintain there inventory after every purchase. This seems to be like cofirmed booking of the railway ticket in tatkal and when you board the train you were informed by the TT that your ticket is not confirmed as no seat was available when you book the ticket.

    Now when I try to find the same product I am not getting the at this rate. So I want to file the complaint against them for this cheating and harassment and also need the same product at that price only.

    Flipkart.com — non delivery of ordered product

    I have been placed order for logitech c310 webcam of Rs.1287 on dt-7/10/11 and the said order was shipped by them on dtd-10/10/11 but I haven't received my ordered product till date.I have been sent so many emails and contacted through customer care number but no action or reply has been taken or given by them.I hope for needfull action against such fraud business company.

    I have ordered 8GB memory card of strontium company SR8GTFR on 12 April 6;33 under order 10235566 of cost 299. But it has not yet delivered ... I wanted it for me itself.. Also I didn't got any call or MSG on late of delivery. I don't know where to ask for this and to whom. Just i have got an e-mail of my transaction.
    Dear Team, I ordered one product from Flipkart through their online shopping portal. The system showed the expected date of delivery to be July 18, 2013 but I have not received my product yet. I called customer care again and again for the same. Each and every executive told me to wait for some more days. I am not able to track the product by the 'Tracking Link' provided by flipkart. Also, flipkart team has no updates on the whereabouts of the shipment.

      I has booked this order on 8-Feb and was informed to call today 14-Feb morning for the courier AWB, But today i was informed a delay of 3 days.
      As i lost my patience already with you, so i have cancelled this order.

      And on infibeam i booked on today and they have given the Courier AWB in 3 hours.
      Service matters, i didnt receive any replies to the delay emails already form you.

          I placed one order (My First) No. LSB-809864, on dated 26.01.2012 for 2 nos. Ajanta OLC-20 Digital Wall Clock.
          Latter after browsing net, i came across hundreds and thousands of complaints against letsbuy.com.
          I called up and also wrote to them, i was assured that the item will be despatched soon.
          On 03.02.2012 I got a mail from them that the item has been dispatched through Blue Dart with AWB No.[protected].
          When I tried to track the same in blue Dart's site, the no. provided found to be a fake one.
          I again wrote to them, and also called them. I was replied on 09.02.2012 that they too are puzzled and they are escalating my complaint to their logistics department. The complaint no. given to me was CC[protected].
          I believe they are cheating their Customers.
          I would request the Consumer Court to take appropriate action against them.

When I requested to talk with their seniors, after a long wait the call was dropped from their side.
          I have made numerous calls and written dozens of emails. However, I am not getting any help and the product ordered not received todate.

            My laptop model is Compaq 510 and i have to ordered a battery form www.Letsbuy.com which is "Lapcare HP Compaq 510,530 Series 8 Cell Battery[protected]" amount will be 2049rs. On the this site they are given the delivery time 4-7 days and did'nt delivered on time. i have given the order on[protected] its delivered on 10-feb-2012 after 12th days. And this model of Battery is not required for my laptop. i have to call them but they told me that they are given me same produt which i have to orderd.
            The main point is it meance they are selling the rong product.
            Because i have order the same battery model which is my laptop model..

              on 22 dec 2011 i bought micromax a 75 for rs 9000/- from letsbuy on 27 dec i got it. within 1 or 2 days it stopped working properly. i couldn't make and receive calls on it. i write more than 10 emails about manufacturing defect but the company didnt reply, then i sent legal notice thru email ( i m a advocate) the very next day company sent me mail that their internet was not working so they couldn't reply my mails, i told them to change the defective product , the company has return policy also, but they denied, then i sent the mobile to nearest micromax costumer care , they said its motherboard is defective, from the last one month my mobile is with customer care , probably i will get it aftr 1 week (for repair) but it doesn't mean i will not take legal action against leysbuy and micromax not to replace the defective phone, i will definitely . i jus waiting for the right time.

              i have ordered "POLO BEVERLY HILLS" wrist watch on last Friday morning in LETSBUY .

              this is the reference number "[protected]" of the product i ordered.

              today i have received the product. when i opened the product i found lots of scratches on watch glass, glue on the glass with dirt, some spores (scratches) on watch dial, even watch strap doest look genuine(its a local strap).

              Am really upset and unsatisfied with the product, more or less it look like "FAKE WATCH". i heard people saying its good to buy in letsbuy and its my 1st product from letsbuy and its like this.

              i have sent them a mail along with the product which i had received, so far no reply from LETSBUY.

              i have attached the photo with this complaint. lets see whats gonna happen
              Letsbuy.com is a cheater company... they never resolve any problem. I bought BP monitor machine and found that machine is not functioning properly. After various rounds of telecon and mail exchange, they always say you have to go to service center, whereas service center says you have to contact the person who has sold it to you, other wise to entertain any complaint the service center will charge me. Now where the hell should i go with this defaulted machine... these companies should be closed down who can not take up their responsibilities.

                LETSBUY.COM is an online shopping site. I placed order for BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 of Rs. 12,999 on 12th May 2012 ( Which letsbuy published on their site )the order got confirmed and my Oder ID is 1050101. 14th and 15th I called them for the shipment confirmation, they told me once they send the product you will get mail and SMS. I did not get anything. I called them on 16th evening 3.30, they repeated the same. At 4.30 PM I got a call back from Letsbuy and they told me the order was cancelled do to the product is out of stock. By the long argument and repeated calls they told me DO TO THEIR MISTAKE they published Rs12,999. It’s original price is Rs 14,500/. Now they cancelled my order, I did not get my money back yet. I called them they told me I will get my money back with in 21 days.
                Sir, Please consider this as a petition against them, because from online reviews we can understand they are cheating so many people like this. I think they are collecting money from common people and doing their business, after one or two months they return money back. With out interest they can use our money for their business. They called after 10 days and excuses for non delivery of product. Then again after 2 days they called and told that they have some courier problem.Toady the courie boy came. without telling sorry to me, he argue with me that your plot no. is not written in front of the house. What about the cell no. that I have given in address. It is not that I am not getting other courier. So I did nto accept the product. I am writing the complain becasue it is all of mistake of flipkart on non tracking the product for long time. Hell with Flipkart. I will never again go for it.

                    We had purchased one Samsung 3d HD Plasma TV 43 inches PS43D490. Billed on 21/12/2011 and delivered on 29/12/2011 by Flipkart.com worth Rs. 40890

                    It is covered under their declared policy of 30 day replacement guarantee.

                    We have been trying to request them for a replacement before the expiry of the 30 day guarantee time. But, they are delaying it on one pretext or another. We fear it is a ploy to beat their 30 days deadline and then back out on the pretext of 30 days being over.

                      I placed an order at Letsbuy.com. Order number LSB-719873. The offer was for an LG 32 inch TV along with a free Reliance DTH. The TV was delievered on time on the 23rd of December but the tv stand was missing. I called Letsbuy and they said I need to contact LG. I called LG and they said I need to call a local LG service center in my locale. I called them up and they said the part that is missing does not have a product code and it is something that can't be ordered.

                      I then emailed Letsbuy and LG on Jan 15th, asking them what can be done for this, no response so far from letsbuy. I did get a call from LG though, and they were helpful in suggesting that I mount the TV to the wall but ordering for a new stand will take time and also I need to pay for it.

                      So far no contact from letsbuy at all regarding the missing part or the Reliance DTH that was promised during purchase.

                        I Request everyone to not buy anything from Letsbuy.com....they have very poor after sale service...

                        I received broken heater on Jan 9, 2012...i logged the complaint same day but till today Jan 20 nothing happened nor i received call from them...Customer Care do not share their supervisor's number neither senior's no mentioned in their site Letsbuy.com.

                        So there is no way to esclate any problem with senior and customer care is not paying any attention whether the customer is disappointed or not.

                        I have very worst experience with them and i advise to everyone to not buy anything from their website otherwise you will be cheated like me..

                          Placed an order for "LG GL-308VSX5 Refrigerator” from flipkart.com on 9th Jan, 2012 (OD[protected]). Complete silence from them till today when i receive an email from them telling me the fridge i want is out of stock, and i should purchase an alternate fridge!!!
                          Forget about COD delivery within 4-6 business days, it took them 9 days to figure out that the item was out of stock!!! Too many things are way too wrong here:-

                          1. 9 days to realize Flipkart does not have the product in their inventory
                          2. No courtesy phone call, just an email from Flipkart saying buy something else
                          3. The Flipkart recommended fridge does not even have the features I need

                          Best of luck for people who shop with them...my advice, do not order if you need the product in a month or so, Flipkart generally would need that much time to deliver it

                            To share my experience with all you guys, pathetic customer support, no responsible person who can resolve customer problems, every executive will tell you to wait for another 4-5 days and no one turns back.....

                            Note: When you receive your product tell the delivery boy to wait until you open the box double check if all the items are available in box and then tell him to leave. If you don't do that and if anything is missing you will be pissed off following up with these guys talking to 10 different executive with 10 different commitments in every 10 days.

                            My order no is OD[protected] it's been 45 days I received the product, some items were missing in the box since then I am following but haven't yet received my item. My missing items price might be around 150/- wherein I have spent more than 150/- calling these sick guys.... and banging my head in front of donkeys who will only shake there heads and no movement.

                            Just be careful before buying!!!!!!!!

                              I made an order for a Samsung Omnia W on 29/12/2011 on letsbuy.com. The order no. is LSB-753756. the purchase option chosen was EMI with ICICI credit card.

                              I received no updates on the progress of the order and it remained in processing for a week. I contacted customer care several times. Each time they used to tell me that they are having technical trouble and cannot give me an update on the order.

                              finally on the 06/01/2012, I decided to cancel the order and buy it from a local store. so i sent an email to them at [protected]@letsbuy.com asking for the sam. Seeing no response during the day i called up their customer care on[protected]. I spoke to a man who told me that he regretted the delay and he understand my situation. He said he would cancel the order and send me a status in two working days, and the refund would be made in 21 working days.

                              however, on the Jan 9th , 2012, i received an email from letsbuy informing me that the product has been shipped partially. the free accessory that they had promised on the website was not included. I called up their customer care, and this time they are back to their usual tricks. It seems they are having technical trouble and cannot give me an status on the order and why the order has not been cancelled.

                              I have already bought the mobile from elsewhere, and i do not want their dispatch, which i could perhaps not accept, so it would go back to them undelivered. I used my friends credit card for this purchase, and it seems the amount has already been given to letsbuy.

                              Letsbuy are so unresponsive and seem very dishonest and reckless the way they treat their customer.

                              I am really worried as to how deal with them to get my money back..

                                I had purchased an mp3 player from Letsbuy.com on the 9th of December. I got the product within the promised time of 3-4 working days.

                                The product turned out to be defective as it only performed the function of a flash drive(file transfer to and from the device, no mp3 playback). The device would apparently charge but was completely incapable of playing back mp3 files.

                                The product was a Disney Mickey Mp3 Player, Lime (Manufactured by Iriver).
                                I immediately contacted their Customer Care and they refused to do anything without a DOA certificate issued to me by the company. I told them that there weren't any Iriver Service Centres anywhere in Kolkata to which they agreed to replace the product by the 13th, which they did.

                                The product reached them by the 14th and all follow up (absolutely all of it, no exclusions) was initiated and continued by me. The replacement product reached me on the 4th of January. This replacement product was also faulty and surprisingly, had the exact same problems. The 2 faulty products even shared the same date of manufacture/import - (Feb, 2009).

                                Now, I have been mailing them almost every day, for the past 5 days without so much as an acknowledgement from their end and am therefore forced to reach out to this forum hoping for some assistance and support in the matter. They sent me one mail; again asking for a DOA certificate, so here I am.

                                Any suggestions?

                                  I ordered a headset worth Rs.1710 through letsbuy.com with orderId: LSB-690624 on 5th december 2011 with full payment and I cancelled it on 10th december 2011. It has been almost a month after that, but i haven't received any refund from them. I'm really frustrated with their service.These people are thieves.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I have ordered a mobile phone, Karbonn A1 from Letsbuy.com Order no- LSB743807, on 25/12/2011. I paid the price by net banking and after i paid the price i received and order confirmation email. Bt till now (29/12/2011 1 PM) I have not yet received any shipping details of the product. The delivery time of the product is 2-3 working days. I admit that 25th dec was a Sunday. But 2 days have passed and d product has not been shipped so how can it be delivered to me in 2-3 days? Also I had called the customer care of letsbuy 1 hour ago and she told me that she has forwarded the complaint to the concern department and it will call me back in 48hrs. I don't think it will call me, after reading other user's experiences.
                                    Therefore, I request you to please see about this and resolve the problem........

                                      I am Antony Varghese from Ernakulam City . On 25 /12 / 2011 using my ICICI Bank Credit card , me purchase 2 products from Letsbuy.com details given below :

                                      Total: Rs.2,232

                                      The complaint is that in Letsbuy.com site , Orpat OPF-3227 Pedestal Fan MRP shows that Rs.1930 / - and 5 % discount so total Amount will be Rs. 1833 /- for Orpat OPF-3227 Pedestal Fan. Today (28/12/2011) I received the Ordered Product with Warranty card and bill . Unfortunately in the bill, the Orpat OPF-3227 Pedestal Fan MRP shows that only Rs. 1830 /- Inclusive all taxes.

                                      It means LETSBUY.COM gave me the false details and they cheat me...

                                      I lost my cash due to the false details give me in the site LETSBUY.com

                                        I had purchased a Samsung 40'' LCD TV LA40D550K1R ( Order #: LSB-653921) on[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered within 10 working days. It has been around a month now and still there is no sign of the TV. It was shipped via DTDC on the 10th working day, and is yet to reach my home. DTDC has held the courier due to missing invoice in the package. Seems like letsbuy has no experience in handling interstate packages.

                                        The package was held up on13th Dec due to the missing invoice and letsbuy did nothing about the same, eventually when I called them on 18th, was informed that a complaint needed to be raised against DTDC to get update on the issue. THe callcenter personnel asked me to call back on 20th to get the status. There was no proactive assistance provided by the rep, even after me insisting they should be the one calling me back.

                                        THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD TRUST LETSBUY. NEVER AGAIN, WOULD ALSO ADVICE OTHERS TO TRY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.

                                        Letsbuy.com — Poor delivery

                                        Hi,

                                        I had purchased a 40 Inch Samsung TV(LSB-653921) from Letsbuy.com. the company promised delivery within 7 to 10 working days. While the 10 working days period is not over yet. I am already dissatisfied with the company.
                                        In the 7 working days that have passed, there has been no update to the status. Still shows in Progress from day 1. The call center is a pain to access. I have to hold the call for over 10 mins before someone actually answers my call. Even after that they have no additional information about the order.

                                        I have asked for soft copy an Invoice from them both via their callcenter and also via their support email. nothing works. While I am not sure if they would deliver the product on time or not, or what the quality of the product will be, I am really frustrated with the lack of communication. This is my first online purchase from the website, and seems like it will be the last. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this website to anyone.

                                        Hello Letsbuy people you have let me down once again. The Order number is LSB-653921. It was mentioned that the same would be delivered within 10 working days. The item was shipped at 8 PM on the 10th working day. The Courier People mention that it was shipped by train!! meaning it can be delivered atleast after 5 working days. They have not left any chance for the courier to deliver on time. Now I have to keep waiting for this stupid package to be delivered.
